We were met by friendly staff. They opened the door in front of us and smiled entire time. Burgers are always good here and we are excited that they have«create your own drink» station. Thank you for hospitality. Our son and mom date cane out perfect!

Good burgers, enough fries to feed the homeless… Just a little on the expensive side but you pay for what you get/want. Its definitely worth the price if you don’t mind spending $ 9 on a burger. They have free peanuts for the peanut lovers.

What time was the charm so I thought but they still can’t get a hamburger order right I heard a single with grilled onions no peppers barbecue sauce mushrooms and relish and I keep forgetting items such as the grilled onions they put raw onions on their no BBQ sauce no mushrooms very disappointing I still can’t get this ordering and follow through on the water right and fries are served cold

The burgers are great. The fries taste like salted cardboard. As you chew it’s almost like chewing sand. The fries suck big time. But hey, the burgers are bueno

Very good burgers, has that home style taste. Clean setup and very little grease, not a messy burger like some of these other places. Fries are nice and cooked in peanut oil. Recommend the Cajun style.

Well. The bun appeared to have been smushed, the patty wasn’t even big enough for the bun and it was pretty small for a burger patty. It was cooked properly which was good. The fries were way overcooked which I guess is how they do it there. No wayyyy is this the best burger let alone a 5 star. The bathroom was so slimy you almost slipped when you walked in. Gross. Wanted to at least try it but probably won’t be back.

Good freakin burger!!! Was debating on trying this place cause of some reviews… I’m so glad I did, it was very good… Doesn’t get any fresher than this… People complaining about price can go down the street and save a few bucks for a wannabe burger! I know where I am coming when i need my fix…

$ 10 for a burger and fries? The burger had no taste and fries were soft with no seasoning! Regret coming to this place! Keep driving one more block to whataburger and get a good meal for $ 6!

$ 10 for a burger and fries?! Okay, the burger isn’t all that. It was so incredibly greasy, that I couldn’t pick it up. The bun just disintegrated from all the grease. Ew. The fries are called«Cajun,» but I can’t discern why. Are they burned(blackened?) Are they from Louisiana? I think not. There’s hardly any spice on the fries. Greasy and tasteless. Same goes for the burgers. I’ve had better burgers. Much better. They have these fancy Coca-Cola machines that are supposed to spit out«hundreds» of flavors of soda, but they were out of most of the syrups and flavorings, so I was not impressed. I do appreciate the cleanliness of this place. It’s spotless. The free peanuts are also a nice touch. Frankly, I’d rather come here and just eat peanuts, because the burger and fries is not worth the steep price tag.

I like the fact that you can cram as much stuff in your burger as you like. Burgers are compact and dripping with greasy goodness. Staff love to yell at each other. Your bag of food will be overflowing with fries.

I am indifferent when it comes to 5 Guys so I will just point out the good and the not-so-good about my first experience. Good: –I love that they put a numbered sticker on your burger, it seems like this would definitely come in handy in large groups or separate orders –Service was great, the young lady at the front counter was helpful and took the time to explain the menu to us first-timers –A small order of fries is more than enough for 2 people to share –The restaurant was spotless! Extra points for being super clean –Coca-Cola Freestyle machine AND Gold Peak Tea! –Virtually unlimited amounts of free toppings including A-1 and mushrooms Not-so-good: –I didn’t like how each time the cashier would call out the order, the dude on the grill would mimic her voice in a condescendingly sounding manner –The hamburger patty really had no flavor and did not taste seasoned –There was nothing even remotely Cajun about their«Cajun fries» –The bottom bun completely fell apart after I took the first bite –2 hamburgers, 1 order of fries, 2 drinks = over $ 20 I would like to say that I will be back, but with so many burger options out there, it might be later than sooner.

The burgers are delicious and ingredients fresh. Mine had onions, jalapenos, mushrooms and tomatoes and it tasted great. Place was clean and prices were reasonable.

I’m a fan of 5 Guys ever since I first tried it on a whim during a trip to Baltimore. Let’s not get shit twisted. It’s a burger joint, not a fine dining establishment. It’s reasonably priced, though I can see why people would quibble when everything comes out to over $ 10. Meh. I think it’s worth it but to each his own. Their burger is just a burger, and a tasty one at that. They have all sorts of toppings you can add on so go for it. I’m a simple dude, so I don’t go overboard with the stuff. Another reviewer said the fries weren’t that good. I’d strongly disagree. Their cajun fries are delicious. What’s more is that they’ll give you an overflowing cup of fries(and then some) in a brown paper bag along with your burger. You seriously get a lot of fries here. One cool quirk: in addition to the regular condiments, they always have a bottle or three of malt vinegar to put on your fries for all of you northerners.

Really great service at this Five Guys. I walked in and was greeted by every employee that was working. My burger was cooked perfectly and the perfect size. I’m so happy that you can pick any of the toppings that they have at no extra charge. They only charge more for cheese or bacon. The Five guys concept is a good one. They hire friendly people and use fresh ingredients which is key to any business. My little cheeseburger and fries came out to about $ 8. That’s pretty reasonable to me and will have me coming back for more!

Way overhyped and overpriced. Yes, the burgers are good, but at just south of seven bucks for a small burger and a small pop, you’re getting hosed. The fries suck so save your extra $ 3.50. Free peanuts are a plus but that doesn’t warrant another star for a fast food burger joint. There’s a huge selection of pops on the self-serve machine. And, for what it’s worth, the staff is super friendly. tl;dr Half star for friendly folks, half star for Cherry Coke and Coke Zero on tap, full star for tasty burgers, minus two stars for being way too expensive and minus one for shitty bland fries.
