Great place to take the family! Easy and quick service for some great food. Only thing is, the floors are dirty and have found the bathrooms to be dirty as well which is very unpleasant. Aside from that, I will still return for the awesome service I have gotten. Thanks guys!

I really liked the food here but I really wish they had another option of rice that didn’t have dairy in it because I’m allergic I liked their food better than chipotle but I like rice so I’d rather go to chipotle

The service was super friendly. The food was below expectations. Portion size is ginormous. The sweet pork tastes a lot like a sweetened pork mole. I had sweet pork nachos, my wife had a grilled chicken burrito. We did not care for the taste of the guacamole. The queso had no spice to it. Neither did the burrito. I suppose the best way to describe the food, aside from the super sweetened pork, was bland. Furthermore, the food sits in your gut for the rest of the day. I had high expectations and I know nothing about the history of the place but if I had to compare it: it’s a less flavorful Café Rio. I will not be coming back, which is sad because the servers were so nice. 1 star food + 1 star for servers.

The place was filthy 4 tables had been cleared off but clearly hadn’t seen a wet towel in months. The smell nearly made me gag as soon as I walked in the door. Ordered an iced tea and a small lunch meal — walked away and realized the guy never pointed out to me that I needed to get my own glass and fill it up — no biggie but when I asked um do I need a glass? He pointed in the general direction of the cups with a «yeah, there» and turned his back on me to yak some more with his coworker. (gee sorry I interrupted your day at lunch time)
Tea was totally rancid so I got a bottle of water. Got my soup overflowing to the top and had to ask for a lid (again helloooo…) when I got to the table and went to dip into the soup I have no clue what it was in that cup but it most certainly was not tortilla soup. Not even close. Only thing that was edible apparently was the bottled water.

Sadly this place has gone down hill. Dirty floors. Etc. The food prep was clearly not at the right temp because all of the containers had burnt food crusted all over the edges. We came for dinner with maybe four people in front of us, took about 20 mins standing in line. Not one person ordered the steak, but when it was my turn, the girl said they were all out. You would think at dinner time, they would check and always have plenty of meat on hand.
It bothered me seeing I believe a manager on duty, only person with a polo on, her hair was down around her face. Luckily I didn’t find food in my hair. I also did not like seeing the same girl that rings the customers up, touching money, was also touching food.
The dessert fridge has desserts just thrown in there. Some upside down. A bag of whipped cream just sat on top of the mess.
Luckily the food tasted ok. But after actually seeing how everything was handled and presented, I was hesitant.

It has been awhile since I have been here. This visit has be horrible. Not only was I watching the terrible service while standing in line for all 4 customers in front of me but then I watched them have to come out and kill a spider. She did not changer her gloves after that (she didn’t use her hands but common). We left after the spider incident and once I saw the station of food and how disgusting it was I was glad I didn’t let the spider influence me the wrong way.

I will not be back. It’s Thursday at 7pm, and the place was not busy, maybe 10 people in line in front of me and it took 20 min to get through the line, it was like everyone was wandering around and not staying on the line making orders. I could not believe how slow the place was… they should take there staff to Café Rio to see how the line is supposed to move.
Now for the food, I ordered a shredded beef burrito. I got sides of both the lime cilantro and ranch avocado dressings. The food was OK, would have given it two maybe 2.5 stars. The lime cilantro dressing and the fresh tortilla was the best two ingredients and individually would have been 3.5 stars.

This place is amazing!
When looking for a good restaurant, the most important thing to my wife an I is flavor and this place definitely meets that criteria!
I can actually say that of any «faster food» place, this is the best tasting food I have ever had.
On top of that, they have great service so what more can you ask for?
Second time back and will add this into our normal rotation!
