My friend Lando bought a pair of Modern Slim Fit Banana Republic pants for $ 98.00. After wearing them 3 times the seam split. The Manager at the Banana Republic said that this was normal wear and refused to exchange them. He stated that if it was defective the they would have ripped the very first time I wore them.

Lovely, attentive staff who seem to know their regular customers well. This store in particular is very well merchandised (I’ve been to some Banana’s that are way too packed or, on the contrary, very sparse with very little merchandise).
Christopher is a stellar manager who will take care of all your needs! This will be my go-​to Banana when I’m in the San Antonio area!

The Huebner Oaks store tends to have sales associates who are less intrusive, a bit more approachable when needed, and friendly over all.
They have seasonal sales that can mean serious savings on classic clothing. Unless you’re into wearing the latest fashion before it even hits the stores. In which case go pay full price somewhere else.
