The store is messy and the staff don’t apply discounts that are on the shelves. We purchased a bedroom sheet and pillow set that was priced at a deep discount. When the teller didn’t ring it up with a discount, we notified her. She sent us to customer service, a 10+ person line. The staff hygiene level was poor, and they were in groups or duos chatting instead of working. This is not my favorite Bed Bad & Beyond, by far.

Without getting overly lengthy: we had a very positive experience here. We went to buy new pots and pans. Aka: cookware. It took me an hour to decide on some Emerilware Stainless Steel. We checked out and got in our car. I thought we were finished until an employee came chasing after us… outside…as we were pulling out. She flagged us down to remind us that we receive a free gift. So we parked and went back inside. We were supposed to get a free skillet with our purchase. We had no idea. The reason we had no idea was because it was while supplies last and they were out of them so they took the signage down. Once this was all sorted out… without us even realizing this was all going on… they went online and shipped us one directly from their warehouse. The employees went out of their way, past closing time, to give us this gift that after all, we weren’t even meant to receive since they no longer had any. Very friendly and we will be back!

This location is similar to others. The staff was friendly and helpful, when I was needing assistance finding items. The store was clean though shelves looked rummaged through, even though they had opened shortly prior. Was surprised to find that there is a whole section of beauty products now. Covering your needs for hair, face, body, nails, and feet pampering. I very much enjoyed peeking through all the clearance sections scattered throughout the store. The mini travel area has got to be the biggest variety I’ve come across. They have everything tiny you might need for your upcoming trip! And you can’t visit Bed Bath or Beyond without using the 20% off one item coupon that WEALL get in the mail hehe Yup! I’m still a fan :-)

The store is nice but every time I reach the front to check out the cashiers are talking and not even at their register. Last time the manager had to call the girl to her area from the customer service side. This time I walked up and the two girls continued their conversation without saying a word to me while processing my return. Super rude. One if the girls wanted the other to take her shift tomorrow. This could have waited until customers were taken care of. I’ll go to the 410 location from now on. It’s closer to me. I actually would go out my way for this location.

Employees were extremely helpful. This store was out of a comforter I wanted so they called a few other stores to see of they had any. This store also offered to order it for me if none of the other stores had it. Pretty clean and organized; I arrived right after they opened.

I went most recently to exchange a pan that had been damaged with what I considered regular use. I had originally received it as part of a set when we registered for our wedding. Four years later and wouldn’t you know they took it back and gave me a brand new one. For the record, the problem with the pan may not have been regular use but Hubby scrapping left overs with a fork or spoon, a big«no-no» with that type of pan surface. Just the next week our vacuum cleaner went kaput! I had purchased it years ago somewhere else but wanted to check out Bed Bath for a new one. I did some online looking around and called the store to check if the one that interested me was in stock. I headed to the store with my 20% off coupon that I had received in the mail. A great reason to give them your address by the way. With the help of a staff person, I tried out 2 vacuums and settled on my choice. Of course the staff person was so helpful with the process, lifting the displays from the shelf, plugging them in and standing by as I tried out each one. I could have purchased the same vacuum at Target for the price of the total with the Bed Bath discount but I wanted to do my business with Bed Bath and I am glad I did as the second to last thing the helpful staff person said to me was«If you don’t like it once you get it home, just bring it back.» The last thing he said? «Let me carry that for you». I love these guys.
