This place has really turned around. The smoothies are great now! I love coming here!

All im saying is; if your produce doesnt last until 9pm then dont have your hours open until 9pm. I went to the location in the willows in concord at 843pm, walked in and the girl there told me we’re closed because the ‘veg didnt stay’? Made it to the pleasant hill location by 10 til and their doors were locked already. I understand wanting to close up as soon as you can and get home but seriously?! It’s frustrating because i literally never get jamba juice and this makes me never even wanna try again l.

The employees at this location are always great, very professional and attentive to customers. The products are also great, consistent product. Love coming in the fall when they have pumpkin smash. One of my favorites. My one critique… and its kind of a show stopper for me is the overwhelming bleach smell that hits you when you come through the doors. Every time I come to this location the smell of bleach is very very strong. They are using way too much and must not have adequate ventilation. For me and I’m sure many others, the bleach smell does not mix with with food. When you go into a place to purchase something to eat or drink, you don’t want to be hit with the smell of cleaning products. As a customer, you want to know they are following industry standard cleaning practices, but it really does overwhelm your senses. Please consider using less bleach OR find another cleaning product that is more friendly to the senses.

I have always had a wonderful experience whenever I frequent this location. The employees have been nothing less than professional and keep a clean work environment. The drinks taste great, I always try and order a shot of wheatgrass whenever I can. They always include an orange slice next to the shot of wheatgrass which is very much appreciated. Whenever I order one of the baked goods, it is warm and tastes freshly made. The parking can be a bit of a nightmare after 2pm, but there are plenty of spots located in the parking lot behind the store.

I visit this location Jamba Juice often. My last visit was not pleasant. Even though the company provides great product that is healthy and great but it still lacks good service for its team at customer service. I went and ordered 2 juices and 2 pretzels or something like that. The clerk charged me and I waited for 15 mins, juice was given to us quickly but the other stuffs were not provided. After confusion, I asked the woman at the counter about what happened to other stuffs. She irritatingly said, well we did not charge you for it. I was applalled. I told her it was not the matter whether it was charged or not even though I ordered the stuff, they made me wait for so long only to be told they did not charge me for it. I did not ask them to not charge for it. They chose not to charge me for it. Then they should tell me that my business that I gave to them was not important. So be it. I will never ever go to this location ever! Good bye and keep the change.

Maia and her staff invited us in even after closing hours and served us drinks. She’s gets a A+++ from me. I will keep coming back to his Jamba Juice because of her and her staff. Thanks Maia

I’ve been to my fair share of Jamba Juices and this place just was not good. We went near closing time so I understand that the staff is half way through their clean up process, but dude, there is no excuse for making subpar drinks when you just need to measure correctly. I ordered a Razzmatazz and a Aloha Pineapple. The Razzmatazz was so overly sweet that halfway through I had to stop drinking it. The flavor of the Aloha Pineapple was off as well. I took one sip and gave it back to my boyfriend because it was just gross. I most likely will not visit this location again even though it’s at a convenient location.

Hesitant to come here at first because of previous reviews, but this Jamba was pretty decent. It was moderately crowded but we received our orders quickly. The employees greeted us when we came in, so I’m guessing management read the reviews. I got a large Peach Mango, and although the taste was superb as always, the consistency was a bit thin and runny. Overall, 4 stars.

This Jamba Juice is conveniently located in downtown Pleasant Hill’s mini strip mall. I don’t come here often, but yesterday, they seemed quite busy in the afternoon. The workers were still friendly and while there was only 1 guy manning the drinks, he was going as fast as he could. I tried out their acai berry bowl. It had a good ratio of fruits/almonds/honey and the smoothie on the bottom. Although it was not the best acai bowl I’ve ever had, it was pretty good for a chain like Jamba Juice.

I was disappointed in my strawberry chunky bowl it did not taste like other locations. Customer service wasn’t welcoming or happy. The previous drinks before mine didn’t even look like nice blended smoothies, it went into the cup very liquidy.

