Not sure how I feel about this place. The 3 star rating is fair. The size and generosity of the toppings is great for the price they charge. All the toppings are fresh and the pizza is created right there while you wait. I went in on a Tuesday night to pick up a large three topping pizza and there was 2 other customers ahead of me. The two crew members looked like they were half asleep… no personality or enthusiasm. I probably would have gotten out quicker if they showed some urgency. All in all, I spent a good 45 mins on this pizza, including baking it. The taste was nothing more than your average pizza delivery chain. It’s a different experience.

Tuesday’s are $ 10 large pizza night. Great deal. I love that they have a variety of fresh, fancy toppings and are generous with them. The only reason I took a star off is that they were sloooow. For having one person in front of me it took like 15⁄20 mins to get the pizza and the people that ordered after me got theirs first. I could have baked the pizza in that time. Other than that no complaints. Good place for cheap yummy Tuesday night dinner pick up.

Like many others, I was highly skeptical of this business concept — a pizza joint that didn’t cook my pizza?!? Well, whadayaknow?!? It was pretty good! Granted, I don’t have the super-high-heat over for that crispy italian shell(but apparently neither do any of our delivery pizza joints). The smell of yeasted dough in the kitchen is wonderful.(Maybe I need to bake more bread.) Anyway, the pizza was at least as good as delivery, better when I remember to add extra sauce, and I have the added benefit of the house smelling like I’d slaved for an hour or two to make the dough. One word of warning: The deep dish pizza is not really Chicago style(«pizza pie») — it’s more like a double-decker pizza. All-in-all, I think it’s better than delivery, but not as good as artisan restaurant. Oh. and the price is better than delivery for the amount of pizza(not counting my gas costs).

I’ve only taken away dinner from here twice, but both times it was excellent. The Mediterranean salad was awesome and stayed fresh and kept well for the 3 days my family ate on it(try with a nice light balsamic vinaigrette). The meat lasagne is nice and not like traditional lasagne(which i don’t care for). The tomato sauce is nice and light, the filling is as well and pasta reminds of what I found throughout northern Italy. It kept well too. The feta, spinach, sun-dried tomato, and artichoke heart pizza is incredible and would rank it as one of my favourite pizzas(and I’m not a pizza fan). The dough is nice and light, somewhat thin but not hard and too crispy, so it’s almost like a nice hybrid of thin crust and hand-tossed. Following the instructions for warming in the oven worked well. Overall, I’m quite impressed.

Tried it once and never again. Not tasty and not worth the time for me to bring home and bake myself. I prefer the take and bake at HEB any day and that is only $ 4.99 for a large.

Was somewhat skeptical at first, but became a convert after the first pizza. We have reordered several times and have yet to be disappointed. Use the coupons to reduce the overall cost.

We love the pizza here, even though you have to cook it at home. The Mediterranean chicken d’lite is great.

So I was a skeptic. I thought, «Who would take the time to go pick up a pizza THEN bring it home to cook it?».Well, now I do, almost exclusively. You get what you want in a pizza(it is delish!) and it’s prepared quickly. It’s cheap(always use coupons! $ 6 for a large pepperoni! No Tax!!). You bring it home and cook it when you want it(11 minutes!). It comes on its own baking sheet. Then you truly have«hot out of the oven» pizza. I’m a pepperoni person and I love Papa John’s pizza but this rivals it and you can’t beat the price. I’m a convert. Give it a try and I bet you will be too.(It’s even good reheated days later.)
