Starbucks

Coffee’s always great, but the only thing I’d have to say is that their customer service isn’t that great.
One lady at the drive thru window gave me an ugly look when SHE got my drink order wrong. Excuse me?

Definitely not the newest or the most up to date Starbucks, but you cannot find friendlier more upbeat, fast and efficient staff! They are great about letting you know about new items, quick to recognize return customers and remember your preferences.
The store is always clean.
This is my go to Starbucks simply because of the people who work there!

This is the closest Starbucks close to my house so I’m always here to pick up some coffee or tea! Not only that, I love coming here to study and do my homework. They added more tables and chairs recently which makes them that much more awesome! Before, I would leave if there’s no tables for me to use. But it shouldn’t be a problem anymore. I just love the environment of this store and its always so tidy and clean (:

What can I say. It’s Starbucks. It’s where you go to get your delicious caffine and the lines not too bad if you know when to go like 7am-​9am then 12−3pm. Then 7−9pm

They have a drive thru, that’s cool. I can be lazy and not have to get out my car. They also have breakfast too. The service is fast and staff friendly and made my order correct.

Closest to home. Great customer service. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Jovante, he’s such a sweet heart when I walk through the door.

Love a large Starbucks with a drive thru. The only down side is the weird people traffic that come and go in this location. The location is moderately clean. The starbucks crew is nice but very young and may need more training on drink accuracy and speed.

I like the fact that this Starbucks is close by my house and that it does not get as pack as other Starbucks by local colleges. They are always moving new tables and chairs in and around this store especially during midterms and finals week. They added extended outlet cords which i like because before there was not enough outlet for people to plug in their laptops. This store is always cold so make sure ti bring an extra jacket if you are planning to stay long.

I totally forgot how bad this store was.
Seriously?!! Can you guys please try to improve your costumer service. Good time to relize there is no second oportunities im definetely not coming back.
Bad taking orders. Dont listen to you. And the worst when you get to the window to pay. 10 minutes wait for you coffee. Just shut down the store. Bad service

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Customer service was terrible! I personally work at a starbucks. They lied to me about the process of my drink then when I told him exactly what to do he screwed it up! Then he was being highly rude to customers. I’m talking about the Rudest barista he did not have a name tag, Which is a starbucks requirement I will be reporting this store to cooperate. Poor poor poor store!

when i pulled up i was like such a small store and didn’t like it. when i walked inside then it totally changed my mind. i was like wow there were so many couches along the side and there were about 4 of them. i am a fan of comfy couches inside starbucks. they had a few bar tables and stools. they also had a long table as well for people to study.
the place was cool and was not warm or hot when the sun is blazing through the window. the place was very bright with natural lights so thats a plus. they also have a patio where people can sit outside and enjoy coffee. they also had a drive thru which is like a wow because of the building which i found small. the display case for the cups and products were small selection.
the place had friendly people. the baristas was filled with smiles and energy. the service was fast as well. we didn’t wait long til the drinks were ready. i had a great time here and was surprised how i end up changing my mind so fast haha.
overall i will be back and come here to sit down and really observe the surrounding.

Worst starbucks store out of all the store I have been to. I still go here because it is closer to my house but thanks to their bad customer service we now visit it less often and so consume less sugar.
They forgot to to add extra caramel to my order so they poure what they already made to a new cup without even taking off the whip cream. So LAZY! Pouring the frappucino to another makes the drink tastes suck because all the little ice particles melt. And now the whip cream. My cup does not look tasty at all. Everyone knows that the drink has taste good and look good too.

I enjoy going here from time to time to get my frapps. I like the customer service here, they are very friendly and usually welcome you with a smile unlike other places. I’m not that big on coffee so I only get them from time to time. I’m big on frapps though. Yum!

You can’t go wrong with Missus Bucks, unless you order some overly complicated/​destined-​to-​fail beverage. There’s a drive through, however, the location is smack dab in the middle of a busy and loud intersection. The highlight to my morning is playing «can you hear me now?» «Ok! Good! Sorry this intersection is crazy! What can I get ya?!» And even with all that they ALWAYS get my drink right.

For some reason, I always get watery Frappuccinos from this location so I don’t like going to this location even though it’s closest to my house.

Needed a serious coffee break and decided to stop by here on our way home.
I’m not a fan of the drive-​thrus but we had a baby in the car and getting out and going into the store seemed more hassle than it was worth.
I got a tall sweetened iced coffee with soy and it has never been so perfect.
You would think that iced coffee can’t be messed up, but you’d be surprised.

This starbucks has pretty good smily faces, not grumpy, good customer service. I’ve been to a lot of starbucks and it is embsrassing to say, but some have really bad customer service with bad attitude not wanting to be there. I havn’t had a bad experience yet here. :)

Bobby, my barista, was aboslutely PERFECT. If it wasn’t for him, I definitely wouldn’t be writing a review.
I went through the Drive-​Thru and wanted to try something new (the Tazo Green Tea Frapp). I wasn’t so sure about it, so I asked the girl that was taking my order. She pretty much told me she had it one time 4 years ago and it didn’t tickle her fancy.
So then, she told me she can get someone that can help.
Bobby was so sweet! We literally communicated through the Drive-​Thru speaker the entire time. I even offered to go inside (due to me being complicated) & he was like, «No, it’s completely fine! We do this through the drive-​thru.» I explained to him I wasn’t so sure about the Green Tea Frapp, so he offered to make me a small cup! I asked him a series of questions after he offered me the sample cup. And, he answered everything graciously and accomodated to my every want.
When I pulled up to the window he had a Tall Green Tea Frapp waiting for me (which turned out to be DELICIOUS!) And he didn’t charge me for it.
I ended up ordering a Grande Green Tea Frapp with Extra Whip Cream, so he ended up putting in a Venti cup for me.
Bobby was amazing and definitely made my experienece memorable.
For, I was being really picky & unsure. He completely accomodated to all of my needs & wants to give me an amazing experience.

Definitely what makes this place is the customer service. Everyone is really nice and drink orders have been accurate when I’ve gone.
I wish they didn’t close so early though! 9pm seems pretty early for a Starbucks. Also, watch out for the plethora of hobos that tend to frequent this place.

This location is closest to work and I do enjoy their drive thru. They are very quick and makes my drink right. They will also correct their mistakes happily should it tastes off.
I didn’t think they can hear with the roaring traffic outside their drive through machine, but they can hear perfectly fine.
I typically order an Iced Dopio with whip. To get my Starbucks fix near work, I only choose this place. I’m a regular!
