Chipotle Mexican Grill

Come here almost everyday because not only is the food amazing as we all know, but the customer service is amazing as well. Sal and his team are always so friendly. It may be a chain, but it doesn’t feel that way when I come here.

Food is great, but I went in there the other day and the music they play was blaring! I walked out with a head ache.

Chipotle is my favorite place to grab a quick and healthy dinner, especially post workout. I enjoy the idea of a smaller selection of items to build my burrito bowl or salad, instead of a larger selection in which it would take me awhile to find the right combination of ingredients that I enjoy. I’ve dined at this location several times, every time with getting fresh ingredients. The dining area as an adequate amount of seats and they have plenty of Tabasco bottles to choose from whether you want original, green pepper, chipotle, or garlic pepper sauce flavor. One of my favorite locations, right behind the Highway 151 and Medical Center locations.

This location is very stingy with their food. I’ve been to several other Chipoles in town and none are as bad as this one.
I’ve given this place multiple tries, thinking the lack of food was a one time deal but nope, their lack of generous is consistent.
I don’t really understand why either. Is there some type of incentive that employees get for having food left over? Do employees get to take the extras home or something?
I’m not sure I’ll come back to this one. I’m paying full place for ¾ of a product. While I don’t think the quality at Freedirds is as good, it’s located just as close to my apartment so I may start going there instead.

Great Chipotle! Excellent staff and they always get my online orders perfectly! Quick and large portions! This is my favorite Chipotle location!

Serving size here have dropped completely. I feel I got half a burrito. Not to mention ZERO peppers and onions available.
Chipotle has really gone downhill in the last two years.
Hopefully with all the stores that closed in the north west will revitalize the staffing and portions of their products.

The staff at this Chipotle are always super friendly. The food is fresh and the taste is consistent. Even when extremely busy, the servers are very attentive and helpful. I like the burrito bowl as well as the options on the kids meal (quesadilla). In my experience, the customers are friendly as well.

This Chipotle location is much friendlier than others I have been to. They are also extremely fast during lunch hour, which is both convenient and appreciated.

Very unprofessional GM/​Management staff who won’t return your calls! This comes from a now EX Chipotle employee who was in the process of transferring stores. Apparently, the management doesn’t have the common courtesy, training and FACE to do their job…

I’ve come to this chipotle multiple times, but I’ll never go at night again. It was full of teenagers who happen to work there, but you’d only know that because there was one of them dressed in street clothes behind the counter. It was a mess. My online order wasn’t ready when I got there because the teens were making food for themselves or for their friends.
The young woman at the cash register was super nice to me. She got tired of asking my order and went and made one of the burritos she was waiting on. She brought me the bag and two cups — weird because I didn’t order drinks. She said she forgot to put corn in the burrito for «Joel» and gave me drinks to make up for it. She said she didn’t «read the order» until after she rolled the burrito — I just said «haha he won’t even notice» to make her feel better (sorry Joel). On my way home, I couldn’t stop thinking, «how could someone not read the order before making the burrito?!»
Now I’m home and nothing I ordered is in MY burrito. It has no pico, corn, cheese, or lettuce. I took a peek in Joel’s burrito and he is just missing corn. This review started at 4 stars, but then I ate half my burrito and I can’t take it anymore. Thanks for making my frustrating night more terrible, chipotle at huebner oaks. You now find yourself in the depths of hatred I have for PF changs and Brewingz. Ps I didn’t even finish my burrito. Gross.

Incredible food. I like everything their motto: Food with a purpose! No GMO’s or any questionable ingredients. I never get tired of their food.

ORDER THROUGH THE APP. Guys, don’t wait in a long line for your delicious Chipotle. Download their super easy to use app, place and pay for your order, then stroll in and wave at everyone waiting in line. Head straight to the front and pick up your food. It’s that easy.
But seriously, their food is delicious. We ordered online, everything was correct and perfect.
Barbacoa is our favorite meat to order. It’s shredded tasty beef. It’s got great seasoning and is super tender. Also, add fajita veggies. If you like peppers and onions, add these for free. They give great flavor and a nice little crunch.
We’ve always enjoyed Chipotle. It’s a nice alternative to your typical fast food. You’re gonna spend more but you’re going to be more satisfied and stay full longer. It’s also nice to see where your food is coming from and how it’s prepared.

If I could give this place no stars I would, come in to eat excited since I hadn’t had it in a while and as they’re putting together my bowl one of them says «you sure you want that much…» then makes a fat comment under his breath, I’m already here and hungry so I just let it go. I send a complaint to chipotle and they give me a 2 free meal card, not only were they rude but I didn’t even really get a choice on what I wanted and when I asked about it the lady at the register said something to just shut me up. All I know is me and my family and friends are never coming here again.

Awful! Every table was dirty. The employees didn’t look very happy to be there. One of them started «cleaning» for a few minutes, but didn’t do very much. He got called back by one of his colleagues. So he returns at his station and cleaned his ears with his fingers in public. After witnessing that I was done. I turned around and left.

Love this chain for normal everyday lunch… I looked it up though they have like a million calories for one meal even though everything is fresh

Pretty good Chipotle location!
It’s really hard to do substantial reviews on ‘chain’ restaurants, but Chipotle is one of my favorites and really deserves more attention.
Chipotles in general offer very high quality foods that you won’t see in other ‘fast food’ stops. The chickens for example are all cage free and the beef and pork have never seen an antibiotic or growth hormone in their lives! The veggies are extremely fresh and crisp, and the tortillas are fantastically warm and umm.‘tortilla-y.‘
My only con about this location is that the staff were a bit rude, but I guess my visit happening close to closing time helped that.
Overall, great place to go to! Especially for the health conscious who don’t want to skimp on flavor!

The food is always fresh and well-​cooked. The quality is great, never had anything that was off or not cooked all the way except for the brown rice. Which is fine because I prefer the white cilantro lime rice, which is very flavored and I have seen it being made fresh before my eyes a few times.
My favorite is a burrito or bowl with barbacoa and their delicious white rice, along with other goodies. If you haven’t tried their barbacoa, I highly recommend it. It’s good any day of the week, not just Sunday. It’s the kind of barbacoa that falls apart simply by looking at it, with no mystery pieces. Pair this with a side of chips and their ridiculously amazing guac and you’ve got a winner.
I usually go with a group of co-​workers and it gets pretty busy sometimes, but the service never feels rushed and always feels courteous. Some of my co-​workers however, have gotten their food cold and breaking into pieces due to being cold, thus the 4 stars. But all in all, I’ve never had a bad experience. We once placed a large fax order and everything came out perfect so be sure to take advantage of their fax take-​out services, you even get your own parking space.
Don’t forget an Izzy beverage, or if you’re feeling daring, try out their tasty margaritas. They are hand-​poured right there in the restaurant. How relaxing!
P. S. Secret Menu Item: you HAVE to try a «quesarito» one day. It’s pretty much a burrito wrapped up in a quesadilla; additional charges may apply.

Always delicious — always consistent — always exceptional customer service. It may not be authentic Mexican food, but for a fast-​casual place they try to make you feel less guilty about the food you’re about to inhale.
The employees are visibly excited to be at work and fully assist customers, something that is very difficult to come by nowadays.
Their margaritas are surprisingly potent yet tasty. I look forward to trying out their new Patron margarita!
Compared to other Chipotle locations I have been to, this one has always been spot on and has never messed up my order. A definite win-​win situation!
