Good food made by good people led by a good leader. Brendon was working tonight and really put the customers first leading his crew to stellar work. Probably the best Chipotle I have eaten at. Will I come back? HELLO… It’s Chipotle. Of course, and hopefully Brendon is here with his team!

Yes, believe it or not, this was my first ever visit to Chipotle. I’m not really into the whole build it yourself meal. I’d rather have somebody be creative and wow me with what they come up with. However, I had a gift card and my daughter loves the place, so… on that note, because I did build it myself, it should be great, right? Nope, unfortunately, as I suspected, it fell short. I ordered a bowl with chicken and all the other fixings I prefer. It was okay… not much flavor and I didn’t care too much for their salsa.
Now, I will say that the service was great! The young man that helped us gave us a bogo and was super friendly and helpful. He came out to our table to check on us and when we asked for a to-​go box, he was back in a few seconds with what we asked for. When we were headed out, he made sure to acknowledge us and tell us to have a good day even though the line was out the door. Couldn’t ask for better service!

This place is always packed! That should tell you something. The food is really good, they’re fast, and the help is mostly friendly. Any time I’ve had an issue (call in order not ready for pick up, having to wait for an item to cook) they’ve offered reparations with a smile. I enjoy eating there and go weekly.

Cold food. Stale chips. Small portions (she literally had to scrape the bottom of the pan for veggies). I’d understand if they were busy or if it was nearing closing time, but neither apply. I probably visit various chipotle’s throughout the valley about once a week, and this is by far the worst. This is probably the 3^rd or 4^th time I’ve visited this location (close to home). I never wrote a review because I don’t like to knock anybody, but this experience seems consistent with this location. Only giving the second star because the service was halfway decent.

Rude staff. Andrea and Eric. The barbacoa in my bowl was cold and chewy, I just asked for some freshly made meat which they denied me. They stuck the thermometer in the meat and we’re like «no, the meat is fine.» I got eye rolls from ALL of the staff when simply asking for food that wouldn’t make me sick. I got a refund on my card but no other compensation.

They wrap burritos so terribly and it is so annoying never going back, Ashley is rude to customers

This place used to be my favorite. But the chicken is all dried out, burrito comes out greasy and now they measure out the meat in a tiny little baby cup so that you hardly get meat in your burrito. No thanks.

I have been to this chipotle numerous times and they can’t keep things stocked. Tonight — no white rice and a 30 minute wait. Last time no chicken. Time before soggy chips that were in a bag… Disappointed that one of my favorite places to eat can’t live up to the standards we have come to expect.

I have had experiences where they have run out of taco shells and can’t get me tacos. I usually only eat tacos there, but they make up for it by giving me free burritos. Good food overall.
Although my only complaint is some of the staff. Some of the staff is rude and you can tell they don’t want to be there.

Super quick service, great prices and yummy food. Restaurant is always clean. The staff are always great with my kids too, which keeps me coming back.

Tonight was the saddest dinner I have ever had from this location. I used my chipotle app to place my order on my way home from work, I got to the restaurant early but when asked about my order no one acknowledged the questions. The staff was all young and acted like it was a game to be there, yelling at friends with no regard for customers. When the girl at the register was embarrassed enough after I had been there for ten minutes and another order came it she started to hurry the rest of the staff along.
When I finally got home and sat down to eat my salad, it wasn’t a salad like I ordered. The rushed unaware staff made a regular burrito bowl, forgot my dressing I asked for on the side and I found a nat bug on my cheese. It was disappointing and inspiration for this review since I never write any. I’m willing to try this location as long as the staff is softener that day

Don’t get me wrong, I love Chipotle. This location, however, has gone way downhill. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have noticed employees on the food line ignore customers, forget tortillas in the warmer and burn them, turn their backs on customers they are helping, wipe their noses on their sleeves while preparing burritos, jabber back and forth instead of communicating with the customer in front of them, and even hold hands (apparently a boyfriend/​girlfriend pair work there). The food used to be good but is now sadly inconsistent. I hope that they can pull their act together, because this used to be one of the best Chipotles in the East Valley. Not anymore.

This place consistently has great customer service and the food is consistent and fresh. I tried the steak tacos tonight and loved it. I hate paying extra for the quac but it tastes so good I do it anyway. Every Once in awhile the steak is a bit chewy or grisly but the steak is head and shoulders above any other semi fast food options. Great job all the way around. Need more quality semi fast dinner options like this.

By far the best #chipotle around. Decent portion food vs. the pinky portion other chipotle in the area offers. Good customer service, very friendly.

This was the first Chipotle I’ve been to that the service was subpar. This seems consistent with other reviewers. We phoned in our order for pickup and my wife had to call back twice because no one picked up. When someone did, my wife barely could hear the person on the other line – lots of commotion and shouting.
When I went to pick up the order, it was definite chaos in the kitchen. Very noisy. Never been to a Chipotle so loud before. I went to the register, gave them my name and told me what was in the bag. Got home, and was missing one of two kids meals.
Called back – still hard to hear – and they offered to replace the meal next time we are in. Not sure we will take them up on the offer, but it was a nice gesture. Food was delcious as always – can’t fault them there.

Always love coming to here, great food low prices, workers are really friendly, but today was really loud workers screaming for Morgan, workers laughing so loud from the back heard them all the way out front, people eating actually looking all around to see who was screaming, then one workers yelled to the others to shut up, if you can put up with that then go. We will try it again later or have it to go

Let me start by saying I love Chipotle. With that being said I was let down today. There were lots of staff who were 10 times louder than all the customers. You could hear every personal conversation they were having including ones about other staff with «buggers» on them and many colorful curse words (with kids in the restaurant). The manager was included with the staff and seemed ok or oblivious to the conversations of the staff. The food was ok but the service was horrible.
Staff was noisy, crude and gave the feeling you were a bother by being here. All I thought about my entire meal was is where the buggers are were or will be. I finally gave up threw my food away and left.

Due to the fact that my mother had never experienced it, and that there is one located less than a mile from our digs here in Queen Creek, I had no choice but to take her Chipotle virginity this afternoon. I would say that this location is fairly comparable to all of the others I have been to, but with much more indoor seating available.
Obviously, because this is a multinational chain, their menu offering is the exact same as all other locations. We opted for the Carnitas (trying to provide the authentic Mexican experience here people) on a salad (authentic no more) piled high with all of the fixings, and of course, a side of guac for the lady. For some reason the medium salsa ended up being a bit spicier than I remember, but super enjoyable nonetheless!
If you are unfamiliar with this chain, it is important to note that THEY SERVE ALCOHOL! Yes you read that right, bottled beer and margaritas (even Patron if you’re feeling fancy) are available for the thirsty adults that want to close their eyes and get as close to the real deal as possible.

Having been an employee of Chipotle you would expect horror stories from me I am sure but that is not the case. In the year I worked there I never once witnessed anything that would make me not want to eat there again, I have eaten there several dozens of times since I left my job and when I was pregnant it was my craving for guacamole that kept me going! It is clean, fast and delicious!
My only complaint would be the pricing, for two people it would be about $ 20-​$ 25 with drinks which is pricey for a «faster food» type setting but it is delicious and large portions so it balances itself out for the most part.
