McDonald’s

This is the worst McDonolds. More expensive than other McDonolds and the food is dried up, cold, even the coke is nasty. it’s just not the same. I recently found out it is privet owner so that explains it. If Your IN the mood for a REAL McDonolds don’t go here. You will pay more for it, and it is horrible.

My review is for the morning crew. All the people are really nice and give great customer service.

Rude employees, privately owned so any deals like the $ 1.59 chicken nuggets or dollar menu stuff does NOT apply. Don’t waste your time at this one.

I ordered two burgers with jalapeños. They had none. Place was dirty. Very poor service. In other mcdonalds i ask for buffalo sauce anf they usually give me 2 in this place they only gave me one.

Took my two year old here on a play date last Friday such a great idea!
The play area is inside, huge, and clean. (Which was a surprise) we ordered food and then I let him play for about an hour. Very surprised how well our order came out considering the place was packed with high schoolers on their lunch.
I only gave 4 stars because inside was a little dirty, no lids, no straws, and no ketchup. I know they were busy but still those things are important.
We will return again!

This place always gets my order wrong and my fries are always cold and stale… Whenever i order nuggets they dont give you enough dipping sauce and then they charge you 33 cents per sauce this really has to be one of the worst mcdonalds i have been too… Way to go Ronald !!

This location has been remodeled since my last visit. A couple of months ago they tore down the old McDonald’s to the ground even dug up the foundation. This shiny new one with the coolest indoor play ground is very nice looking compared to the old one. However it seems like the service has gone down, A LOT! Which is why I am only giving them 3 stars.
There was a birthday party going on when we showed up with the kids. So it was very busy. The tables are mostly for four people which makes it kinda difficult when their are 6 people in your group or more. It was dirty every where! Tables, floors, bathrooms and drink counter. I asked a employee for a rag to wipe down our table and she said she would get one, there was another gal just standing there holding up her computer not doing a thing and two other employees walking in circles looking lost who could of easily handed me the rag just out of my reach next to the coffee machines. However after waiting a good minute watching the girl I had asked originally for the rag run around working her butt off I reached around the glass barrier and stretched as far as i could and snagged the damp cleaning cloth which luckly was clean since they obviously hadn’t been using it. I walked over and cleaned our table and a couple others then put it back. The same girl was still standing at her computer not doing a thing. When we finally got our food the chicken on our BLT Chicken sandwiches was cold as well as the bacon. I was so disappointed since I had been looking forward to a nice hot sandwich. I returned them to the hard working lady who had them quickly remade and brought them out to us. Although she never did apologize I still appreciate how quickly she had them fixed. After we ate we took the kids to play in the newly remodeled play place. There aren’t a lot of places to sit but we managed to snag a table, which surprise I had to clean first to sit at since I has brought my laptop to dilly dally on while the kids played. The Play Place is very cool its not as big as the old one but it has some inactive music play things the kids can play on and it makes sounds like a piano slide. The jungle gym had some fun twisty thngamagigs my kids loved and its been redesigned so a full grown 6 foot tall adult like my self can easily climb all the way up and see just what havoc my 5 yr old son is causing. After a hour in a half of screaming children and regular restaurant noise we left. Our kids had a blast and are already begging to go back. Lets just hope they can keep it more clean.
Also beware the floors are very slippery, especially in Converse shoes.

My husband went through this McDonald’s Got the food and then came home. They didn’t give us a receipt or my daughters happy meal. I went back to tell them that they didn’t give us her meal. They said they couldn’t do anything because we did not have a receipt. And they couldn’t find it on the computer. Which I think it’s bullshit. McDonald’s customer service here sucks. This isn’t the first time they have messed up on our order. And it will be the last because we’re not going there any more.

When will McDonald’s choose to make their whole menu available anytime of the day/​night. I hate waiting until 10:30 or 11:00 AM to order lunch or can’t order breakfast after these times.
