Let me start by saying that I really do love CVS. I could spend forever in their makeup section. But this experience is about the Photo department. I ordered 120 prints(all the same image — they were keepsakes for a party) online for 1 hour photo pickup. I was going to get there early, thinking that they’d probably already have it done, but I ended up waiting and getting there an hour later — the exact pickup time that was on my reciept. When I asked about my photos, the cashier said, «Oh, I just need to count them to make sure they’re all there. Just let me help this customer.» No problem. I wasn’t even slightly aggravated yet, but this was just the beginning. About 20 minutes later, she had finished counting them in between ringing out customers — and she wasn’t the only one working in the store. She could have called for somebody to help. I was then informed that 60 of them had to be reprinted because the ink rollers made marks on them. half of the amount I was having printed. Mind you, she had never given me the chance to see how even the«good» ones came out. I had to stick my hand behind the counter and grab one. They were all super dark, but by this time, I needed to get the heck out of there because the party was that night and I hadn’t planned on being at CVS that long. The girl then had another customer, and then seemed to have forgotten about me. I had to lurk around the counter until another worker finally came over and showed me the final result. I’m a graphic designer and therefore pretty picky about these things, but regardless these printouts were baaaaad. I would not recommend getting anything printed here. Staples does a better job. Or just get a photo printer since they cost about $ 40 now. I asked if I could have the printouts with the roller marks on them too, just in case I didn’t have enough. The girl was pretty wary, but finally said okay since they’d be throwing them away anyway. So about an hour and a half after my scheduled pickup time, I left CVS with around 200 underexposed postcards with no choice but to use them. Grrrr.

They let me use their bathroom without treating me like a criminal! Other than that, it’s your local friendly CVS.
