Great service! They are always friendly and have yet to make a mistake in our order, even though we get everything specialized. Warning: They don’t have the full breakfast menu! An employee said customers rarely come in for breakfast at this location though — he was surprised we even thought to!
Rating system:
5 stars = I’ll drive across town specifically for this, and rave to all my friends about it!
4 stars = Would recommend visiting.

I have always liked the sandwiches here, but today I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and was a bit thrown by how dry it was. There isn’t a lot of the actual chicken salad, and there’s no other dressing to speak of except what’s in the meat, sooooooo… well, in terms of taste, the chicken salad is good. But with no real moisture and only one lettuce leaf as garnish, not great stuff. I also had to ask that my diet Dr Pepper be replaced because it had almost no fizz. Long wait in the drive thru, too. Thirteen minutes, but to be fair it was a little before 5pm and packed with customers. Great customer service, though!

I love Chick-Fil-A’s food is great, but this particular location’s service is very slow. Compared to the 3009 and IH35 location and the one at the Forum, this one takes twice as long. As a customer, I don’t want to hear personal conversations between the workers. It makes it awkward to be there and it makes the me think that their conversation is much more important than getting the food out to the customer.
