I usually really like this place and the people but today whew. I go in just to grab a pair of sweats. Wanted to try them on. Not a lot of people in there or in line. 3 people working 2 people at the register and 1 person working the floor. I go to the dressing room and wait. They clearly see me. Not one of them ask if I need help. The one lady night of been training walks past me says nothing. No can I help you, what do you need nothing. So 10 minutes later still waiting being ignored. I say out loud. I don’t spend my money in places with terrible customer service. I love how you guy’s keep walking past me. I know you see me. All of a sudden it’s can I help you with something. I said absolutely not placed the sweats back on the rack and walk out while she’s talking to me. I’ll be damned if I will spend my money somewhere that acts like I don’t exist and doesn’t acknowledge me. Customer service is everything.

Great place to get a cute outfit for super cheap. Hundreds of items can be found under $ 10 and they have many different sizes. I love places that cater to the girls who have a bigger booty than a size 00. So many styles and colors for girls of all ages and style preferences. Place is really packed with clothing but it is still very organized unlike its neighboring store DD’s. Will have to make the trek to south Sac more often just for this store and Seafood City of course.

I don’t usually shop at Rainbow but today I decided to stop in. I was surprised the lady standing by the door didn’t greet me or asked if I needed help with anything but when 3 or 4 other people went in after me, she greeted every single one and asked if they needed help finding what they needed.
It wasn’t until 20 minutes later, did a lady from the cash register asked if I was finding everything okay and asked if I needed help with anything.
First impressions count and my first impression of this store was not great. Customer service? Get outta here. The neighborhood is A-​OK but I will not be coming back to this store. I’d rather go to ViVi Fashions which is right next door and their clothes are much more stylish.
If you’re on a tight budget, I suppose this would be the store to check out. Just don’t expect great customer service.

This store is great! They carry kids women and plus size clothing! the employees are awesome the customer service are very nice! They always have great sales! Their quality of clothing is awesome! I enjoy shopping at this store!

Great place for when you are on a tight budget, but still want something fashionable and trendy to wear. The customer service is okay only. Sometimes, you meet friendly employees when you visit, sometimes, not. Anyway, cheap and reasonable clothing prices. They carry clothes for the plus size women, regular women, little kids, etc. The store also has shoes, belts, sunglasses, accessories, perfume, cologne, and all that shebang. ;) I suggest you stop in for a quick look, to see if anything trendy catches your eye. Just don’t mind the employees.

Now, this location is not somewhere I would like to be shopping but I went with a friend and started to appreciate this place really quick. When you are a broke college student you need your girly clothes and shoes and jewels to cost as less as possible.
This place is located next to other clothing places and I spent a good deal of time looking around here. I found some killer boots here that are super comfortable at a reasonable.
Customer service can use a drastic reform but the rest is ok. So make a day of it., checkout rainbow and the plaza itself
