One of the things I love most about living in Western Loudoun is the real sense of community here. We had a tragic event happen two weeks ago when a young mother of four from Paeonian Springs was tragically killed in a car accident. The owners of this fine establishment immediately reached out to me to offer their help. They delivered platters of delicious food/drinks to the family. The kids love Chick-fil-A and this was a special treat for them and the dad was so appreciative because he didn’t have to worry about cooking dinner that night. I’m so touched by their kindness and generosity. We are so very blessed to have such a fine family living in our community.

They told me they have a deal with the nearby Starbucks to not sell ice coffee because it cut in to Starbucks’ sales — insane. Since they opened they’ve messed up my order at drive through consistently — 50% of the time. It’s become a joke, tonight of course they messed it up again(leaving out sides) causing me to spend another 10 minutes waiting. Also they hired some new guys at drive through who have been pretty rude, sound irritated to be taking my order and become frustrated when I continue to order beyond 1 meal. I wanted this place to be great, it’s our favorite fast food spot, and I even tracked down the owner to let him know about the issues in a very kind way, trying to help them improve. I only contacted him for the worst times but he quit replying to me and things basically haven’t improved at all. The only reason we still come here is that it’s the closest fast place near us when time is short, but it’s honestly pretty awful. The food has always been good though.

Food and indoor service is second to none. The drive thru on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. Keeping fingers crossed that it gets better.

I have been here maybe 5 times and at least 3 of those times my order was missing something very important. I guess they are still working out the bugs.

Just arrived home after ordering from the drive-thru. I paid for a six piece chicken nuggets kids meal and only received four nuggets. I also ordered a side salad and the container was only ¾ full. They are friendly enough but apparently cannot count or measure. So five stars for the great food and friendliness but one star for my incorrect order.

Great service, always polite. The line was long one day so we ended up getting a free breakfast sandwich!

The people at Chickfila are, as usual, the nicest, most helpful people in any Resturant. The food is always fresh and if there ever is a problem they are always eager to make it right.

My review reflects the slow drive thru service and the poor attitude of management which clearly trickles down. If you’re in any kind of hurry, don’t go through the drive thru. I’m pretty sure I could’ve parked, gone inside to order and eat, and then left in the time it took to get through the drive thru. It took so long, I said something at the window which is not my usual style. There was a young girl working the window and a manager(assuming different color pin striped shirt). When I commented on how slow the drive thru, the manager ignored it but I knew she heard it by the expression that crossed her face. It was uncomfortably quiet and then the young girl at the window apologized and said something about low staffing. I thought how unfortunate that the manager, Brenda I believe, didn’t step in… I mean that’s part of being a manager, ownership of service provided orin this case lack thereof… The food tasted like chickfila and my wife said«I told you they are so slow! »

Excited that we finally have a Chick Fil A, but my happiness was short lived. Since they opened, we have eaten there about 5 times, and our food is never hot, even at busy times. If they don’t figure it out soon, we’ll be driving to Leesburg’s Chick Fil A.

There is a recurring theme in Purcellville. Teenagers and young adults truly have no clue of the definition of customer service, nor an understanding of having a sense of urgency in providing service. If it wasn’t for consistently great food, the rating would be much lower.

My first impression after ordering: A fast food joint with sofas in the waiting area? Cool! Then I sat there. And I waited. Five minutes go by… hmmm, this isn’t acceptable, fast food should be up in 2 – 3 minutes. Slightly annoyed. Ten minutes. Seriously, how can this take so long? People are piling up, yet they keep smiling and taking more orders. I watch person after person order, there is no concern, no warning to the customers about being backed up. Soon it’s standing room only, as the sofas I had just been praising were full of unhappy customers. Twenty minutes. Unbelievable. I could have gone to a real restaurant and been halfway through eating. THEYKEEPTAKINGORDERSWITHOUTCOMMENT. I finally lose patience and go up to speak with the manager, but she won’t make eye contact. I complain to a young worker, who apologizes says she’ll check. She comes back and apologizes that they are behind. The manager never looks at me. Five minutes later – NEARLY A HALFHOURAFTERORDERING – the young girl hands me my 3 chicken sandwiches and says«sorry about the wait». HINT: if you see a line of cars in the drive through… DON’T GOTOTHISCHICK-FIL-A!

