Great place. A very friendly and personal experience. I’ve been bringing the family here for 15 years.
It’s a family run business, in the truest sense. Father in kitchen, mother greeting guests and kids waiting the tables.
The food is real, the tortillas are fresh and the salsa is hot (as it should be).
It may be located in the north side, but the family is westside by way of Mexico.
I recommend the enchiladas and the caldo.

Stopped because it was there and I needed some barbacoa tacos… Only wanted two and a Dr pepper. Was soo excited to open up when I got home… awww no onions or cilantro? Just meat and grease! Not even that flavorful… who does that

I have been coming to this restraunt for years and I can honestly say that the place is really clean, which is hard to find these days. The food is very affordable, the staff knows me by name already. They actually will take the tme to get to know you. I usually call ahead of time to order my tacos to go, I have eaten inside a few times. I have seen where they cook the food and it is spotless, it is very important to me to eat at places that are clean. Food is good, love the fajitas and the potatoe and egg with bacon.

This review is for the barbacoa. I ordered 6 tacos to go which took about 15 min. Too long in my opinion to roll up some tacos. When unwrapped there was SO much grease. Everyone who ate some complained about the grease.
The hot sauce was more like chopped up jalapeño. Oh and they don’t have liquados here either or to go menus… womp womp womp.

My wife and I have been going to Elizabeth’s almost every Saturday for the past 8 years. Jesus and Elizabeth Egloff and their two kids run the place. Jesus is a wonderful cook and their tortillas (both flour and corn) are among the best I’ve ever had. The place was closed down for 5 months recently, because of a fire. Within two weeks, all of their old crowd was back, as well as many new customers. That’s how good the food is!
