Wow. Cmon Manager Meredith Taylor. We just left after seeing all the filth all over the floor. We were shown three separate tables and just decided to leave to find a cleaner restaraunt.

They need new management and someone to run the kitchen. We had planned to go to BJs but the wait was too long. We should have just waited. They sat us pretty quickly but really crammed our group of 13 around a table. The waiter was nice, but it appears the kitchen can’t get orders right or even out on time. Fries were lukewarm when we got, them, a sign food had been sitting for a while. Daughter’s medium steak was well done. Sent it back and it didn’t come out for another 30 minutes so we cancelled the order. One person at out table ordered Tilapia and it didn’t come out with the rest of the food. Either someone didn’t enter the order or the kitchen forgot to make it. The manager apologized, but it took another 20 minutes for the order to come out. Sad thing is this was for my daughter’s birthday with the family and she talked about getting the chocolate lava cake. After all the delays and messed up orders she just wanted to leave and go home.

Service is awful at this location and food quality poor. I usually like Chili’s, but this location just cannot seem to get it right. Always seems on the dirty side also.

This location is not good. Quality control just not a priority. Last two TOGO orders have been either wrong or incredibly poor quality. I don’t have these problems at Northwoods location.

This restaurant always has some of the worst service out of anywhere that I have ever eaten. The food is always outstanding, but the poorly-trained waitstaff is enough to make me never dine-in — which is lame, because you can’t use the coupons for take-out. I love their Margarita-Grilled Chicken, Extra Crispy Chicken Crispers, Cajun Chicken Pasta, & Southwest Egg Rolls. I miss their cob-salad lunch special and Oreo molten cake, though.

I’m sorry to say that I have yet to have an extraordinary experience here. Their food is average with inconsistent portions. I ordered Cajun Chicken Pasta which was okay but garlic toast was burnt. Not okay. I will give then another try.

Extremely rude wait staff. They forgot items in our to-go order and upon calling, got an «oh well, it’s busy tonight.» Had dine-in service the next week with several co-workers and again, extremely rude wait staff, incompetent kitchen management as they were out of seemingly everything during the lunch rush, and food was cold. This is hands down the worst Chili’s I have ever been to. Sorry Chili’s, but two strikes is enough to teach me that you suck. I won’t be back and I highly doubt anyone in the very large office I work in nearby will either.

Came here while on vacation because the family likes the food and normally service is pretty good at most. However this location was a very underwhelming experience. I don’t normally give 1 or 5 star reviews, but I am giving a 1 star here. First off, it took way too long to get the food. It was approaching an hour from the time we sat down until our food was served. Because of this, the waiter offered us free chips which we obliged. He did not offer Guac, when our table asked for it, he had to think about it. But whatever, not a big deal. Then when our food was served, 2 of the 7 meals were wrong and had to go back in to get redone… Wonderful. So naturally when something like this happens, the manager would come over to the table to try to make things right by offering to comp a meal or something. The manager did come over, but he never offered to comp a meal or anything. He did apologize though, I have to give him that. Looking back at some of the other reviews, it seems like this is a chronic problem at this Chili’s location — not just my one review. All of the other Chili’s that I have been to seem to do much better. Something must be wrong here. Chili’s Corporate: If you read this, something is wrong at this location, bring in a new team and fix it because BJ’s is right next door and after this experience, I would just go there.

Horrible service!!! I went in yesterday to buy several gift cards. The sign at to go said to see the bartender. The bartender just looked at me and did not say a word. She made some drinks and then ran off to the back without acknowledging me. I continued to stand at the bar and several employees walked by without offering to help. The place was almost empty, so it’s not like the servers were swamped. I ended up leaving without making a purchase because I couldn’t anyone to help me. Went next door to BJ’s and bought several gift cards from an employee who was happy to serve me.

