The nightshift crew are horrible. My food was cold the meat was dry and waited for more than 15 minutes for«fast food» I was a big fan of jack specially at late night, it’s been a few years since I had jack after midnight and today that I decided to have some for the first time in years I regret it. I don’t have high expectations for fast food joints at all. However this location isn’t the best. The workers that work the graveyard shift on Tuesdays are the worst!!! I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich no Tomatoes and light Mayonnaise. And yet the lil boy who prepared my sandwich took that in disregard. And did I mention the chicken taste like cardboard box and it was cold af. And they didn’t use a sesame bun, also he used leaf lettuce and not iceberg lettuce. I was literally waiting longer than usual for my «fast food». I wouldn’t mind waiting if my meal was cooked and made properly. I’m pretty sure those two kids were disoriented in some way…

Horrible customer service. Didn’t have items on the menu. The ice cream machine is ALWAYS broken. The drive thru service is at a snails pace. Over all, do not expect much when dining at this location.

The service is hit or miss. The food and freshness is hit or miss. One day you can get excellent service and the correct order, but the other day you will get a preoccupied, distracted person and the wrong food. I love when I asked for NOMEAT on my breakfast sandwich since I am vegetarian. I realized half way through my meal that I bit into bacon. The fries were cold too.

honestly. how hard is it to get an order correct… not even correct, leaving an ENTIRE meal out. are you serious? ordered three different meals plus some tacos with a couple of buddies late night. left out the late night munchie meal. tried calling back and no answer. they must of known with a box of food sitting on the counter. not the first time my order has been wrong from this place. will have to try alternative late night food spots.

Bad service at this location. I walked in and first thing I see and hear is a man walking out saying«f this place.» I wondered why he’d say that and I realized there was no one serving the customers in line. While in line I joined the mobile program to take advantage of the free curly fries after seeing a sign right next to the registers. I got the code and showed the text to the lady who was ringing my order up. She did not know what she was doing and I felt as it if it was her first time hearing about the promotion. Overall, this place needs to get it together. Train your workers!

I do not typically expect much from these types of fast food restaurants, but when you get better than expected service I like to call this out. Came in with wife and kids because they wanted something quick to snack on. Saturday, 2⁄21 at 3pm. Manager in charge was polite, attentive and knew the menu.(we were ordering something we never tried before and he was at least able to explain the variations) All and all, as far as fast food service comes. This one rates better than average. For this particular location, this is the 2nd time in a row the service was better than expected. So kudos! =)

As I have been sitting here in the drive thru for about 20 minutes, and unable to leave and go home… There are literally 5 or 6 employees sitting around in the dining area screwing around. Hello, did you not see the huge ass line of cars? Stop acting like clowns and help out the drive thru. When I finally get my order taken the girl giggles at me and says sorry for the wait. Girl, bye. Never again will I come here.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced today! I drove through the drive through to grab some quick breakfast my daughter and I because I had no time to make breakfast at home. The lady who took my order rattled off what I thought was my order although I could barely hear her so I drove up to the window and when she told me my total was about 2 dollars and some odd cents I knew it was wrong because mine came up to $ 6.33. It took 3 confused employees to figure out that they had confused my order after they had already charged my card and I never received a receipt. I repeated my order multiple times and one of the employees said she never charged me for a few things. I said ok never mind on those then, and she told me to park on the side of the building and wait. Finally an employee came out and handed me a bag that had almost nothing that I ordered and still NO receipt. She didn’t even know what I had ordered. I parked my vehicle, unbuckled my daughter to walk inside where I requested a refund and explained that I didn’t want the order because It was completely wrong and I still had no idea what I had even been charged for since I was STILL never given a receipt. I asked to speak to a manager which never came and another employee told me her name was EVA. Finally I was given my refund although it was never put back to my card and she handed me cash. I had to ask for a receipt for a FOURTH time! There was only one customer in the building and many employees in the back. I don’t understand how there was no manager that I could talk to since the whole situation was completely unprofessional and left me not only not wanting to return but literally taking my business elsewhere.

This is not a place I would normally review as I’m not a fan of the fast food in general. These days though, I find myself making daily trips to Jack in the Box. My dad has cancer and he’s unable to swallow food. The only thing he gets even remotely excited about is a vanilla shake with whipped cream. The man who works the drive through is awesome. I can’t recall his name even though he’s told me a couple of times. I’ve never seen anyone take a job so seriously in the fast food industry. This guy is courteous, kind, efficient and always 100% accurate. He always asks how he did before I drive away. I always tell him he did an excellent job. The milkshake always looks perfect too. Dad never has any complaints, just that it took me too long to bring it to him.

Oh God what the heck was I thinking? I wanted a burger quick so I thought Id give this a try seeing as how they are all over the place and it was disgusting! Bunches of hoodlums around the place was dirty and this sourdough thing was somehow soggy AND dry! Makes me miss Hardees back home.
