I honestly had no complaints about this place until I saw an employee put USED tools — the ones he had just used for my pedicure — into a new «sterilization» bag and seal it up and put it in the caddy to use on his next customer, without even cleaning them. They effectively lost my business permanently. There is no excuse for that kind of «shortcut».

Absolutely the worst fill I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had a few nails that were «lifting «didn’t repair them and now you can see where they were lifting from my previous fill. When I told the technician that it was lifting. His response to me was well don’t do that it’ll get mold. Instead of fixing it. Horrible!!!

I love this place! I’ve been a regular for over a year now. The staff is always very pleasant and attentive. Great pedicures with fantastic paraffin wax too! I have acrylic overlay on my natural nails and I always get compliments on my nails. Regularly get my eyebrows waxed here and the shape is always perfect! I am a devoted client.

I don’t usually do walk ins when I get my nails done. Normally I’m a pedi only girl since I use my hands a lot at work and manicures don’t last very long. But I’m on vacay this week so I decided to treat myself!
I walked in and was greeted right away. They weren’t busy at all and quoted me $ 15 for a manicure which sounded good to me! I picked out my polish from the great selection and we were off!
My lady that did my nails was polite and pleasant. As I sat there, more customers arrived. They were all greeted right away and taken care of. I was offered something to drink, even wine if I wanted it, but I had to drive to Austin, so I declined.
The staff were all friendly and I would recommend this to anyone in the area since it was so easy and quick to get in and out.

My daughter and I we’re have been trying various salons. I had a deluxe pedicure. My daughter had shellac on her natural nails, eyebrows and standard pedi. Let me just say that it was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I was leery with prior reviews. I watched as they cleaned the spa basins. I had a gentleman who was awesome! Didn’t catch his name, but I’m hoping he’s always there. We went in on a Thursday around 1:30pm. I will continue going along with my family as long as the servi

I love this place. The staff was the most friendly staff I have seen at a nail salon. Great environment, very relaxing.

Went in today for a much needed acrylic fill and pedicure. The place is clean and inviting. The manager is very sweet and immediately offered us a drink. Water, soda or wine.
Tony did my pedicure and it was a good experience. He took his time, used new (out of the package) tools on my feet. He also gave me what felt like an extra long scrub on my dry heels. I appreciate that! The massage chairs aren’t very strong though. But that’s just a matter of preference.
As for my fill, I was less impressed. I have acrylic overlay on my natural nails and on 2 of my nails, I have acrylic past the nail tip. Seriously. She also add tips to my broken nails and I asked her will the difference be known? She said no. Well guess what, once I got outside — it’s obvious! Grrr
Also, Mon — Wed they give 10 percent off. I don’t know if this is a temporary promotion due to it being under new management. Careful with that though, the lady ahead of me had 3.00 taken off her 35. service and I had 3.00 taken off my 28. The manager cashed me out and I like her math better then the one who cashed out the previous girl.
All in all I’d go back for my pedicure only.

I went in for shellac service, it came out streaky and over my cuticles. I wouldn’t recommend going here for shellac service. My nails were uneven and I had to tell the lady to reshape a few. I will not go back

Came in on a gamble (I usually avoid stripmall nail salons, but the pedi price was irresistable) and ended up with Stephanie for a pedi and French mani. I’ve since been back and always request her – she’s awesome! I usually try to go when I know it won’t be crazy busy because I like a quieter, more relaxing experience. Stephanie takes her time and can do a French so even and consistent it looks totally fake. I always get compliments, so I wanted to take a minute to compliment her, although I might regret it if all of you start booking with her and I can never get in now, haha.

Got there at 10AM, no line, great service. I was pleased with my pedicure and eyebrow wax.

OMG — went in for a simple eyebrow wax and she dropped a big glob of wax in my hair. used the oil crap to get it out, but didn’t even finish my eyebrows. wanted to charge me $ 10 for a half a$$ed job — I should have made them pay for the hair cut I ended up needing. Consistently crappy service, but this was the last straw… I will NEVER go there again for ANYTHING. there should be negative stars allowed for places like this.
