Starbucks

Always friendly staff, drinks made right and usually not too crowded. Good location, large patio area to sit down and listen to the music and RELAX w/​my latte :)
Would be 5 stars if there was a drive thru

This Starbucks is fine. Not one of my favorites, especially since it doesn’t have a drive-​thru. But, I usually have a good experience there.

This is a franchise Starbucks owned by Barnes and noble. It’s more of a snack type one where they have cheese cake and such. Not happy about the lack of egg salad sandwhich. Cute barista but she wasn’t able to keep up with the line of customers –_–

Customer service is very poor here. Two baristas walked right pass me without offering assistants as I stood at the register waiting to order. Just rude.

The service here is always great and friendly. But, as everyone else mentioned there is no seating inside. If you find one its usually dirty. Outside is dirty too and usually full because the inside is full.
Go about a mile down to Helotes their starbucks is super cozy.

I tried to like this Starbucks… I really did! If you know me, you know that I drink more coffee then a fish can handle water! It is a much smaller shop then most US Starbucks. The coffee is consistent to other Starbucks shops and The staff for the most part is friendly and useful. BUT, the thing that make me give this shop 3 stars is the shop its self. Its indoor seating is not very comfortable and inviting. The outdoor area at times can be very dirty. When I go to a Starbucks I am not just paying premium prices for the coffee but also for the Starbucks culture, which means to me… plug in the lap-​top and sip coffee for a couple hours. Which I will be honest is a great culture to have… the longer you can keep a customer in the store the more they tend to purchase. Great business model!
So, if you want an in and out place to get that consistant cup of Java then this place is ok, but if you want to relax and enjoy a few cups go down the road and youll run into another.

Visitd on 12÷21÷13 and the two female baristas were incredibly unfriendly and rude. No «thank you» was told to any customer while I was there. No, «Hi welcome to Starbucks.» No friendliness, just sour faces.

As far as Starbucks goes, this one is very small. Only 3 tables and 2 lounge chairs in the entire space. It has a decent size patio, but in San Antonio patios without cover are a little brutal most months of the year. It was desperately in need of a deep clean. The floor and table were dingy and dirty and looked as if they hadn’t seen a scrub down in weeks. They were out of several syrups for their holiday drinks, so brewed coffee and tea were the only real options on this particular morning. They still get points for being extremely friendly and courteous.

Inside store is small, but large patio area makes up for it.
