Victoria’s Molino is a small, family run restaurant. They are friendly, and wonderful cooks! I had their tamale plate, which consisted of four tamales, homemade salsa, refried beans, and Spanish rice. The tamales were very tasty. The best part of the whole meal was their salsa. The salsa was a dark green color and fairly spicy! It won points with me with the freshly chopped herbs that you could see in there. Absolutely delicious. The beans and rice were not too great. The rice was dry, and tasted like every other Spanish rice I’ve had. The beans were typical refried. Nothing bad, nothing great. The interior was clean, and nicely decorated. Although this is a small place, they seem to do pretty good business! It seems that their barbacoa is pretty popular. On a side not, I had always heard that the singular of «tamales» was«tamal,» not«tamale.»
