McDonald’s

If I could put a zero for this McDonald’s I would. I’ve never experienced such longs waits. I waited for 15min to move a single car length. The only reason I’m even writing a review is because this stuff always happens at this location. One thing after they other. I’m done with this place.

Was in the area with my grandson and popped in for a bite. This location was clean and fairly quick. It has been years since I ate at any McDonald’s location. I think my grandson was more interested in his toy than the burger LoL. but it was nice to see they offer apple slices and real juice as options with the happy meal. We both left full and enjoyed our time out.

This place has the ABSOLUTE WOORRSSTTT service I have ever encountered. My husband and I live very close to it and go there for a quick bite sometimes. And it never fails, every single time we go there, we end up either sitting in the drive thru for 30+ minutes, having our order completely screwed up, not getting back correct change, finding hair or other stuff in our food or getting disrespectful employees to take care of us. I could go on and on, this is the very worst McDonalds I have ever been to.

So I visit this location, they explain to me how they don’t refills… I guess every Mcdonald must be different, so this trillion dollar company doesn’t do refills…

kind of a small mcdonalds, but they got electrical outlets aplenty, and clean restroom. staff is friendly.

I just don’t understand the lack of any understanding at this McDonald’s. Of the last 8 times I’ve gone to this location, they’ve gotten my order right only once! I’ve had an employee try to start a confrontation with me when she ignores me at the pay window so I drove forward. Each and every time I have paid for Mac sauce, I’ve been either gyped or not given it at all. I’ve been give a big Mac with only 1 patty and this last trip they just didn’t put any condiments on any of the burgers I ordered.
This place needs to be restructured with its staff and processes. If this is a franchisee, I plead that the owner pay more attention to this store.

Worst McDonald’s ever. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Ive lived near this McDonald’s for over 15 years and I have never gotten good service from them. I go back every 6 months or so to see if they’ve gotten better but no it’s slowly gotten worse.
I tried to simplify my order because I never get the right order.
During one visit I ordered two Big Macs and a fry, but I only got one Big Mac. I then called them and told them «I ordered like two Big Macs but I only got one» and the woman mockingly asked «so you order LIKE two Big Macs?». Wow someone who can’t count to two is mocking me.
Another visit I ordered one pie and got a cheeseburger instead.
Today I ordered one fry, double cheeseburger, and a mc chicken. they made me wait on the side for 20 minutes. I went inside to ask and it turns out they gave it to some other random car.
I drive to the McDonald’s in west Seattle more often because they always get my order right and its fresh.

Drive thru leaves out part of your order consistently, even if you paid for it. Employees are kind, but getting ripped off consistently means one star…

two employees decided to close this 24 hour mcdonalds drive thru because they felt like it is the answer they gave me when asked why they closed so early. I mean it was only 1 am and a little windy but that doesn’t give you the right to close it and chill while you’re getting paid. When I asked what time they usually close the drive thru, he said around this time. This cocky dumb ass didn’t know I was asking a rhetorical question but then again that’s the reason he works at mcdonalds. Talked to the owner and verified that the store wasn’t supposed to close and the owner even asked for me to come to the store and show him the pictures I took off them smoking and chilling in the store.

This is the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Yes I get it they are busy, but isn’t that what McDonald’s is known for? It’s the biggest food chain in the world. On top of that the workers here seem so miserable and they are short and snippy with the customers. At least give some enthusiasm and make the most of your job. If you are positive at work then maybe you’ll be a bit happier working.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem either. The last time I waited 20 minutes for my food and had to park on the other side of the bear statue.
Definitely wouldn’t stop here unless you were desperate for some food.

I’m not really a fast food type of person so I can’t review this place as if I love eating here but I really enjoy their Strawberry Cream Pie or Taro Pie when in HI. I love it when it’s back on the menu.

This place is cool. I come here late after I am off work. The staff is always pretty much nice. I recommend going especially in the late evening when there are other cars that way its guaranteed you’re getting fresh fries and sandwiches. There have been instances where I end up with a stale bun on my filet o fish sandwich or cold fries but I’m too lazy to drive back and complain. Overall its a pretty good location, usually fast and fries and usually fresh and yummy.

Jonathan is a warm kindred soul. He made my dining experience one of a kind; there was never a moment when he wasn’t smiling. I can’t thank him enough for his generosity and positive attitude. He made sure that our sausage mcmuffins were delivered promptly and were extra delicious. The employees (including Jonathan) said «good-​bye!» as we exited. We felt welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you Jonathan for our wonderful experience.

It’s weird to write a review for McDonald’s because they’re widely known and they’re everywhere, but I thought I’d write one for this location in particular. They recently had some renovations done which made it look so much nicer and new and they also have two drive up stations now which is great. I’ve been here quite a few times in the past few years given I work in the area and I’d have to say the employees are super friendly and nice!!!

Poor guy who took my drive through order at 5:30AM really had his hands full with me. I could hardly mutter my large-​coffee-​with-​cream-​and-​sugar-​wait-​two-​sugars-​wait-​one-​sugar-​wait… by the time I got to the first window I had completely reordered because I had no idea what I asked for. He just smiled and changed my order and took care of me when I needed it most… pre-​dawn and pre-​coffee.

#5 Meal (Sausage Mcmufgin, hashbrown & ale juice) and I paid for an extra hashbrown.
I eat the hashbrowns first because I don’t care for cold ones and they are good when steaming fresh.
Well the hashbrowns were not hot but luke warm, at best. All the extra oil in them made it difficult to choke even one down. This demonstrated how fresh they were; or not. This set the mood for «the most important meal of the day.»
I could not let the second hashbrown go to waste so I fed it to a dear friend. I really hope my dog doesn’t throw it up later… or worse.
Thus far it seems to be about ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ of receiving hot hashbrowns in the drivethru here. At this moment I am thinking Joe Pesci was correct about what he said about drive-thru’s in the first Lethal Weapon movie.

Same tasteless fast food you expect at any McDonals worldwide, though some overseas McD’s offer additional items on their menus, like spaghetti and local specialties.
At this particular branch at least one of the managers had a complete lack of customer service, he’s rude taking orders (mine and everyone else’s), and berated employes in public.
I gave it 2 stars because it was clean and drive-​through is open 24hrs.

i don’t know why they remodeled. was it a fire? was it simply renovation? whatever the case, i like it. dining room is more… um… restaurant-​y than fastfood-​y.
the only negatives are if you happen to come through during «lunch» and «dinner» times… and if you catch a bad batch of sweet tea.
the employees here are some of the friendliest that i’ve encountered at mcdonald’s.

Great food, service, and the food is gr8t! The food is hot and yummy!
