The food was delicious. we had the cowboy sushi, the brisket avocados, salad and chicken tortilla soup and the bathrooms were nice.

The drinks at the Pearl are pretty good. Their brisket is even better. Now I just need to get my hands on those fried avocados stuffed with brisket. I wasn’t a fan of the live singer they had(his inner John Meyer was failing) but otherwise, the ambience is great. Their servers are attentive and very helpful with assisting newcomers.

Love this place! We have only lived in San Angelo for a little over a month now and have ate at the Pearl 4 times! I love their baked potato with brisket and their burgers are great too. Awesome drink specials and a mimosa/bloody mary bar on sundays. Brittany has been our waitress 3 of the times we have gone, she is great. Very attentive and nice.

Amazing food. Very cool place. The downside is slow service. Every time I have been it’s taken well over an hour for lunch.

This was my third trip to the pearl, friends keep telling me how great it is, sorry I don’t see it, this last trip I was seated and waited 20 minutes for a waitress 20 minutes later I got the drinks we ordered and 20 minutes after that we got our food. So from the time we walked in it took an hour to get served, the staff was very friendly and the food was OK not great but ok but being a business lunch it just took way to long and the place wasn’t full or that busy.

This is my absolute favorite place in San Angelo. Food is fantastic, service is always great and it’s just really FUN! Saturday morning mimosa and Bloody Mary bar is a fantastic treat. The water/waitress will bring you a glass with the alcohol of your choice and then you can go fill it up with juices and condiments of your choosing get! Fun and creative idea. Check this place out, you won’t regret it.

We had a complicated party(everyone on their own bill, and drinks on a separate bill) and the waitress handled it without missing a beat. The food was completely awesome. I will definitely return when I visit San Angelo again.

Went here on our way to San Antonio! Very nice atmosphere. Located in what looked like a retro Chevrolet dealership, we loved the décor. Also, we tried the cowboy sushi! It was amazing. 2 of us had the chicken fried steak, recommended by our waiter. We were in heaven! The patio area was wonderful with space heaters and live music that could be heard as customers went in and out to the patio. Loved this place and will return again.

Been here a number of times and it never disappoints… Great burgers with homemade chips, the kicked up ketchup, homemade also, is great. Besure to get an extra side of the homemade pickles. Notice a theme? The bar is awesome, my imbibe of choice is a Salty Dog and they don’t disappoint. It is made with FRESH squeezed grapefruit, Ruby red when available, and it’s just the right kick. Overall I love this place, always take family there when we’re all together.

The atmosphere was cool, and the kid playing guitar should be famous. To bad I didn’t catch his name. Bacon wrapped jalapeños were the . I had half a rotisserie chicken marinated in brine & Shiner Bock beer. Great service, the manager with the beard and mustache was very nice, along with our waitress.

This place is my Cheers. Devon is the best bartender in town and keeps me primed for Stars Wars at all times. The drinks are on point, the Old Fashioned Old Fashioned is one of the most outstanding cocktails I’ve ever tasted. Have I mentioned the food, no, well indulge me… the burgers are cooked to order, not over cooked like other places in town. The brisket stuffed, fried avocado is a constant favorite for me and they have the best chicken fried steak in town. In conclusion, drinks, food, friends… this place is the place to be.

Becoming my favorite restaurant in town. Love their Moscow Mules. Usually order Cowboy sushi to open the evening. I’ve had several different salads and loved them. But let’s cut to the chase. The Guinness burger is the best burger in town. Bursting with flavor. It is tender and dripping in its own juices. Superb! Good service

Great place, cool vibe, excellent waitstaff! Beer on tap is awesome. The Cowboy Sushi is badass, the brisket stuffed avocados are to die for, and the brisket sandwiches are yummy!!! I love to drop in here when we are in town. It is my favorite stop along the way!

Good for hanging out while having a few drinks but that’s about it. I really, Really wanted to LOVE this place given its cool vibe and close proximity to my house. Really folks, I’ve given this place at least five tries(ordering something different every time) but I always leave unimpressed and sometimes queasy. Their brisket is more often than not full of inedible fat(i.e. The brisket queso or cowboy sushi). The burgers are meh and the one dessert I had, a brownie something or the other, was so bland I actually lamented wasting a cheat day. Even the avocado brisket salad that they peddle on everyone is boring and dry… at best. The service isn’t terrible and it has an awesome playground for the kiddos but if you’re really hankering for some good food, look elsewhere. Funny

