Came here yesterday. First of all my meat was super tiny. Like what is this?
Also on a side note whoever the blonde guy named Zach working there.
I saw eat a chuck of a biscuit shoving his face. (With gloves on) waited to see what his next step was. I then watched him walk over the the food prep line & prepare someone’s meal right in front of me. (Luckily wasn’t mine) but I saw homeboy picking up pieces of chicken & preparing meals. That’s a health code problem on it’s own. That needs to be fixed. Fucking gross.

Good food, and very friendly people. Looks like the new management is doing a great job getting the store back in shape together. Besides that they have a pre order special for Super Bowl. 30 hot wings for $ 15 and 20 pcs of chicken for $ 19.99.

Don’t bother with the drive thru, after a long day at work and on the road and bringing home what you think is dinner for your children, you will be very disappointed when you open up your bag at home. This isn’t the first time, but it is the LAST! Wait for new ownership and management that cares before going to this place, however I expect that it will close within a year.

It is 5pm, prime time for people coming in to grab food for a quick dinner, and they’re out of most chicken, both Original Recipe and Extra Crispy. But don’t let us tell you that BEFORE you order, only AFTER you have ordered and paid. They can offer me grilled chicken (which I didn’t want, otherwise I would have ordered it), and then have a fit when you ask for a refund. When the manager saunters out indifferent at the irony that a chicken restaurant is out of chicken, I asked him how he’s out of food (or, a 20-​minute wait if I so choose), he tells me they have an «in-​training cook». Well, A) He shouldn’t be cooking, and B) If he’s in training, why isn’t he being supervised and someone else jumping in if he’s not making the grade? Unreal.

I have been here on several occasions and things are always going wrong. Missing food, raw chicken, very slow service. We came on a Friday and it took 15 min to get our meals for my family of six. So much for fast food.

I feel like this will probably be the only time that I’ve given 2 updates to a review, but here goes: I now feel confident that they’ve fixed their problem of never getting any orders right. I haven’t had an issue in a while. Many of the employees are particularly friendly and I’ve noted that a few have been there for a while, which suggests that it’s probably courteously managed.

When one requires food in a hurry and when you are in the middle of nowhere… one heads over Taco Bell and Kentucky all rolled into one place! Food was hot, service friendly and location clean! It’s definitely a must visit in the middle of a busy day and when you don’t have time to dine!

Just moved to purcellville from Leesburg. No KFC in Leesburg. I usually dont write reviews for fast food places, I am here to warn all to beware. I have eaten KFC 2 times. The first time I had bone in chicken and the skin tasted like years old oil has sat in the skin. terrible. The second time I got my child nuggets and they were rock hard. I could of broke a window with these or seriously hurt my mother in-​law if I threw them at her. I had the Taco Hell last night for first time. Went thru drive thru. I had half (could not eat rest) a XL beef burrito. I guess they forgot the beef part. Did not ask us if we wanted hot sauce. The burrito had lots of rice and gobbs of sour cream and guock on it. It was disgusting. My apple turnover was chewy and hard and lack the flavor i am use too. the cheesy potatos were only think ok. by far, the worse KFC/​Taco Bell I have ever been to.

Just your typical KFC/​Taco Bell joint (so the menu may not be as extensive as a solo Taco Bell or KFC), this is a fairly convenient location when going down Rt.7 compared to other food options although you have to go a mile or two off of Rt. 7 (pass the firehouse, continue straight ahead, make a left at the 4 way stop). I have had really slow service here as others have said but not all the time. How to put this nicely… the staff at this location is definitely a bit different, one guy at the drive through even called me «maw». I hate the big drive-​thru curb they have between the building and where you drive, definite rim scraper!

Your best bet is to get out of the car and walk in here and order. I admit that I like me some KFC from time to time and I’ve always had very good luck ordering their food and getting what I ordered. This is both a Taco Bell /​KFC franchise, but I am focusing on the KFC side of the review.
As for quality of the food — this is KFC and by the way their chicken is quite good for what you are in there for. Green beans are quite good as well.
In fact, by walking in, the cashier has alerted me to several specials along with some tasty desserts.

Drive thru is always painfully slow and the order comes out wrong 95% of the time. i’ve been about 5 times through the drive thru hoping they’ve fixed their issues, but no such luck. the few times i’ve gone inside my order has been better.

It’s such a shame that this place cannot get its act together. Purcellville was in need of another fast food restaurant and the owners/​operators had such an opportunity to take advantage of that. My recent visit was to KFC on a Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. There were no biscuits or chicken breasts prepared. We had to wait six minutes. When we got home, the biscuits were still undercooked. And everytime we go through the drive-​thru, our order is either wrong or incomplete. Sorry, if we are ever in the mood for fast food chicken, the Popeyes in Leesburg will get our business.

As another reviewer mentioned, I don’t think my order has ever been correct. Usually I hit the drive thru and it’s too late to fix once I notice halfway home.
That said, it’s a fast food joint run by teenagers, what do you expect?

I work in the area a few times a month and find the selection of places to eat in purcellville horrendous. This is quite possibly the worst KFC or Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten in. I was excited to see them build it, but have been let down time and time again. I will suggest not going through the drive thru, because you’ll have to get out anyway when they get your order wrong.
