He owners are so sweet and the coffee was so good. The foam on the lattes was perfect and had a heart. I’m hooked. It’s a cash only place, but there’s an atm and they offer a lot of different drink and snack options. It’s right on the pier, near Najas. I wish parking was easier, because I’d love to stop here more often going and coming from work.

Great little spot by the beach! Great coffee! Great people running it!(But cash only) I’m a coffee addict and being that I live 2 miles from here, I’ll definitely be back. The mocha is a definite must!

Cute lil place. Owners were welcoming and sweet. Coffee was great. Kinda pricey but it’s on the pier so it’s justified.

Stopped by while taking a walk and im so glad we did. I had the iced latte and my boyfriend had the Turbo Coke. The owner was very nice and accommodating. My latte was delicious but my boyfriend’s turbo coke was beyond that. Its a unique taste like none ive ever had before. I recommend it to anyone who visits.

The owner was very welcoming and was nice. Cute little joint. Took a little time for the drinks to be made but it was fine. Green tea frappé did not have as much flavor as I had hoped(comparing to starbucks green tea latte) but it was still decent. I liked the Cookies and Cream Frappé more. Its sweeter than the Green Tea FYI for thise who have a sweet tooth ;]

The people who own and operate this place are so darn friendly and cute. Needless to say, everything here tastes great. ESPECIALLY the chai tea latte. I also like their mixed smoothies. They are flavorful and perfect for a warm day!

Such sweet people. Came here on cold day for aome chai tea. The prices are high but I guess they can charge that since they are the only coffee shop here. Well I purchased a chai tea and it tasted nothing like chai :(outside of that they do well with coffee.

Needed a pick me up because the wife challenged me to a game of skee ball at the arcade. We were at Naja’s just before and I was pretty wasted. So in order to clear my head to put up a good fight we hit Kona Kofee Company. I ordered a white chocolate mocha. The guy put a heart in the cup(pic.) Nice gesture but that was a man putting a heart in another mans drink. Ummmmm, what? Just kidding, the wife loved it and I loved the drink,. It gave me enough pep to become the skee ball champion. Will I again? Yeah, I’m happy I found this place. But maybe I can forgo the guy looking me in the eye when he hands me a drink with a heart in it. Thanks Kona

This small coffe shop gets 5 stars because beverages are well made and the owners are super friendly! 2 small tables inside, one by the window overlooking the harbor! Very cute. Big selection of teas. Very casual and laid back, i grab a drink on the way to the arcade! :)

Straight to the point serving hot coffee with a friendly smile. The owners are very welcoming, and as far as I know this is the only coffee shop on the boardwalk/pier.

Cute place to grab a coffee and enjoy the view. It’s a small shop, so if someone’s got a big order, get ready to stand and wait. That was the only downside to the experience – waiting 20 minutes for the person in line ahead of me to decide what she(and her husband and 3 teenagers) wanted to drink, then waiting for the one worker behind the counter to make it. I felt bad for the guy. I had a large order myself, but it was ready within 5 minutes of me ordering it; drinks were hot, delicious, and aesthetically pleasing(yay for latte designs!). Could’ve used less sweetener in the drinks, but it was a worthwhile indulgence.

Ordered a small vanilla latte, barista got a little to excited with the vanilla. But it wasn’t too bad. I will stop again when we go to have Quality Seafood next time I’m in town.

we came here the same day as the Chile earthquake. with all the talks of a tsunami possibly reaching Cali, i was hoping it would wash this shop off the pier. First off, their coffee comes from a cannister, it’s not freshly brewed. The kid behind the counter had no clue what was going on, i don’t know if he even spoke english because i couldn’t hear what he was saying to me. my girlfriend was going to order a iced latte but when she saw that the coffee being served to me was out of a cannister she cancelled her order. so i got a medium coffee and a small hershey bar. I pulled out my credit card and guess what? they don’t take cards but they do have an ATM… great! so the surcharge will make my coffee about $ 4. BUT, the ATM is OUTOFORDER! so i said nevermind, good luck, have a great day! I do agree i was interested in going there because of the location, but just because its the only location on that area of the pier does not make it good…

What a beautiful place to have morning coffee… right on the water, near the north end of Redondo Pier(just south of Naja’s). Your view is of the harbor where the fishing & sightseeing boats are docked. Kona Koffee has new ownership. I was told today that they are open early, like 7:30ish a.m. if not sooner. With any luck, I will put my out-of-shape butt on my bicycle and ride to the Pier tomorrow for my coffee… that would be a very good thing. But Kona Koffee sells pastries too… uh oh…