I would give this store 5 stars if they had better employees! They changed their smoothies to more healthier options and added veggies and fresh squeezed juices. Awesome! I’m a regular customer and the guy who is there is always amazing and hard working. The girl(not Rae) she was very rude, talking to the other girl while there was a line of 7 people waiting to order. WTH? Don’t you see there are people waiting, stop talking to your co-worker and start working. This is a job not get together with your girlfriends. Terrible service from her today :-(If she was my employee she would be fired. I also ordered wheat grass and she didn’t even give me orange vedge. Instead she asked Rae(who was very busy) to give me some. I didn’t get any… Ugh!

I know its just a smoothie shop but really? Every time we go in the morning after a workout its hot and steamy, theres a weird rotten smell and the workers lack personality. There should be ac running anytime the store is opened for service especially a smoothie where theyre making smoothies and fresh juices. The smell is horrible and makes me want to throw up at times. The workers NEVER greet us in the morning, which yes I understand its a Saturday morning BUT its your job. They dont announce your smoothies, they just slam it on the counter and leave it sitting there until you walk up hoping to grab your smoothie. Its jamba juice so of course I cant stay away. Management needs to train their employees to be happy and set their problems aside from work, they wont make it in a real job environment is they always have that type of attitude.

Jamba Juice felt like a healthy indulgence when I was in college and would use their smoothies as a meal replacement, thinking very little of how much the taste reminded me of a mall-quality Orange Julius. And after a many year hiatus, I popped into this Jamba to grab quick breakfast for a road trip. It wasn’t too busy around 10 on a Friday morning, but the employees still managed to be a little slow and a little confused — only one woman really had a handle on things and she was cranking out drinks like a pro while answering all the other employees’ questions(making it seem like folks aren’t properly training). To get away from anything milkshakey(I hope), I tried the Apples N’ Greens which was the expected green color but quite delicious with great apple flavor. I don’t partake in boosts anymore, on the assumption that real fruit and veggies are being used which is all the boost I need. But since the prep area is open and you can watch all drinks being made, even my ‘healthy’ drink had two scoops of what looked like ice cream or sorbet. Whatever, it’s a rare treat. My friend ordered her standard Razzmatazz with the energy boost, and it was rung up as the 3g charger. My friend didn’t want any kind of caffeine blast and despite telling the girl who rang us up TWICE that she input the wrong boost, the drink was still made incorrectly and was remade by the Amazing Drink Prep Lady. The names aren’t even similar, mistakes like this really shouldn’t be happening. My friend was ultimately happy with her drink, but it shouldn’t take 3 attempts to get a simple request correct. She also tried the belgian waffle which I got a bite of — nice and warm but very sugary. I wouldn’t negate whatever health benefits your drink has by plowing carbs here.

Meh. I mean, it’s Jamba Juice. They have them everywhere. Basically, they’re like the Starbucks of the smoothie world. Sometimes they taste awesome, and sometimes they taste like you’re sipping up a sno-cone through a straw. It all comes down to who makes your smoothie. I ordered their new menu item, the Kona Berry Blast Bowl. The girl at the register seemed really overwhelmed and confused and tried to ring me up for the smoothie, then tried to overcharge me. She’s still learning, no big deal. Honestly, a great Brazilian acai bowl is one of my favorite things, and this was just a poor imitation. It tasted really watery/icy, with not much fruit flavor. The granola was good, as were the bananas on top. I see that they added fresh-squeezed juices to the menu. They’re not organic, but maybe I’ll give them a try. The Kale Apple Pineapple Chia sounds divine.

Happy to grab a Jamba on a sunny day in March and walk around a bit before watching a movie nearby. I sometimes try different ones but then end up wishing I had the mango-a-go-go, which outside of the seasonal pumpkin, is my favorite.

Got a fresh squeezed orange juice is what I usually always order. I wanted to use the restroom on the way to Sierra at Tahoe. Unfortunately, they said someone stole the key so they couldn’t let me use it and to go to Peet’s Coffee to use theirs. Service was normal.