First of all, this review is not about the food. If you go to Chic Fil A, you know what you’re getting: amazing food! This review is about the service: So slow, this location is not fast food, just… food…that you have to wait for in your car longer than you would at a sit down restaurant. Now, I’d like to think that dastardly slow service could be due to their recent opening, but I know they had a transition team in place — for weeks — to ensure smooth operations. I’d also like to think that any food establishment can hit a snag once, but when you average 25 minutes in the drive through — at non-peak times — over multiple visits, that’s a problem. I mean, we even went inside during two visits because surely the line of 18 cars would take longer than the line inside at the counter of… just me. Wrong. To top it off, this location once ran out of biscuits. BISCUITS! At Chic Fil A! I don’t even want to know how. But I think I do: Management. See, Dan Kathy knows what he’s doing: he has an exceptional business model in place. Efficient, delicious, and community-based. And many of the high school workers(whom I know personally) are intelligent, creative problem-solvers. To top it off, the owner clearly knows his way around budgeting and operations. That leaves poor management to screw up a spoon-fed, tried and true formula for how to run a decent Chic Fil A. Disappointing. We’ll be patrons in Leesburg from here on out, regardless of the drive. So, in the end, food is what you expect, service is ridiculously slow. Keep driving to the next Chic Fil A you see!

I know this is a new location but COMEON! Can you tell me who in their corporate chain of command thinks is a good idea to train high school aged employees-or any age for that matter– during the dinner rush. We’ve been there four times(drive thru), we’ve waited an average of 30 minutes each time, and count them, all four times our order has been wrong! During the most recent debacle I ordered a «Cajun» chicken sandwich, my mistake. My husband told me the wrong thing, I corrected the young Lady after she asked me what kind of dressing I wanted on my salad. I corrected her and told her I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich, but that just set off a whole chain of madness. The young man at the window tried to hand me a chicken salad sandwich. I told him that was incorrect and he proceeded to run my credit card anyway with the wrong item on the order. One of the other very young managers came over scolded him took the bag with the sandwich in it and threw it up against the wall next to the cash register. Extremely unprofessional! He also tried to hand me a drink holder with more drinks and I had ordered. They refunded me $.70 in change since I had already run my credit card. I got home, open the bag, and when you know it the chicken salad sandwich was bare — nothing but a crispy piece of chicken and a piece of bread. I don’t know if it’s the two line system that merges into one that’s the problem, but they really need to get their act together. They been open almost a month now. I also find issue with the fact that they don’t serve onion? I can see not being open on Sunday but no onions? What kind of world are we living in people?.

This chick-fil-a’s service has gotten slower and slower as time has gone on since its opening a 3 weeks ago. Not so much during the day, but especially during the night. I know it has just opened, but during the night when there are a lot of people there, there are only high schoolers on shift who are super inexperienced and not on top of anything. I’ve been here about 7 times and the staff cannot handle long lines. Takes about 40 minutes to get«fast food.» I would have gone to a sit down restaurant if I wanted it to take this long. The trainers need to come back. I really hope they step it up soon cause the location is awesome and there are a ton of people who love that there is finally a chick-fil-a in Purcellville.

Okay so it’s a Chick FilA and has the usual delicious chicken fare. This place is clean and well run like almost all of them. Lots of people working to get you out quick. Only complaint is the parking lot is terrible to get in and out of when its crowded and the drive thru spills out into the shopping center parking lot. I do love the chicken but hate the wait and just make another choice when its crowded.

It’s Chik Filet what do you think?! Yes this one is great in such a small and upcoming town it’s a welcome site with outside seating a small play area for the kiddos and very clean. The young staff is very attentive and welcoming and accommodating which again is very welcome In today’s service industry! All I can say is keep up the great work peeps!!!
