I’ve been to this location multiple times. During the reign of the previous owner the food was subpar. The new management staff has completely redone the menu and now I crave the delicious bbq at least once per week. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is fun. Looking forward to the summer months when they open the garage doors and the patio. It will be the place to be.

Solid food, great service, nice casual atmosphere. I dream about their Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese. The brisket is not my favorite, but the pulled pork and the smoked turkey are both really good. Definitely check it out!

We stopped in by chance after reading the mixed Unilocal reviews. While it’s not amazing food, it is good food. We had the loaded cheese fries which were decadent, the bacon wrapped meatloaf and the southwest salad. The mashed potatoes that came with the meatloaf were bland, but the meatloaf itself was okay. The salad also was good, although I would probably stray from the barbecue ranch dressing next time. We shared a strawberry shortcake which is served on cornbread with fresh whipped cream. There weren’t a lot of strawberries, but the whipped cream was good and the cornbread was excellent. Service was great and everyone was friendly. In the warmer weather there are horseshoes, corn hole and a fire pit outside. There is also live music. While I wouldn’t rush back for the food, I would definitely come back and try some other things. It’s adequate, but not incredible.

I don’t five star often but man This place deserves it. The places looked like a shack from the road but when we pulled up it was a very good size place and a ton of people there. The fries were hand cut and thick and perfectly seasoned, mashed still had the skins in it(awesome) and the pulled pork was mouth watering pulled porkiness and the ribs were fall off the bone. My wife and I bought a triple combo each and to tall draft beers and it all came up to like 55 $ so its cheap as hell … I’m use to at least 75 $ at every BBQ place. And also last but definitely not least the waitress was super sweet and beautiful as well(not a bad place for a few guys to go and check out the sites) the staff were so nice I had at least three different people come over and asked how everything was(which is rare). all in all amazing place five stars all day every thing you would want in a great BBQ place is here . PS live music like three days a week and a fire pit and outside seating … And other stuff too … The waitress gave us a list of all the stuff they do during the week … Car shows too… OK I’m done lol

I had come home from work, when I was told we’d be taking a trip to Billy Hill’s, and immediately the promise of BBQ brought saliva to my mouth. With our personal smoker buried in the snow, I hadn’t been able to smoke food for months! BACKINTHEOLDDAYS, my father and I use to travel for miles for bone sucking deliciousness, so needless to say I’ve had my fair share of tasty goodness. So my partner in crime and I, went to Billy’s on an empty stomach we ordered a full rack of ribs with slaw’, fries, and an extra side of corn bread. Now I LOVE corn bread, and they had a side of cornbread for 2.99. I figured it would be a huge ass brick of awesome. Nope, that sucker was a 2“x 2″ square. It had little to no flavor, and quite frankly my Grandmother use to use the box of Jif corn bread, and her cornbread was better. My School cafeteria in High School had better corn bread. I should have just bought a box of corn bread at the store and made it. That would have been cheaper and better. The ribs. Oh, the disappointing ribs. They came out with this beautiful bark, but the bark had no flavor. I’m baffled to how they made such a flavorless bark. The ribs tasted like less salty ham, but with more fat. The ribs had the texture of real barbecue in how they fell apart, but they just didn’t have that BBQ flavor to them. The coleslaw was bland, and the portion was so small it was kind of pathetic. I hate to say it, but I’m going to. My Coleslaw and ribs are far better than this place– not to toot my own horn or anything, but it’s the truth. If you guys don’t believe me, feel free to message me, and maybe I’ll invite you over for rib– okay no. I won’t. I’ll eat them all first. Another note on the ribs is that there was actually TOO much fat. I know you’re supposed to have fat on ribs, but I literally had a pile of fat on my plate. It would have actually filled a shot glass and a half. As for the ambiance. I loved the cabin look. It was pretty bad ass on the inside, but man the food was disappointing. Also, not to sound like an old person, but the music they were playing was way too loud, I couldn’t hear myself think let alone my fiancé sitting not even a foot away from me. I can’t say I’d want to go back to this place. If the ribs didn’t fall apart when I bit into them, I’d probably only give this place a one star.

Came here for the first time last Friday, I had the Combo Platter with BBQ Pork, Beef Brisket and BBQ Chicken. The pork was great, the Brisket was tender and the chicken was a nice ¼ piece of bone in chicken. Everything had great flavor and the service was great!
