Worst place to get a haircut. You will not be seen without an appointment. The staff does not disclose the appointments or wait times. I waited 1.5 hours for a haircut that I never got. I was the third person in line to get a haircut with 3 stylists cutting hair. They cut hair slow. Kids & women are the dominant customers with appointments. Men, this is not the place to get a fast haircut.

Hair cuts are fine but the credit card machine is always down. This last time I made an appointment but she failed to mention it was cash only that day, had to walk to a near by target to get cash at an ATM. ATM was broken. Kind of annoying.

my husband just came home with the worst haircut… he asked for a trim and he got butchered… she sure didn’t listen and he is too nice of a guy to complain after the fact.
he gave herr a $ 10.00 tip… she surelyy didn’t deserve… when a customer asks for a trim that’s what he expects… he hates it. so do i .he said he would rather cut his own than go back to knockouts… and i think he would look a heck of aot better even if i took a go at it… never to return…

Always great service. Can get busy so recommend getting appointment. If you really want an experience get the Total Knockout deal… you won’t be disappointed. Imari is my preferred stylist and she does a great job. Very attentive.

I was in need of a haircut this morning and decided to check out a local barber shop around my area. I haven’t heard much negative or positive things about Knockout barber shop, but all I needed was a simple high and tight fade (a simple/​regular haircut that any barber shop should be able to complete with full satisfaction from their customer). The barber I had was named Steph (I believe) and I specifically asked if she could properly do fades, she said yes of course. I received the basic cut that included a shampoo. The cut itself was relaxing, and the shampoo was nice, but due to I was in a rush, I reluctantly did not thoroughly check my hair and left leaving her a pretty decent tip she did NOT deserve. Well she definitely did not know what a high and tight was, and the fade line was completely and utterly off on both sides of my head. The back of my head is receding and I asked her to make sure to blend it in with the fade, but instead she just attempted to fade around my receding spot which made it look far more distinct and exposed. The blending of the fade was horrendous. YES IT WAS TRULY THAT BAD. I ended up going to North Star barber immediately after noticing the horrific haircut. As always they did an amazing job, why I didn’t go there first is because it’s a bit pricey. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO KNOCKOUT BARBER SHOP AGAIN!

I had the worst experience and haircut here. The hair cutter Ellie dug into my skull with the sheers and I asked for a finger tip trim on top and she barely left any hair on top and it was uneven on the sides of my head. Of course no manager was available. I will never return, the girls there are just out of school with no experience.

I have cut my hair twice at this location and don’t have much to complain about. I was happy with my hair cut and the prices were fair. I got the knock out cut that consists of a cut, shampoo and massage for 25 $
The girls wear little shorts and low cut tops, they have free beer and soft drinks. So if you like girls and beer then Knock outs is for you.
