These are our peeps! We love this Starbucks. Everyone here is terrific. We literally go there almost every day. We have to occasionally go somewhere else only because we are embarrassed by how often we go, but we love it.

Nope, I don’t often go to Starbucks as they are overrated but man, oh man. This Starbucks needs to pick up its customer service skills. The baristas here seem to not want to be there and aren’t afraid to show it, one African American in particular. Met a friend here the other day, and they ran out of whatever drink she was having and took my order like there were tons of people in line(I was the ONLY one in line), rushing me. Also, I don’t know if it’s partly the consumers that come here or the employees as well but, while I was sitting enjoying whatever I was drinking, the«almost coerced order» – someone spilled coffee all over the condiment bar. Neither did the spiller clean it up nor did any employee attempt to. Ten Minutes later; This is where I came in, and handled that. I cleaned it up and walked out… You bet I won’t be returning.

What’s the point of a Starbucks staying open til 9 if you get there at 845 and they are already closed. So frustrating.

Love this place, much cleaner and has lot more space than one on Artesia. Staff is most polite!

The only reason I come here is to order my slow roasted ham and egg With swiss cheese. Parking is limited and this includes street parking. I wish they can add a drive-thru but i guess traffic will be backed up on the corner. I ordered the mango orange smoothie and it’s not the greatest. I’ll try the strawberry next time. Cool charging stations. Until then it’s a 3 star for this starbucks.

I give 2 stars because they do make better coffee drinks than other Starbucks in the area and staff are very good. But parking is an absolute nightmare. There are only eight or ten spots. The problem seems to be too many people coming in and camping out on their laptops for hours and hours, more than most Starbucks.

Me: can I get a sticker for my card? Barista: No. it’s only for iced coffees and teas **(MYORDER– iced chai tea)** Me: The card says iced beverages. Barista: No. only iced coffees and teas. weird I know Me: So not an iced chai tea… Barista:(no response) I did not get my ice sticker so I could be on my way to a free iced grande beverage. Besides the not making any type of sense service the other reviews were right. It’s cold, dirty and loud.

Small coffee frap w add shot. Easy but I waited 10min for 3 – 4 people to screw it up. $ 4 for weak coffee. And there’s no parking, took 30 min total. This place is a WASTEOFTIME and $. Same coffee but faster, half the price @ McDonald’s across the street and they get it right!

I come here once or twice a month. I give 2 stars because #1. They always have the dirtiest toilet I’ve ever seen in any Starbucks. At the very first time, I thought it might be just bad luck. But every single time i go in there just to wash my hands, I lose my appetite. It’s also unisex. #2, Parking space is limited. though there are usually street parking available around there. #3. The guys working there have full beards, and stuff. I mean… Starbucks is trying to be cool and hip, but don’t forget they serve food and drinks.

Disgusting filthy coffee shop the restaurant is even worse you expect a nice neighborhood like this to have a quality clean establishment I’m never going to shop here again if they can’t keep the establishment clean then what’s in the coffee

I love Starbucks but this one is filthy! All the tables were covered in crumbs and dirty. I was going to hang at there for a bit and enjoy my beverage but decided to leave after I tried to find a seat that was tolerable.(Three people were behind the counter but no one was on cleanup duty I guess.) The upside: I walked there from the nearby Renaissance Hotel at 10am which was an easy ten minute walk.

Bring a jacket! Coldest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Everything else typical Starbucks.

Got in, got my decaf, got out. It was nice but cramped like a lot of Starbucks locations. Staff seemed cool. No other experience here so I can’t say much more.

Came here on a Sunday while I was in town. This place is just too busy for the space. The two star review is just my opinion of this Starbucks in comparison to other Starbucks. The parking is horrible. We ended up parking in front of the police station. They were very busy inside(which is not a negative) and were very slow to make our drinks(compared to other busy Starbucks). They also forgot to give me cream cheese for my bagel.

Went here a few times on my way to the office. The service is great and they never messed up my order. The parking — well that is a different story. There isn’t much and most will park along the fire lanes. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a pain as well. It is on the corner of a busy intersection. Fortunately the service is quick. If you are easily frustrated about parking, you may want to try a different location.

Lots of kids here or maybe I’m just old. I guess that’s to be expected since there’s a school across the street. Very polite kids I might add. Busy location, my usual wasn’t as great here but I’m assuming they are trying to save me the calories. Especially since I just had to have a cake pop. Yum

Parking lot is way to small. Trying to turn into the street to even get into Starbucks is near impossible because the on coming traffic comes up fast. I avoid this location. Also they let the locals stay too long having coffee in there. A customer came up to me and yelled at me while I ordering & waiting for my drink. Did any employees do anything or try to defuse the situation? Nope… eventually your gonna have to cut off peoples coffee in take. Never went to that location again!

Extremely disappointed in my Grande Peppermint Mocha! Drove it(only 2 blocks) home, took the lid off to sip what I expected to be a tasty, hot Christmas treat, saw it only 2/3rds full, and no whipped cream. I can skip the whip, honestly, but WHERE is the rest of my coffee?!

Another Starbucks… another OK review. This one is close to my house, and serves as a decent coffee point if I am trying to get coffee for the commute instead of just before going into work. — TINY parking area, beware. — High traffic area wedged between Diamond(and the Redondo HS), and PCH. Getting in and out is rough especially if another car is waiting to pull in a spot. — Nice interior, good space. — Quick and friendly staff. This is a good Starbucks that is hard to get in and out of… as opposed to the Rosecrans Starbucks which is a less satisfactory location with an easy parking lot. ENJOY!

Very friendly, fast service and my drink was made perfectly. I couldn’t ask for more :) Nice location to take a break after exploring Redondo beach and the pier.
