Wow. I hope this place closes down and the people that run it never work in customer service again. If they gave awards for worst of the worst, you’d find a way to lose that too. The app makes us use your location, unfortunately. I wish the app were a human so we could tell it how it failed and it’s father isn’t proud of them and how it should be more like its cousin, Pizza Hut app. After waiting two hours for a standard order in a non busy hour, it takes 2 hours and 15 minutes to get here… then it’s missing stuff of course… I call, and they give me credit… problem is, they do it for the apartment complex, not just my apartment. Doubt I’ll get that back. 8 bucks is 8 bucks. I should have gone to little Caesars

In the past I’ve ordered and picked up from this Domino’s location with few issues. Yesterday, however, was a different story. We ordered delivery and were told there would be a 39 – 49 minute wait. Two phone calls to the store and 2HOURS(yes, two hours) later, the single pizza arrived stale and cold, with no apology for the wait. Customer service over the phone at the store was inadequate. Employees appeared not to know what to say to a customer who had been told inaccurate information or was served badly. If I decide to support Domino’s again it will not be at this location; take caution before ordering from them!

I ordered pizza on a Sunday night around 8:30 pm. I got a call about 20 minutes later telling me I would have to wait two hours for my pizza which was fine except the order was wrong. I also got food poisoning(probably because my pizza was sitting around for 1.5 hours according to the pizza tracker). NEVERAGAIN.

Worst ever. 2 hour wait on Sunday at 11 pm… Horrible customer service when they finally answered. When the pizza did arrive it was cold. Sorry to all who deal with this place. I waited on hold for 5 minutes, I’m literally 5 minutes away, I asked for a combination… This led to her explaining they have hundreds of combos, with an attitude…(went on saying all the combos before I interrupted and asked for pepperoni with vegetables please) Explaining my hotel was a huge chore(embassy suites) down the the street. Wake up owner, your franchise is a joke. You got my last $ 20

I ordered two pizzas one was crispy crust the other was pan. Got the order on time but the crispy on was soft and the pan was raw. Cheese wasn’t melted. I could only eat the crust. I am not over exaggerating the center was doughy and not cooked. I thought about calling and complaining but I am not from here and didn’t want to eat another pizza from them.

I need to start this off with the fact that I love Domino’s. Good selection, great food, reasonable delivery hours for a pizza place, and superior online ordering capability. That is why I won’t go down to 1 star. That being said, this store has the worst service I have gotten from any restaurant ever. When I first moved downtown(June ’15) and found out that this was the Domino’s that would deliver to me, I was excited as they are only a 10 minute walk from my apartment. I enjoy Domino’s so much I didn’t even mind having to pay the delivery fee after they split up with Shoprunner, but my first order from this store should have taught me my lesson. I ordered a few items, I believe it was a pizza and some Parmesan Bread Bites, in the evening around 10:30pm. I waited and waited and waited until I fell asleep waiting around 1am. When I woke up in the morning I noticed that the delivery person had tried to call me when they got here, at 2:15 in the morning! The only credit I will give this store is that they knew enough not to charge me for that order, but apparently I am a glutton for punishment, because every time I try to give them another chance I am treated to a new form of torture. Just last night, also around 10:30pm, I ordered some chicken and a build your own pasta. Typically I am the nicest person if you get my order wrong because I really don’t want to have to be «that» customer. I’ve worked in the food industry, I know the challenges and I want to help make everything run smoothly. But when I order pasta with chicken, bacon, and cheese, and get pasta with tomatoes, spinach, onions, and mushrooms… that is quite a monumental F**k up. So I called them at 11:18 right when I received my food and noticed it. Foolishly after 6 – 7 minutes on hold I did not get the name of the manager I was talking with. I explained my situation and he double checked, apologized, and said they would remake my pasta and send it out. I would’ve preferred a refund for it as the time frame of the evening was getting grim, but still not wanting to be «that» customer I acquiesced. I then called back and hour later wanting to know if i had been forgotten, and I was told by, I’m assuming, the same manager that my food was still there. They were still waiting for an available driver to come get it and deliver it. Again I fell asleep waiting at some point. The difference this time was that I woke up to nothing. Not even an indication of an attempted delivery. If this review helped you than I’m delighted and sorry to be long winded, but them main reason I wrote this is to warn and remind future me… LEARNFROMTHEPAST, ORDERSOMEWHEREELSEME!

