First of all, this location is inside the food court at the River City Mall. Park in the mall parking or street parking. We thought it would be a sit down restaurant, being visitors from out of state. However, the breakfast was nice if you don’t mind the adventure. The service was good and accommodating. I asked for chocolate chips on my Belgium waffle and it was delicious! We took our tray of breakfast meals outside and sat by the river. Ahh… nice breakfast moment! Scrambled eggs were moist and tasty. Chicken fingers were good and a large helping at that. Give it a try!

Actually pretty good breakfast for what it is. Yes it is in a mall food court and It is an IHOP but the breakfast scramble is very good!

Very typical food court setting and food. I had the breakfast sampler and coffee, everything was okay and it was certainly deliver fast. Depends upon what you want if speed and okay quality are what you want then this might just be the place.