I should have known when we only had to wait 10 minutes at 7:30 on a payday Friday, that this Chili’s was a bad choice! If not for the excellent server, I would rate our experience at this Chili’s as 1 star, Actually, the server should receive 5 stars, and the FOODSHOULD receive ZEROSTARS. I used to LOVE Chili’s thick, juicy burgers, so dripping with delicious flavor, they required a side of 20 napkins! Unfortunately, our burgers on May 16 were AWFUL. I am from the clean your plate generation, but I choose to leave 75% of my burger and cold dull fries on the plate! The MEAT was low grade, finely ground, DRY, GREY, FLAVORLESS piece of previously frozen, PRECOOKEDRUBBER. If there was ever a drop of meat juice, it was pressed out by some over zealous angry cook with a huge spatula, more concerned with fast cooking than serving delicious food. The only juice on our burgers came from the WATERYSHREDDEDLETTUCE, ROTTENTOMATOSLICE and DILUTEDMAYO. The bun was tough, the fried onion straws were gummy and flavorless, and there was so was so little cheese, I think it melted away. The applewood bacon was delicious and cooked perfectly, but even PERFECTBACONCOULDNOTSAVETHISAWFULBURGER. This was a one napkin burger at best. DONOTEATATTHISCHILIS.

Chili’s is usually an easy choice. Food is usually good. There is something for everyone and I’ve never had bad service. This Chili’s, however, was absolutely without a doubt, horrible! We didn’t wait long, about 30 minutes considering it was Mother’s Day weekend. But we did wait over an hour for our food to arrive. When it did, most of it was wrong and/or missing items or items we didn’t ask for. And it didn’t taste as good as every other Chili’s I’ve ever visited. After our THREEHOUR visit the check came out with over $ 17.00 of items we either didn’t order or that they double charged us for. The waiter was unapologetic as was the manager. They simply removed the items we didn’t order and left the check on the table. We could see that most everyone in the place was just as unhappy as us. The couple next to us finally just asked for their food to go. I’m assuming because it took so long. DONOTEATHERE! Don’t be fooled by the short wait time… There is a reason!

Chilis is aways a «know what you’re going to get» kind of place. Not this one. It should have been an omen when I walked in and noticed every table was dirty and there was trash all over the floors. When my wife and I were finally sat at our table we were greeted by our server, who, to say was ghetto would be an understatement. Plus… She didn’t know the menu, couldn’t answer any questions over new items we were curious about, she forgot our drinks, she was cut in the middle of our meal and disappeared to do side work so she can leave, making us wait for her for 45 minutes to even get our check. The food was sub par for a Chilis as well. I seriously doubt I’m ever going back to this Chilis

Terrible service. Fajitas were cold and tortillas were burned. Ordered a kid’s meal for my son with oranges, and the oranges had a big piece of lettuce. Explanation? «Our salad guy makes oranges.» ??? Don’t waste your time here — gross.

So it’s Chilis and most people know what to expect. But I’m rating it five stars because Chris, one of the female bartenders, is absolutely amazing. Probably one of the best servers I’ve ever had at any establishment. I’m fairly regular here and she always has my drink ready and my order going before I have to ask. As for the other servers, they’re sub-par. Sometimes okay, but not near as good. The food is Chilis. It’s okay for the price. The new menu options are fantastic.

We placed an order to go and were told the order would be ready by 6:00. We arrive at 6:02 and the order was not ready. The order didn’t come out until 6:18. When I first walked up to the counter, I was never acknowledged, I actually walked over to the bar to ask for help. The bartender said, «she can help you» the same girl who never acknowledged me. Standing at the counter I could see directly on the kitchen, which I wish now that I did not. The kitchen was filthy! The floor was in desperate need of mopping. The place is in need of training on customer service, and kitchen cleanliness.

Meh, it’s a Chili’s. What do you expect? My waiter was slow as hell and took forever. My food was fine, and my margarita was actually really good. I’ll stick to coming to Chili’s for Happy Hour though.

The only reason I go to Chili’s is because of my wife’s obsession with ordering a grilled chicken sandwich off the menu. We were headed to a completely different restaurant when the urge overcame here and in order to not hear about it for the rest of my natural life, we pulled in for the chicken sandwich. And it was exactly like ever other Chilis on the planet.

Eating at Chili’s is like driving a minivan. You’re saying to the world: «I’ve had kids and now I’m just waiting to die.»
