Love boba and come here often but every time I come to this particular quickly the man making my drink seems to have a joke that he’s telling that can keep me in there for sometimes even five minutes. This happens every time he tells some sort of joke before handing my my drink and I nor my mom have ever gotten what he’s talking about. Still would recommend but not if your in a hurry.

Decent drinks and food but horrible service.
Seems like a family business. Staff seems like they are just there to do their job. No quality customer service. Won’t be coming back here.

Normally, I like Quickly. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location. The cashier who took my order didnt want to give me a receipt. She made it seem like such a hassle. Though I only ordered a drink and puffs, it took over 15 minutes to get my food, and I was the only one in the store. I was so irritated that I almost walked out. When I finally got my food, the puffs were soggy and wrinkled. Something was definitely wrong with the batter. That was the first and last time i’ll be going to this location.

I ordered a bubble milk tea. As I was drinking it, I notice that there was a strand of hair in there. So gross. And yes it was in the cup not on the outside. Whoever made it needs to wear a hair net. No one wants to have hair in their drink. I threw up right after I found out. I was almost done with the drink to. Never going back!

Food is not too bad. Portions are large for the price.
Boba balls are really gross! I keep adding it to my drink thinking it might be better, but it’s always terrible. I think they must recook leftover boba from the night before, because I’ve made boba and it’s never tasted as bad as it does at this place. The texture is weird — mushy outside, hard inside, not at all chewy.

My husband and I decided to stop here after going to SF Market and was surprised of their menu… there was a variety to choose from.
When we opened the door, there was is whoosh of smell, but still decided to go. We ordered four drinks and I got the peach slush. First taste was not bad at all, but as I kept drinking it there was a smell… how do I explain it… it smell like skunk/​weed… my husband felt the same… I tried to give it a chance, but it was bad, bad so I just ended up tossing it.
Quickly, I will not be coming back because I was healthy before and now I am coughing! It maybe the placebo effect, but I’m not risking my health!

Decided to stop on by today, because it’s never too cold for slushie.
I got my usual, a rose slush with boba. I love this drink. I’ve tried many others they’re all quite delicious but this is my favorite.
The staff are all very nice and they’re very open to giving you any advice or recommendations if you ask them.
The atmosphere of the place is nice. They have karaōke and a range of board games.

As good as any other Quickly. I got a free drink because they accidentally made another one. They actually took the time to find me and give it to me. Their best and my favorite drink is their honeydew smoothie.

To make two drinks took 30 minutes…30 MINUTES!!!
We ordered two watermelon slushes and we got watermelon juice instead and when we told them it was wrong, they started arguing with us! Uh no we know what we ordered, thanks!
I would avoid this location and go to the one on center parkway two exits away.
It might have been a bad day or just one person making them but still don’t understand why you can’t just be like oh sorry about that, i’ll make another!
Won’t be coming here again, heck i’ll even look the other way passing down this location

I actually love this location. Not much of a crowd, which is wonderful. And it is in the same plaza as SF supermarket. That’s a plus!

This is a boba chain. All the locations I’ve visited have been consistently sucky. Let’s begin, shall we?
Pros:
— 1 star for effort. Takoyaki is decent in taste, texture and quality lacks. I taste a lot of flour.
— Drinks are decent. If you’re a boba chain and mess up on boba drinks… there’s something wrong with you.
And…that’s it for pros.
Cons:
1) Utensils/​straws are left out in the open at the sauce tray where it is dusty and dirty.
2) Sweet potato fries are like fries, they made it like sweet potato tempura. Tasteless and bland. 30 minutes after not being able to finish my sweet potato «fries» I could not eat anymore and had to throw it away. Had less flavor than tempura and the oils I can taste that they used to fry it in tasted like old, reused oil. NEVER AGAIN.
3) Always a long wait
4) If you make the poor decision to visit, do yourself the favor and carry cash because you shouldn’t be ordering much anyway. It’s a $ 10 minimum if you want to use your card and charge extra $ 0.50 fee for using your card. It’s not worth it.
Why did I return after so many fails? Because I was desperate for milk tea and didn’t have cash. I know, I am very disappointed as well. And now my stomach hurts. Never again. And no, there is nothing you can do to compensate for all my bad experiences.

Came by myself on a Thursday afternoon around 2pm.
First time at this particular Quickly. Since it was my first time I go for my usual Taro Milk Tea. Warning it is pre made powdered so they could not customize which I usually do half sweet, however they did do no ice. What I like this place was their menu seems more expansive than most other Quicklys. Plus they offer actual meal food besides the snack types.
The place is pretty small. There was a bar/​stool seating area with 3 chairs, several tables that can seat at least 4, and the place has a setup where they have karaōke.
Would not mind coming back. Pretty affordable and the surrounding location is not so bad.

We came here for the first time because I’m craving for TAKOYAKI. And this one is the only selling TAKOYAKI I guess. But yeah we ordered TAKOYAKI and thai tea.
It’s good so far we like it. We are going back again just for TAKOYAKI lol. :)

Amazing array of drinks. Hot food items along with Chinese food selections. I like the simple Thai iced tea with boba and fried calamari. Yum!

Tasteful boba/​tapioca pearls! Me and my lady usually get the milk tea here and we get the XXL size to really satisfy and get our boba fix.
Will definitely keep on coming back for some late night boba runs!

The first Quicklys I went to were in Oakland so I know a good Quicklys and even a moderate one, but this location was horrible. The place was hot and smelt like oil. The quality of their Tapioca pearls were the worst part. So old and some weren’t even solid rounds.
All I’m happy about is not getting a horrible food posioning.
This place needs so replace /​replenish seeing Quicklys is a franchise and should have some standards.
I will never go to this place again.

Mongolian Chicken combination 6.95… mostly green onions. Like 5 pieces of chicken. Won’t be ordering that again. The slushes are good though.

I love this QUICKLY. The service is good and theyre really friendly. Drinks are cheap and food is yummy. I love that it’s so close to my place. It’s in the hood but who cares lol!!! They have free wifi yeah buddy!!! You can chill and chit chat. The atmosphere is mellow. They also have a karaōke machine you can drink eat n karaōke oh yeah baby!!! Lets get the party started at QUICKLY. Not only that my son loves this place his fave is the popcorn chicken which i like too :-)

I give it a four stars because I know the owner treats her employees well. She is polite and really cares for her workers.
Aside from that, great customer service. Drinks and snacks are so-​so.

Well, I came here because it’s the closest bubble tea spot to my house. Apparently it says that they open at 11:00am, but when I got there at 11:45am, nothing was ready.
I tried to order popcorn chicken but the woman at the register said it is not ready… (45 minutes after opening and still not ready? Hmm.) So I said okay, fine, just two large milk teas with no pearl… and I waited 30 minutes for it, god knows why? She seemed quite busy chatting with an elderly woman.
When she gave me my milk tea she tried to put a cap on it, instead of putting it in the machine that gives it the plastic lid, why you ask? No idea. All I know was that it wouldn’t fit, and she kept trying to force it on like it would, until eventually… She realized it wouldn’t fit as well and resorted to using the machine. (Why didn’t she do that in the first place?)
I took note of this place and realized that they have a LOT of takeout Chinese food on their menu. Interesting enough it seems like that is more of their specialty instead of bubble tea… BUT! I wouldn’t know because obviously, nothing is ever ready or prepared at this location for me to try YAY ^_​_​^
