I buy a lot of clothing items from Ann Taylor mostly because 1) they carry my size which is the smallest size possible 00 petite and XXS petite. Yea u heard it right. 2) they have tailored good quality professional work cloth that’s actually not boring. The design is usually simple and classy with a fun twist. As a career woman, I dress up for work everyday so I need a lot of those.
This particular location is great. It’s super close to my place and the staff here are very helpful and attentive. They also have regular sales so you can score some pretty decent trendy pieces or wardrobe staples.
I do have an Ann Taylor card I’ve had for quite some time. Once you spent certain amount money to accumulate certain points, you get gift cards to redeem at the store. For the most part tho, I shop on their website as a Google generation. I just order a bunch of cloth and have them shipped to my house shamelessly.

Great service. Good place for quality women’s career clothes and accessories. Regular price point is a bit high for my liking. It’s comparable to a classier version of NY&Co, but with the same great sales.
Majority of the stock here is exclusively in neutral tones: shades of white and khaki, navy and black, with accessories in silver and gold and pearl. Shoes are heels and boots.
Service is attentive and personable: expect to be checked on in an unobtrusive way throughout your visit, get offers to check other store locations if your size is not found here, and getting the store credit card gives you 20% off.

Charlotte helped me last week and she was a doll. I was planning an outfit for a nautical-​themed party. I walked away with a new dress, two bracelets, a nice necklace and an additional costume pearl necklace for fall.

I went in twice today (Black Friday), once by myself and then later in the afternoon with my Mom to browse around. I really didn’t anticipate buying anything, but the women in the store were so incredibly helpful, I walked out with some bargains. Cynthia was particularly nice, as I had a bunch of coupons and she told me that the 50% off for Black Friday would give me a better bargain. When I came back with my Mom, Cynthia helped us again, and was willing to call numerous stores to see if they had a particular item. I was really impressed with the service, especially on such a chaotic day!

You can find some pretty good deals here during the discount seasons. Usually nice staff, clean and organized store, and worth a pop-​in visit.
