Booking online is a big plus for me, so from the jump my experience was going good, only to realize that the day I requested (that same day) was not available so I was booking for the next day. I work close by, so I figured I would walk in and explain my mistake and see if they could take me as a walk in. The girl at the front was very nice and got me right in. I forget the name of my stylist but she was very nice, asked me what I wanted and then did it… so many times stylists will listen then do whatever the hell they want. ¹⁰⁄₁₀
Also cool robes included, and beer.

Horrible. My boyfriend came here last minute to get a cut and I regret letting him come here. Location is nice, the inside is nice. They had drinks to offer and the two people working seemed nice. I sat in the waiting area while he got his hair cut, they had him take his shirt off in the changing room area and wear a robe and proceeded to the chair for his cut which didn’t take very long at all surprisingly, twenty minutes maybe. When he came to the front to pay, it didn’t look like he got anything cut, just cleaned up the neck some and added a lot of hair product. It wasn’t until we went outside where there was more light when I saw how she scratched up his neck. One of the scratches had drew some blood. She must not have used any of the powder they put on after the cuts because his neck was severely irritated and hives were forming. The cut was horrible! She didn’t clean up the neck as well as she could, didn’t texturizing it on top to thin it out any. The fade is not even a fade. And of course… this was right before closing so we couldn’t go back in there to address the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. You’re better off going to sport clips and not have to pay so much for crap at least.

The owner did a fine job following up with an apology for the job, offering a refund as well as a free cut on them. He was polite and understanding, as well as being professional. I appreciate how he handled this situation.

My son had a great haircut from Valerie! He hadn’t had his cut in two years so it was quite the workout for her and she did great!!! Wonderful and friendly staff!

My boyfriend loves this place. He’s very particular about his hair, so when a coworker of mine told me about it (he’s one of the owners) I immediately recommended it to him. He’s been twice now, for haircuts and to clean up his eyebrows. The people are super nice and his appointments have started on time. The place is very clean, with a nice waiting area.
My ONLY complaint is parking, if you don’t know the area it could be a little confusing, but that’s not the salon’s fault at all. If you go, just drive to the right after the salon instead of to the left, there’s a garage to the right and a parking lot.

Very rude and all-​around horrible customer service, was prompted to book an appointment online created an account got a confirmation for appointment walked in the door was not even greeted for five minutes until somebody decided to check their cell phone at the front counter. After heckling their Facebook status they then pulled up my appointment and said «oh it shouldn’t have been booked because we are already busy with a customer.» Didn’t even attempt to reschedule my appointment or fit me in. All they care about is their cell phones at the front counter. Will take my business elsewhere

I’ve been going to the same stylist for 14 years. So when I decided to try something different I was kind of nervous. I did a lot of looking around before I finally decided to give ¹⁸⁄₈ a shot, and I must say best decision I’ve ever made. This place is awesome. The shop has a really great vibe, and I really dig all the little things they do for you to make sure you have he best experience possible.
Tajae is freakin amazing! She rocked out my hair, beard, and eye brows! I have never gotten so many compliments from people, even strangers, in one day! This is definitely my new spot and I think anyone who wants look awesome should check this place out!

Give this place a try and you won’t go anywhere else. I love the fact that you can book your appointments online and select everything from the service to the stylist of your choice.
After two cuts I purchased the membership to save a little money and am really glad I did. They really do care about the way you look and won’t finish until your are satisfied with your cut.

My normal girl that cuts my hair was out today, and going on maternity leave soon so i needed to find a back up place. Well I found it, and quite possibly my new place for good.
The receptionist was awesome, i was a walk in, they took me straight back. this is the only mens salon i’ve been to that lets you put on a Man robe prior to your hair cut to protect your clothes.
They had beer on tap, wine by the bottle plus all the normal soft drinks. They even offered my daughter a juice while she waited on me.
Tajae was amazing, took extra time to make sure i was comfortable and did a fantastic job cutting my hair. highly, highly recommend her.
I really love the no rush atmosphere, complete opposite form the cattle car places around town.
My only constructive criticism for this place is a personal preference i have. I prefer when possible to have my neck cleaned up with a straight razor and shaving cream, seems to make the hair cut look much cleaner and last longer. Other than that, simply amazing! Exactly what you would expect for the area its in. For what you get I think the price is right where it needs to be.

Stepped in as a first time customer and was left floored. The service was impeccable, was helped by Valeria, who has an amazing smile and attitude! Also got some assistance from Alex and Alyssa who were extremely helpful. Loved it and will continue coming back

Made my appointment online. Came in and was offered a free tail beer. Staff was very friendly haircut was relaxing and had great conversation with stylists! Definitely going back.

There are too many great things to say about ¹⁸⁄₈ to fit in a review but I’ll give it a shot. The first thing i was met with was a smiling receptionist and a friendly owner who proceeded to point me towards the craft beer tap and Keurig. The walls are decorated with timeless and subtle images of Navy pride. My barber Rob got me started with an awesome hot rock neck massage and he was off and running from there. He did an amazing job. Bottom line is if you want an extraordinarily relaxing and enjoyable experience where the staff treats you like a buddy ¹⁸⁄₈ is the place to be. I will absolutely make this my new go-​to barber.
