Lost a piece off my daughter’s bike when we moved it to San Angelo, so we stopped by Randy’s Bike Shop and he was kind enough to give it to us for free. It was a small part, but I sure appreciated him taking the time to help us out! We’ll definitely go back as we need work done on our Jamis bikes!

Took my bike in to get two flats repaired. Reasonable pricing and they got the job done quickly. They called when the bike was ready and the customer service was friendly too. They have a lot of merchandise in their store and they do repairs on-​site. My only complaint is that I wish they were in a more visible location so they could get more business! Although for all I can tell, despite their location, they are doing well! We will be back for repairs on my husbands bike. They have won our business!

I’ve had to take my bike in a couple of times for repairs. They always fix it for a fair price and have always been awesome. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

I have yet to have a complaint about this shop. On several occasions I have gone in just to ask simple questions or had question about some races. The staff is very friendly for new people and experienced riders.
They aren’t just out looking for a dollar. Randy takes his time with people and he did a great job on my bike tune up.

The best feature of Randy’s Bike is the service and support. They know what they are talking about and are always willing to help with training strategy, equipment and information about everything. Randy will steer you to the right equipment, even if you would rather buy something more expensive that isn’t right for you. He wants the best results for his customer … every time.
