We used to come for a decent haircut at a decent price. We now come here more for the convenience of the location. The stylist today kept asking for assistance from the other employees. It felt almost as if I was getting a hair cut at a beauty college rather than at a place of business with licensed stylists. I wasn’t happy with the outcome, but I didn’t want this person to cut any more cause I was worried that it’d come out worse. This isn’t the first time. Also, a number of the stylist smelled like cigarettes. Not a good smell when your hand is in my face cutting my hair. Sorry to say, i feel that the quality of work done at this location has really gone done.

They do a good job here, I am pretty simple with my hair, just a shampoo and cut at the ends. I enjoy the shampoo, they do a little massage to your scalp that feels nice. Sometimes they try to push their products for sale, which I don’t like.

I think the experience at any salon depends on the hair stylist. If you found someone that did a good job, keep using that person. Just few tips: 1) Come here around 8PM on week day, there is usually no line. I think out of the 10 times I’m here, the longest wait was 10 mins. 8⁄10 times, I check in and I go straight to the chair. 2) Weekends or Long weekends, this place is packed.

Very few good stylists at this location. I have been going for years and cannot recommend any by name except for Xtina so don’t have high hopes for quality work here. Good haircut happens about 1⁄5 visits and I have left before because of stylists that I know don’t communicate well and with less than a professional attitude. Lottery every time but the damn location is so confident… An checking in «online» or with the app is not much better… you still sit in like with the others that check in and sometimes even walk ins depending on your time.