I’d heard good things about this place and the website looked promising, but I had a pretty disappointing experience here. The good: good variety of beers on tap, outdoor seating looked nice, ambiance was decent. The bad: food, service, they seem like they’re trying too hard to be «current,» and pricey. I went here at about 4pm for an early dinner on a Saturday with my husband and baby. We stood at the hostess stand for over 5 minutes before being helped. Once we were seated, we waited another 5 minutes before anyone came to our table. Already not impressed. I ordered the Island Pearl drink. It was kind of Mai Tai-like; alright, but too sweet. I tried to order the beer cheese soup and a salad but they were out of the soup. I got a different soup, southwestern chowder that was absolutely disgusting and had an off taste. I got the grilled cobb salad. It sounded really appealing on the menu but was a huge disappointment, especially for $ 14. Nothing really went together, the dressing had no flavor and tasted like oil. I told the waitress I didn’t like the dressing and wanted another one. We were charged for it… Not a huge deal but pretty lame. My husband’s burger was ordered medium and came out well done and dry. We ordered bread pudding for dessert, which we were told they might be out of the sauce that goes with it. I’m not really sure what a restaurant is doing on a Saturday night if they’re out of everything. They made more of the sauce so we had to wait. It was just okay. We paid $ 60 without tip for 2 drinks, soup & salad, a burger and dessert. Pretty pricey if you ask me. I would probably not go back.

The Concho Pearl is my favorite place to dine and hangout in San Angelo! I’ve eaten at a lot of other places but this place tops. Food: The food is amazing! The pulled pork enchiladas are my absolute favorite. I had a french dip sandwich last Friday and it was a great meal. Each plate is fresh and handled with care. Drinks: There is a comprehensive list of beers, liquors, and wines. More importantly, the bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly! Atmosphere: The inside is well decorated, temperature can be cold at times but tolerable. The bar area isn’t huge but a decent size and can accommodate you and a few of friends. The outside is the money maker. Lots of picnic style table seating. Amazing stage for music artists to play great music with great sound throughout the outside area. Misting fans rotate to keep you cool on those hot days! There’s a kids area to keep your little ones entertained while you dine with them in plain sight. Service: The wait staff is awesome here. Friendly, respectful, attentive, clean appearance(no one likes a sweaty server am I right?), and they’re outgoing. They’re one of the main reasons I keep coming back! Summary: The Concho Pearl is a great place to eat or hangout! I would recommend this place to anyone. Great food, great atmosphere, and amazing people! Thanks for reading!

First of all, the exterior façade is very unassuming and misleading-we thought it was JUST a «ice-house» bar and how wrong we were. We got a full bar and grill! With an outdoor patio. LOVED the ambience, vibe and food. Everything was fresh and cooked to order. Pecan smoked brisket, burgers, fries avocados & even the children’s chicken bites were good and huge. We were looking for a place in town for burgers and stumbled upon this listing thru Unilocal!and all reviews were useful. We will be back and will tell all those we know to come out and enjoy the flavors!

Wow! It’s or last week here in San Angelo(my husband is in the military) and we came here for my birthday with our 4 month baby. From the outside you wouldn’t even realize the size of this place! Parking was limited but lots of street parking. We were immediately greeted and while we waited for a table, the host asked us if we wanted to wait at the bar so we could sit. We heard the service wasn’t the fastest but we weren’t in a rush. The food was pretty good and I wish we tried this place sooner! We had the deep fried mushrooms and bacon wrapped jalapeños to start. Yummy! You MUST order the bacon wrapped jalapeños!!! Best I’ve ever had. For our entrees I had the avocado stuffed with brisket and my husband had the brisket burger. Both were fantastic. I even tried the Santa Rita which was one of the best margaritas I’ve had in a long time! I don’t plan on coming back to San Angelo but if we ever do… I’m coming back to this place!

I have been here several times. I really enjoy the food, their fries are amazing! I’ve had the burger, pulled pork sammie, jalapeño poppers & Texas antipasto. I enjoyed all of it. I don’t suggest going here if you’re starving. It takes quite a while to receive your food. Their mixed drinks are tasty, too. I had the Island Pearl, can’t wait to go back & have it again. The outside area is very nice, very enjoyable when there’s a live band. & there’s a place for the kids to play, as well. I gave it 4 stars for the time it takes to receive the food & because I ended up with gum on my ankle from being on the table leg. Gross! The waitress said«Ewww.» Didn’t even offer to clean it for me. I had to ask her to bring me a wet towel.

I was warned about horrible service but had a wonderful experience. Stephanie was a great server, she truly was passionate about her job. After my husband ordered a beer, she brought a sample of another brand, she shared her enthusiasm with everyone and was helpful to us. Hubby ended up ordering the local craft beer Eola Farm Ale, which is very good. The food was beautifully presented – I felt like I was eating on Food Network. I ordered the Seared Tuna Salad and it was very good, as was the Cowboy Sushi appetizer. Their original and freshly made Santa Rita was delicious – no premade margarita mixers used. Cons: it was cold in there. We will be back!