Delivery Service: I ordered delivery in the first quarter of the PIT vs. DEN playoff game. I appreciate the fact that this company uses an online tracker. The themes are a bit of a hoot, too. My order was time-stamped at 3:57PM, out the door(according to the tracker) at 4:08PM, and in my hands at 4:19PM. The Spinach Feta Cheesy Bread: Surprisingly good. I was disappointed that the item doesn’t come with a dipping sauce, but I have some leftover Garlic Dipping Sauce from a franchise which will go unnamed, so I made do. The Mozzarella on top was so soft and fresh, despite the blackened bits of cheese around the bottom. I needed a fork and knife to separate the pieces, but I’m not mad. The 3-Topping Large Pizza: I ordered with ground beef, chicken, and mushrooms. At first bite, the seasoning is noticeable. It’s not bad, just different. It didn’t draw my attention again until I reached the crust, at which point it was a welcome change from the average pizza experience. The bottom of the pizza was a little heavy on the cornmeal on the bottom of the pie, for my taste. I will be honest though, cornmeal vs. flour to dust a pizza crust really is a matter of opinion. It does add an element of crunch to the crust, which is nice. OVERALL: I feel pretty good about returning to Domino’s Pizza. The fact that they finally got on board with the rewards points(like a certain competitor) was one of two non-food reasons I decided to give them a try again. I’m glad I did. The delivery was quick. The food was good. The price(it was one of those always-online-coupons) was fair.

Truly the most inconsistent and poorly run Dominos in the area. Bad quality control, random hour or longer waits for delivery. Rude phone staff. The drivers are the only ones deserving of the one star received. Avoid if at all possible. This branch gives Dominos a terrible reputation and will leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Worst domino’s pizza franchise I’ve ever ordered from. Ordered a pizza at 6:55 pm and it’s 9:11 pm and I’m still waiting for my pizza. Called and was hung up on, called back on hold for 5 mn and was hung up on again, ok so three times a charm not! Was on hold for 30 mn and I hung up. My husband was outside the hotel and a delivery driver showed up and he asked if that was the pizza for 620 and was told no. The driver proceeded to state they are 2 ½ hours behind on delivery. Guess that means I should have my pizza soon. NOT! UPDATE– the pizza never arrived and I never received a phone call to let me know it would not be delivered. However my card was charged.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from here. I am visiting San Antonio for a night and decided to lazy around in the hotel room & order dinner from this Dominos. I ordered a veggie pizza n a pasta primavera(which is vegetarian). This Dominos is 0.4 miles walking distance from the hotel that I am staying in. As per the tracker, the delivery took them 20 min. The pasta primavera had bacon in it! Thanks for sending it to a religious vegetarian person. Pizza was not baked properly(let alone to perfection) and was all soggy. I called them about pasta primavera and they said it would take them 40 more min to deliver. Or they could offer me a refund that i could use at a later time. Told them that I am here only for a night, and I would appreciate a refund on the credit card. They agreed to it. Shall await the refund. I hope people read the reviews before ordering from here.

I order from this location a lot because I’m kind of a lazy jerk! I always receive speedy delivery(45 mins or less; most often less) and quality food from them, and any issues I have had with the food(which are few and far between) are always handled professionally and as promptly as possible. For all the delivery food I order from any restaurant, this business is consistently the best at bringing what I order to my door.

We travel a lot and often order Dominos. Today, my partner’s order of the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza arrived burned. We called and spoke with the manager who told us they would not deliver another to replace it. My partner had to leave the hotel and go to the store directly. Dominos management needs to re-train these employees on customer service. I agree with Claire G. and Carmen E. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Would give ZERO stars if it was an option. There should be an option to post pictures.

Worst service I’ve had in years. I’ve ordered pizza 3x this winter from this store and each experience was the same: wait 60 – 90 mins(but quoted at 30 – 40) for delivery, call and wait on hold for 10+ mins, and bite into a room temp pizza after sitting through hunger pains. I wrote this review while on hold and I’ve officially been listening to their promo message for 14 mins, have yet to get through.
