McDonald’s

This Mcdonalds for sure needs a third window to «hand back whatever they screwed up.» I don’t think they have ever gotten my order right. And. I’m not one of those people who changes a bunch of crap. I mean straight up getting someone elses order instead of mine. I’ve tried getting a vanilla iced coffee here 3 times. First time it was so watered down and awful I dumped it. 2^nd time I was in a hurry to work and wanted a drink in the car so I tried again. This time I have no idea what they did wrong but I took 1 sip and threw it away. Tasted like chemicals. 3^rd time they put so much syrup in it that it was almost like sludge in my cup. And they want $ 15 an hour? I don’t think so.

Terrible customer service. Cashier gave us the wrong order. Food was over cooked and dry. I would not come back.

Bad customer service is why I’m giving this McDonalds 2 stars. The food is great.
I’ve been to this McDonalds last year, unsatisfactory customer service, I don’t know why I came this time. Do they not notice that they’re doing a bad job. After reading all of the reviews it seems like they are not doing anything to fix the problem.

This store is so close I could almost throw a rock and hit it. Ordered a couple of quarter pounders with cheese let them know I was going to use a 2 for $ 5 coupon. Both burgers were dressed up on quarter pounder buns but had the smaller pattie from a big mac. This was not a mistake. Pretty hard to mix up the 2.

Nah… eventing is bad about Mcdonald and prices are high, for what they charge I can buy some healthy food. I went to this place after being dragged by my son, I couldn’t digest it …
Never again

I was at this location today 8÷13÷14 with my service dog and the Chevron Station manager accused me of theft and also claimed that my dog was not a service dog because I was not blind and forced me out of the store when I told him he had no legal right to ask for service animal documentation. Renton PD and Animal control were called. Manager was ripped a new one by the RPD and Animal Control. If you have a service animal I strongly suggest that you BOYCOTT the 3209 NE 4^th St location in Renton like a plague.

Convenient and next to cheap gas. What more could you ask for?

This McDonalds was just fine. Ordered 4 cheeseburgers and a few McChickens, and they were just fine. Service was OK in the drive-​thru, but the lady sounded like she had laryngitis — could barely hear her. Nobody was rude, no food was overcooked, and no food was raw — it was your normal McDonalds food.

I had the WORST McDonalds last night! It actually made me sick! The food was cooked so far beyond the appropriate point that everything was left dry and crunchy. I ordered a Southern Style chicken sandwich and had 3 bites of it. I also ordered two cheese burgers and had two bites of each of those. Both very overdone. The only thing I ate was the fries and those were completely soggy and I didn’t finish half of them.
I’ve eaten at this McDonalds many times and have enjoyed the food every time but this time it was so incredibly bad! And today I’ve been horribly sick. I have no idea what they did to the food, but I won’t be going back to that place at night ever again. Whoever works the night shift sucks horribly.

They are always out of food. They customer service is horrible and they are slow. Bad attitudes and rude. I will go down the street to Taco Time before battling with them running out of inventory and never apologizing for it. They are rude as hell! Hopefully with the remodeling, the employees also remodeled their funky ass attitudes!

This mcdonalds has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. The cashier took my order she gave me an attitude when she was taking my order and never looked at me once in my face, can u say disrespectful. On top of that I was already driving home and I realized they messed up my order. I didnt even wanna go back because I didnt wanna deal with the cashier. First and last time I go there.

OK I eat here a lot, its right there on the main road and the free way and my job is so close. The food is pretty good, for fast food. But a lot of times when I go here they can’t understand me, and I can’t understand them through the speaker. The speaker is a little old and crackles. The people there are great, but sometimes my order gets messed up. Its fine though I’ll be back for more. I just love the fries.
