This place was just okay the first time I went to get an acrylic set with shellac polish. The lady (don’t know her name) did an okay job and the conversation was nice. Second time I went for a full set with shellac my nails were not shaped evenly AT ALL but I was in a rush so I just let it be which I regret because I did pay money for these services so I should’ve been happy with the work at the very least. My second visit was last week. Less than a week later, YESTERDAY, my shellac nail polish was chipping. All the shellac on my thumb was practically off. This has NEVER happened to me before so I went back to see what they could do. You know when they’re pushy and offer other services to you? Yeah, so that happened. I simply wanted them to fix my shellac on a couple nails that had been peeling. Keep in mind that I work in an office. My hands and nails are not roughly used. So she tells me to pick another polish and I was like «No, I just wanted you all to fix the mistake that was not my fault. Shellac should last 2 weeks, I get it all the time.» Plus my acrylic thumb nail was half off which is crazy to me because my acrylic nails NEVER have broken or fallen off. So okay we sit and someone walks in asking for a brow wax. She has the audacity to tell me to wait 5 minutes while she does that. I’m sorry, she didn’t have an appt but she could have waited. So she leaves and the male next to me tells me to sit in front of his work area. So I do and he proceeds to take off all the shellac with a tool. I tell him I just need a couple fixed and he told me «but you need a fill.» I said «No, just fix the polish.» He continues and the lady comes out so they start rambling away in their language which BTW is SO rude to me because I am sure they were discussing me. They both kept telling me if they change the polish it won’t look right if I don’t get a fill (yes, my nails grow fast but it was less than a week ago so I wasn’t ready for it yet) and the male is like showing the lady my nails to tell her to tell me to get a fill. NO! Thats when i started to get angry.RIDICULOUS. You cannot tell me what services to or to not get. I just don’t get it. She’s like it’s been 2 weeks since you came in. I said no, I can show you my bank statement if you need to but NO, it’s been less than a week. And what would it matter? I get trying to sell more services but they flat out were trying to corner me into it. I was so mad. So all in all they offered me a fill with shellac for $ 23 when its usually $ 38 or so. I was so frustrated but since I didn’t want to walk out with half my nails done, I stayed and agreed. I feel like I didn’t stand up for myself like I should have and I am disappointed in that but that’s why i am writing this. I think to say this is an injustice is dramatic but there are really no other words I can put it in. I will NEVER be going back here and I hope you ladies reading this do not either. On top of all that arguing I did NOT tip the male who wasn’t happy about it. His body language was so rude and offended. When I just agreed to whatever they offered me, he started being very rough with my hands. Especially when he was buffing my nails. He was being rougher than I have ever had someone be on my nails. I should have left then. His demeanor was disgusting and unprofessional. I do give places good reviews even when I am not 100% satisfied but this is a bad review I needed to put out there. I am embarrassed for their behavior and again, I hope you all take my word on this. I am as patient as they come and it was hard for me to bite my tongue in this situation. I am super upset this happened and I hope NO ONE ever feels like they don’t deserve the respect of an individual who is a paying customer.

Try mrs. Lee! She’s awesome and takes her time to do your nails. But she doesn’t speak English well.

This is the worst nail place ever. The guy that did my daughter nails had to take 3 nails off. Then he put them on again. They still looked bad. Service was bad when we said something they said the nails were fine. I wrote this as I would not have to pay for bad nails.

I’ve been here twice. The first time my pedicure was fine. Nothing special but it was cheap. I also get a manicure. My cuticles were butchered. Badly. Took about 2 weeks to recover.
My second visit I opted for just the pedicure. All was fine, until the tech started coughing in my feet. Yuck. Then he proceeded to use a dirty «appearing» tool. I say «appearing» because they swore it was clean. It’s one of those giant grater tools they use to remove dead skin. It had some weird white gunk all around it (They quickly removed it once they saw me playing on my phone… Yep I’m writing this from the massage chair). Upon asking if it was clean, the tech then decided to «clean it in front of me» by putting it into the tub with my feet. I immediately pulled my foot out and asked for the owner. He made the tech clean out the tub.
For some reason they couldn’t find another clean tool, so they used a disposable one to get my heel «smooth». I’ll be finishing this up at home.
After this nothing went the way it was supposed to. No hot towels for me! That’s fine. I paid and left with okay toes. I guess you get what you pay for? :-/​oh wait!!! It’s $ 25. Not that cheap
2 stars because others don’t have this experience. Just me. Ask for the right people I suppose. I won’t be back though.

Not super fancy & stations are crowded to small area BUT great prices for pedi & mani. $ 35 which still includes exfoliation, massage with salt & later with lotion. I recommend Mai, she was great, an older lady & seemed really meek but nice. I overheard another patron say her girl was rude.

I have just moved here and needed a nail salon I had bad experiences so far but this as been one of the best nail salon I’ve been to in a long time. Very clean and very friendly staff .
