Horrible cardboard pizza, horrible service, overcharged. If you read reviews before calling the number on that flyer, you are lucky. Avoid this place!

This place was horrible!!! flyer in our hotel so we tried it and they showed up 2 hours later with cold pizza and not all of my order!!!

Do not not not ever eat here. Paid 13 $ for a shitty pizza (when advertised for 8) and had it delivered. Except I had to drive a mile away to get it because after 20 minutes the guy couldn’t find the place

Called for deliver to hotel. Didn’t get one of the drinks I ordered, pizza was cold, not cool but cold. Driver didn’t come to room, I had to go to lobby. Also, deliver took and hour and 5 minutes on a Monday night.

GEVONI’S DESERVES A (-)3 STARS! Triple thumbs down. I wish I had read the 2 previous reviews prior to succumbing to the flyer slid under my hotel door. This place is such a disappointment — for multiple reasons.
1. I learned from the front desk that Gevoni’s is actually prohibited from entering the hotel, but they do it anyways to slide flyers under doors.
2. Deliver woman was sloppy, unprofessional, looked like she was a regular joe from off the street, nothing distinguishing her as an employee from Gevoni’s. No greeting, no thank you, no apology for the greasy paper bag she was handing me (the wing container opened inside the bag), no apology for the missing 2-​liter soda I ordered. I had to ASK her to take the $ 3+ off my total bill since I didn’t get the soda… she was perfectly fine letting me pay extra for something that wasn’t delivered. **Disclaimer: She said she would ask the «cashier person» to rectify the bill when she returned… we’ll see about THAT!
3. HOT WINGS WERE DISGUSTING & OVER PRICED. Do not pay $ 9 for 6 hot wings that are undercooked. The skin was disgustingly slimy, soggy, saturated in lard/​butter, just plain NASTY. Reader, do yourself some justice and just order from Papa John’s — or anywhere else but HERE!
4. I called Gevoni’s immediately once returning to my room to tell them about not receiving the soda. I asked to have my money from the soda returned to me. I paid credit card, so we’ll see if they follow through. The male who picked up the phone sounded rushed and didn’t really give a damn that I didn’t get my soda. I don’t expect a drawn out apology, but GEEZ, at least acknowledge the mistake and ASSURE me that I will receive my money back.
5. ***More to follow once I check my bank records. You might be telling yourself, «It’s only $ 3, who cares?» Well, it’s the PRINCIPLE of the matter, and the fact that my experience has left me doubting their ability to follow through on basic business values.
BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT: Never, ever, ever eat here or order from them! They prey on unsuspecting tourists and hotel patrons!

There is apparently a pizza business named Donatello’s which used on same 210−645−9557 phone number as is on the flyer for Gevoni’s Pizzeria. I suspect this may be the same people under a new name. The previous name if googled will find many negative comments. They also have 210−645−6291.
My wife and I ordered from them while staying at a local hotel from a flyer in the room. Hilton properties are usually pretty good about making sure its a decent place. The order took over an hour and half to arrive. This was after the driver calls telling me he is in the lobby asking me to come down to get my order. I go downstairs only to learn he is not there. I called the driver back and he was at the wrong hotel. The driver blamed it on the guy who took the order. O BTW when I originally call they told me the credit card machine was down and I needed to pay cash.
Then when the guy finally arrives the front desk called me because he did not have the room number. I tell the front desk to give him the room number and send him up please. The guy then calls me a couple minutes later telling me he is in lobby. I told him to come to the room and the front desk had told him the same.
Then the pizza was wrong, looked cold and not fresh, and they sent the wrong sodas. The driver then tells me the price is $ 20 which is $ 2.00 more than it was supposed to be.
I was more than done at this point and sent him back and refused the delivery.
Absolutely HORRIBLE place stay away.
