This is how every Taco Bell should be! They always get my order correct, all the tacos are made well and they never short you on sauces. I couldn’t ask for anything more from them, it is Taco Bell after all. A+

I have to say this was a super experience although the he cashier was new and she had to ask for help it was a great experience. The new cashier is lacking personality but she is new and probably nervous. The manager on the other hand is super personable, upbeat attitude and attentive! He’s doing a great job. The place is super clean and well maintained. My food was good, it’s Taco Bell and it didn’t taste old like a lot of other taco bells Ive been too.

Great customer service. The workers are always smiling and singing. I come here alot because my son loves taco bell. 2x they have gotten the order wrong and one time the chalupas were cold and hard but when I go back to let them know… they apologize, fix the problem and have twice given me a $ 5 credit for the next visit. Thx guys for the great customer service.

Well, what a different review this is going to be from the one I wrote about Paradise Bakery on Friday. The quality of our food was excellent even if it was only «fast food». Our order was a little slow coming out, but we didn’t mind as my husband & I were not in any hurry. They were a little under staffed. When we got our food, it was hot and delicious. I’d like to commend the general manager who was such a nice young man. He made a point to come by our table and chat with us. He also gave us a voucher to use next time we visit because of our wait. He certainly has a bright future involving any aspect of customer service. I hope he gets promoted to corporate. I’ve spent much more money at expensive restaurants and not received the type of good service this young man provided. I’m only sorry I don’t know his name to write it in my review.

The service is friendly. Drive Thru seems a bit slow. what I found unusual was in order to get the sauce for the tacos the employee had to go to the other end of the building to get it. Seems kind of odd that you would have to do that whereas you’re working a drive through window.

Yikes.
I’ve been here a few times over the years and the food has been hit or miss, but today was gnarly. I bought the basic, no-frills tacos; the insides were OK, but the shells were like something I’d left in the back of my cupboard for half a year, after having been opened. Blech!
Won’t be back anytime soon.

Typical Taco Bell. The drive thru is ridiculous here, often takes upwards of 15 minutes to get through, but not their fault. All of us crazies moving out here and only one Taco Bell makes for some lines.
