DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICES. THEY GIVE MISLEADING INFO ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY DO NOT ASSIST YOU PROMPTLY AND NEARLY SCAM YOU BY OVERCHARGING.
I would give 0 stars if possible. The representative on the phone was polite enough to reel you in and provide a misleading figure of a $ 25 (or so) service fee plus a minimum of $ 29 for locksmith services for your vehicle.
The locksmith calls to say he is 15 or so minutes away. He ends up taking over 40 minutes to arrive, after I empathically stated that I was running late to a meeting and my engine was on.
When he arrived, I was already in a compromised situation of being late, he said he needed to charge $ 195! I tried arguing and calling back the center for a breakdown of the price and they referred me back to the locksmith, saying he’s a professional. The locksmith was in the position to call the price without any standard nor explanation, but his «professional judgment».
I tried calling back the place the next day, and I’m not sure if it’s a glitch in the system, but all the representatives hung up on me. I called probably over 5 times where this happened. I am fed up. Even the customer service representative that the manager transferred me to hung up on me. The only representative who is cordial and helpful is Alex. He appears to be the most reasonable and should run the place, if he isn’t already.

These people are deceptive. They told me it was $ 29.99 for a service call plus labor. When the employee arrived half an hour late he was in an unmarked van. He then demanded $ 200 to unlock the car which took him three minutes. If they had told me it was a flat fee of $ 200 I would have called another company
