there was a freaking roach crawling on the cups!!! a roach! i thought this location was clean!!! i feel so sick. i left in the middle of her making a sandwich!!! so grossed out and unacceptable!!!

This is the worst subway I have ever been to in my life. I have never had a pleasant experience with this subway. All the ladies are always rude, never want to make what I want, slop it together & throw it down the end. Treat you like your stupid & than wont talk to you. Very poor customer service. Do not come here… Especially for lunch. I would give it a zero if I could.

I like this Subway. They have daily 3 $ specials and customer service is always pleasant. In the same complex as a laundromat and DollarZone. The area looks like run-​down old downtown, but the Subway is superb.

This place is hit and miss with the employees. I mean let’s face it, the sub is going to be the same no matter what subway you go to.
However, you never know with the staff. The other day it took 5 minutes for a guy to make a meatball sub. I don’t think I could do anything in life slower than the speed that sub was made at.
Anyways, not all of the employees are bad.

The sandwiches are okay, I guess. But the service is awful. An employee there, large Mexican guy, was super rude to my boyfriend who asked if he could use the bathroom while he waited for the guy to help the customers in front of him. The employee, who was extremely slow, said my boyfriend was being «rude» and wouldn’t give him the key to the bathroom. That was the last time we will ever set foot in that place. Slow and rude. I suggest going elsewhere.

Good prices but not much on customer service couldn’t even get a glass of water because they did not have any small cups so I just usually don’t ask anymore so I really got upset with them I have only been there a few times prolly would go to a different location

I walked into Subway and headed in the direction of the restroom to wash my hands, so I could then sit down and enjoy a sandwich. The manager (chubby prick with glasses) rudely stops me before I make it to the restroom and asks if I was just using the restroom or if I was intending to purchase something. I would rate the service of this Subway a 0 off top for prejudice and un thoughtful service. My recommendation is SAVE YOUR MONEY and TIME eat elsewhere

I don’t visit Subway every day and I don’t have time to memorize the menu before walking in. Most other Subways that I’ve been to I feel rushed and don’t completely know what they’re asking. Each time I’ve been here (3 times in 2 years) the staff have been patient, explained the options, and even made suggestions. This is my Subway of choice!

Februany $ 5??? Read the fine print. That price goes to $ 6 for «premium» subs, which is still a good deal. So i ordered a pastrami melt, which according to a sign in the store, is a premium sandwich (see photo). $ 6 right? No! They charged me $ 9 plus tax. When I questioned it, the girl said it’s a «supreme» and not part of the deal. When I showed her the sign that advertises it as a premium sandwich, she said its and old sign. Needless to say, Subway is playing games here, and they’re not playing fair.

this is my favorite subway. the dining room is the biggest in the area. the staff is engaged and receptive. they have family deals that i haven’t seen at any other subways– after 4 and on sundays– where you can get 4 6″ subs for $ 10… versus the pre-​determined 5 or so subs that qualify for the $ 5 footlong deal.
and they don’t pile all the toppings on all lop-​sided. yum.

Fast service. Clean establishment. Good for a quick work day lunch.
If you have time to dine-​in, this one has a larger (than most Subway chain stores) seating area. Parking there is plentiful and free.
A great place to grab a sandwich to tote along on a bike ride or walk along the Cedar River Trail.
One star knocked off because the value isn’t necessarily there — the $ 9 for a footlong, chips, and soda seems like a lot, given there are other attractive less expensive choices for lunch.
