Popeye’s

Just ate at this popeyes. The food was room temperatue and the assistant manager was very rude. She argued with me about fixing my order, she didn’t want to give us bigger boats to eat out of, and she was extremely rude. Felt like I had to post because, I have been to this location several times and I have always had to get my meal remade.

do not go to this popeyes they never ever get your order right. waste of money… completely.

Management and staff at this location is great and accommodating. Had a work event and needed to pick up a large order of chicken strips very last minute. I called at 10 and spoke with Donna. She took my order and had her cooks start on my order right away, even though they did not open for another 30 min. I let her know that I was already outside when I called so she let me come in the store and pay for the food and wait while it was being cooked, checking in with me and letting me know the status of the order every so often. I was in and out of there in no time.
Every other time I come to this location, the service is great and the food is fresh!

Popeye’s — my new go-​to when it comes to fast food.
Not a HUGE fan of fast food, but have been having a bit more as of late due the major factor of laziness and Popeye’s has been a pleasant surprise. I was in the mood for chicken strips but tired of Whataburger and other mass-​production facilities, and this location is so close to home.
I got the 3-​pc chicken strips (spicy) meal and it was good! Good chicken, liked the batter, cajun fries are great, but the main part of the meal — the biscuit — was nothing short of defrosted. I don’t think they even kept it under the headlamp. Drink is a bit small for meal-​size. You can choose what kind of sauce you want for the strips, I got the buffalo and it went well with the strips, as well as, the fries.
Girlfriend even started to like it and she hates fast food chicken. All in all, I get cravings for Popeye’s chicken now, even though I know how terrible it is for me. #Amurica.

Popeyes is my favorite place to eat chicken strips. Not a fan of fried chicken… but I can get down on some chicken strips. In the last 5 – 6 years I haves stopped eating at Popeyes because of how disgusting their locations are. The few in my area seem to be run/​owned by foreign people. (like middle eastern or maybe from India). The places are rundown and dirty. They employ nasty teenagers that know nothing about customer service. And rarely did I received fresh food. So… I stopped patronizing the chain all together.
I was on my way home from picking strawberries from a farm and I was starving. Had a craving for my spicy chicken strips, and noticed there was a Popeyes a few exits down. So I decided to stop. I was very surprised when I walked in. Beautiful place. Very modernized and clean. Even behind the counter you could see most of the kitchen. It was all gleaming and I could see people cleaning! The girl who took my order was very helpful in explaining side sizes and didn’t act like she was doing me a favor by being there! As I sat eating my fresh hot chicken, the girl with out being prompted went into the lobby and stocked and cleaned the condiments and drink station. I was very impressed with how this Popeyes is managed! Sucks that is like 30 miles from my house :(

Nice brand new clean Popeyes but the spicy chicken lacked flavor and the thighs are so fatty and greasy very unpleasant to eat the white meat taste better the red beans and rice was excellent as well as the iced tea. Next time I’ll get tenders or order from the seafood menu. The employees were very friendly too.

Nice, new, clean location with friendly management staff and team members. Our food came out in less than 3 minutes and they’ve got a great special going on every Tuesday, 2 pieces for 99 cents. My only complaint is that there are not nearly enough places to sit, especially during the lunch hour. I think I counted a total of about 10 tables, maybe less. We had to wait longer to grab a seat than it took for the food to come out. It especially doesn’t help that students who have nothing better to do just camp out there with 3 tables full of drinks and no food. This isn’t the mall or Starbucks! But of course, this is at no fault of the employees or the company itself, so I still gave them 3 stars because they are A-​OK.
Check your order carefully before you leave because they forgot my biscuit today and gave me an extra order of fries that I did not ask for, and I was charged for them. Nonetheless, I still ate them :) Their chicken waffle strips are interesting, try them if you’re looking to have lunch and dessert at the same time. The quality and flavor of the Cajun rice seems to have gone down since the last time I had it.

Great management that cares about the customer. I was given great service!
