Nahar Food, Liquor and Vape Shop

I got my Khalil Mamoon hookah yesterday, China made it happen. He also gave a free coals. Go see China he will the care of you.

I love these guys. I work downtown and always come in for any smoke related things I need. Fair alcohol prices too. Also helps that the employees are friendly and always recognize me!

Nahar Liquors is across from a Gentleman’s Club (the Wild Orchid) but it is NOT in a shady part of town. Next block to this place is the best Irish bar –great single malts– in town. Next door is the best bike shop in town. Plus Michael’s sandwiches.
Keep going down the block for two of the best coffee houses in town, an amazing cheese and wine shop, art store, boutiques. It’s the beginning of the Midtown area.
So, we call Nahar the «Liquor Hookah Stonier Expired Baby Food Whippet Single Roll of Toilet Paper Energy Drink Store».
Lots of empty dusty empty shelves since I’ve lived around here –about 3 years.
Very good variety of alcoholic beverages and fair prices.
The guys who work there are helpful, fun and nice.
My only complaint is the hours. Closing at midnight in downtown Reno is insane.
You can buy an umbrella while they’re open though!
Best price on whippets in town and large variety.
Did I mention the staff are golden?

I’ve been here a few times, and last time I made a purchase the cashier whispered something under his breath as he examined my card. It sounded like he said a couple numbers, but I brushed it off as nothing. A few days later I received a call from my bank about suspicious account activity. Someone tried to spend over $ 800 at various places in random states. I can’t be sure that it was from this store, but BE CAREFUL!!!

You would think on a Saturday night that a bunch of liquor stores would be open on the streets of Reno. Think again. Driving around Reno is like a Ghost Town when you’re not near the Big Reno sign.
Driving around the shady part of Reno, we noticed this place by the faint light from the inside of the store and it was across the street from a Gentleman’s club. Putting 2 and 2 together, it sure was open.
Inside looks like a generic convenient store but in a big warehouse full of gaps, lines of people where my friends and stuck out like sore thumbs «One of these things is not like the other» moment.
It seemed like there were generic food labels and you ask yourself, is this even real? Are there even contents in this box?
Walking by rows of liquor, some you know that have been there awhile due to the collection of dust.
Luckily, they had what I was looking for (Rumplemintz and Baileys)
They also sell a variety of goods as well such as hookahs and items for all your smoking needs.
