Ugh this place seems to get worse every visit. The lines are extremely long, always. Sometimes it takes 45 min to get to the window if the line is long. I stopped by today, the drive thru. Ordered two Carmel fraps and boy did those taste horrible. Tasted watered down. Serious waste of money. I mean this isn’t the first time this location has produced nasty drinks. Just like someone else’s review on here«did corporate decide to send all the fuk ups to the Mack rd. location»? Don’t waste your time here

I rarely come to this location. It’s located in a shopping center, right next to a taco restaurant. I went through the drive-thru and it took some time but that’s expected. I’ve actually had worse wait times in a Starbuck’s drive-thru. The coffee I received was like any other Starbuck’s since I usually stick to the hot white mocha. the cashier at the window didn’t seem rude or too nice, but it’s nothing. Overall, I say this place is average from my experience.

Management is garbage. Really dirty. Lounge for some workers. Looks unappealing to most Starbucks around this location. Glass dirty with drink splashes. Just really unappealing. Do better.

No longer in love with this location. Did corporate decide to send all the fk ups to Mack Road?! Too many times I’ve ordered my iced soy chai, paid the extra money for said soy milk, only to receive a drink with regular milk. Wtf?! 2 times in a row was pushing my patience. 3rd time I’m done playing fk around. I rarely if ever swear in my reviews, but this place just pushed all the right buttons. When I questioned dude at the window last visit why it wasn’t soy, he says«well I didn’t take your order!» Like I really know how your inner system works bitch! Too painful to explain so here I am exploding with expletives. Order at your own risk and don’t expect stellar service.

Stopped by the other day for a coffee pick me up mid day. I had not been to this location for years. They were quick and friendly and my drink was delicious, can’t beat that! So if I’m in the area again, I’ll be back!

No complaints about this Starbucks. The employees are always super friendly and my chocolate frappé is always delicious! It is located in a not so good area but the service is not affected by it, well it is a bit slower compared to other Starbucks but no biggy.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I just waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for FOUR drinks and TWO pastries. The girl at the window was unfriendly and had poor customer service. She was moving slow and didn’t even get our order right. Horrible work ethic. Not like ANY of the other Starbucks I’ve been to and I frequent Starbucks quite often. I will never go back here again. EVER!!!

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever gone to. Employees are snobby, and every time I go my experience just gets worse. The first time I went here when I was ordering the cashier was talking to someone else and putting my order in at the same time; i ordered a Frap and when I received my drink it was iced. I proceed to tell her that I ordered a Frap not iced and she rudely took my cup threw it away and just continued to talk. I was furious and decided to never come here again. I recently went back because it’s the closest near my house and Happy Hour was ending, I ordered a hazelnut Frap and it was the worst hazelnut Frap I’ve ever had. I rather drive further than to go to this Starbucks.

I come here all the time and I love the environment. But i am currently here right now, and I’m doing my homework. I look up and I witness this man asking the lady worker what the number is to type in to go to the bathroom. The employee responded with«9822» with a slight attitude. Then the man didn’t hear what she said. So she said it again«9822» with an awful attitude giving a nasty face to the man. The man once again did not hear what she said so she said if one more time as if yelling it to his face«9822!!» This time she even rolled her eyes in front of him. Above everything else when it comes to any place I go, customer service is NUMBERONE on the list. If you don’t have good customer service nobody will come spend money at your place when there are a million other coffee places out there. Anyways, after the man had walked away to go to the bathroom some other lady went up to the rude employee and pretty sure it was a friend of hers and they started talking. I didn’t hear what they were saying but with her facial expression and looking at the man while she was talking to her friend gave enough evidence that she was talking about the man while rolling her eyes and gave such horrid facial expressions. I understand if a person is having a bad day, but it does not have any means you can be rude and spread your ugly negatively onto someone else because of your person problems. Especially when you work in the customer service industry.

Came by to kill some time before my doctors appointment, i wasnt to happy with the cleanliness but the coffee was good i wish i could tell u what it is i just know its a hot drink with caramel and sea salt its so good!!! They butchered my name on the cup but is ok the drink was hella good, i’ll be back plus its a hop jump and skip from my house. If i was walking i wouldnt hop jump or skip i would be sprinting its ghetto than a motha fuka round cheeeaaa(in my ghetto voice) One thing i like was that my drink was actually hot and not warm like the other star bucks so that was nice :) im happier than maggots on a old rotting carcus. Thumbsies lol

The drive thru is super fast and friendly. They are very nice both early and late. My drinks have always been well made. They have a lot of new baristas most of the time who don’t always know the Rules but the baristas who have been there awhile are great about fixing a problem and I have had overall great customer service.

OMG, words cannot express how much I hate this starbucks! or maybe they can? So fool me once shame on you, fool me twice– shame on me, fool me three times– what the heck is wrong with me! So I order a Caramel Frappucinno Light with Sugar Free Caramel every morning in Rancho Cordova but my mom lives by this location so I found myself stopping in often. Things were decent for a while with only a few mistakes here and there, then I noticed my drink having a disgusting peppermint after taste– I’m usually very pressed for time so most of the time I just have to throw the drink away and waste my freaking money. I had them remake it once and when I said it tasted like peppermint the girl rolled her eyes… she remade it and I left without tasting it(stupid I know) and it STILL had the same disgusting peppermint after taste — grrr. So one day I go through the drive thru and order my drink and it tastes like disgusting peppermint again! I told them that I just wanted a refund because last time they remade my drink it still tasted like crap. She gave me my money back then the manager/lead(Renee’) asked me to come in so we could figure out the problem. She initially didn’t believe me so i asked her to make the same drink for herself and she agreed– tasted like peppermint! Gross peppermint at that! So I asked for a sample of the sugar free caramel syrup– and sure enough it was the culprit for the disgusting peppermint taste… bottle said sugar free caramel but contents had a faint(gross) taste of peppermint. She threw the bottle away and opened a new one, made me a drink and it was perfect! I returned to my mothers house a week later thinking the problem was fixed. When I received my drink at the drive thru menu I pulled away only to realize it tasted like peppermint! OMG are you freaking kidding me starbucks! Get it together!!! So I tossed it angrily and decided that I would never ever return to this location. Problem is today I was super pressed for time and soooo tired– I desperately needed some starbucks and quick! I told my mom well lets just try it, it’s been months since the peppermint incident. Ordered coffee and taste it as we pull away — - PEPPERMINT! GrrrrRRRRRRR. I was livid and the worst thing is that I didn’t have any extra time to return it or get a refund. All i can say is I have hashed out and attempted to hash out the peppermint situation with this loction and it still keeps happening!!! I just want to be able to order my coffee at a convenient location and quickly but I completely give up. I will NEVEREVER return to this starbucks.

I didn’t think any Starbucks could make a caramel mocha frappucino taste weird, this place nailed it. Also it took them about 20 – 30 minutes with our drinks even though the place was dead empty. I’m pretty sure it was due to the fact that almost all of the workers were busy chatting up friends in the store without caring about how long the line was getting or how irritated the customers were.
