Horrible drive thru service. 3 cars in front of me and still took 20 minutes just to get to the window. Only have a 30 minute lunch so that was a waste.

I LOVE In n Out! I just hate their long wait though. I understand they get pretty busy and I see how hard they’re trying to complete all the orders, but it can still be kind of irritating when you’re in a rush. So lesson learned. Their burgers are always fresh and so good! I always order my fries animal style and they always taste amazing. Good prices, simple menu and fresh. Just learn to be a little patient because it is worth it, compared to other fast food chains around here.

What’s not to love about In-N-Out? The only bad thing is it’s always busy, but it’s worth the wait. Cheeseburger, animal style with fries please!

It’s pretty tough to find an In n Out that doesn’t have great service, quality food and fast service. They seem to get it right eveytime.

You can never go wrong with an In n Out burger. Cheap. Tasty. Fresh. I always get my burger with no tomatoes(since I drown it in ketchup), extra toasted bun, and sliced chillies. Yes, you can get sliced chillies on your burger. You are welcome. Also, enjoy some well-done fries with a vanilla/strawberry shake fusion.

«Wes is a stud» Glad to hear the employees are really taking their job seriously while we wait in the drive thru line for 20 minutes…

Was busy, as always, but it didn’t impede speed or service. Extra sauce on the burger, which was nice. Animal style fries, positioned perfectly for the freeway from ONT airport.

Went to drive thru & ordered 3 grilled cheese sandwiches for my girls snack before practice figured it’ll be faster @2:45PM. They took about 15 minutes from paying for my order then another 10 minutes on the window waiting for my order so total of 25 minutes for 3 grilled cheese… WOW! I guess a burger cooks faster than grilled cheese. I’ve noticed the drive thru pace has gotten s_l_o_w

As usual, BOMBDIGGITY! Love In-N-Out. Been to this location many times and my order has always been accurate. This location is always busy. Then again which location isn’t? I hate the parking structure, because when drive thru is packed your stuck in your parking spot until it clears up. Employees need to be on top of that and control traffic so this doesn’t happen.

Out for a quick bite to eat, I was forced to make a decison into some sort of fast food, but being out in California, I was hoping to find something that we usually don’t have around Michigan. I turned the corner from my hotel, and found an «In-N-Out Burger». Now, I didn’t have much knowledge about any of the food /what you could order from here, so I had to take it from a complete novice standpoint. I walked in, not sure what to expect. It did make me feel a little better when it was almost 7 pm, and there was still a line to order food.(Looking back, that could have been a bad thing as well, but… oh well) I heard what people were ordering, and I was very surprised that there were such a small amount of things to order. But, I now know why. They cook what they make, very… very well. They make burgers to exactly how you want them cooked i.e. medium to medium rare… and that is really different for a fast food location to still do. I was more than surprised when they asked me how I wanted my burger cooked. So, I ordered my double cheeseburger… and sat down and waited for my number to be called. And waited… and waited… again I was putting this onto the good tasting food that I was about to eat. Finally my number was called, I grabbed my food and sat down. I looked at my burger…(didn’t want to snap a picture to feel like an odd ball that they don’t have these in Michigan) and I was quite surprised at what was there. I took my first bite of the burger… and whamo. I had a very… very good feeling about what I had just waited for. The burger was perfectly medium rare… juicy, full of flavor, not done too quickly, but done just right. I really enjoyed that double cheese burger. I did think quickly about ordering another one. however I decided that the line was just a little bit too long to deal with for it. The fries were just a little disappointing. It wasn’t as magical…(did I just use that to describe a burger? Yes, a fast food burger to be honest) as the burger was, but they still had a good taste. They reminded me a little bit of a cinco guys fries. Just not as plentiful. Overall… I could see me stopping here again when I’m in town… and now I can finally say that I’ve eaten there!

You know In-N-Out burgers and there fries, there is no difference here at this place. But important to know is that it gets very very busy during lunch time and there drive thru lane is going all the way around the building, so if you decide to go and eat there, don’t park behind the building, otherwise it can take you a while before you can get out of your parking spot.

In-n-out is definitely overrated; although as an East Coaster, I am definitely biased towards Shake Shack. But don’t get me wrong – they provide you with cheap burgers that are very well worth the price. I got their fries(well done, which means they fry them twice = EXTRACRISPY) animal style and a double meat burger with a soda. I recommend the fries animal style because it adds more flavor – I think their regular fries are dull, and not salted enough(although you can get salt packets and season them yourself). Service is relatively quick, depending on how busy the store is. Which also brings me to the topic of how busy stores can get – parking and seating is virtually impossible to find during peak hours in stores located near tourist-y places(like Santa Monica).

Wow! This In-N-Out knows how to hustle to serve their customers. I was in Ontario for a conference and that meant that many people we going to the same places to get food. AKA going after the good, affordable noms. HENCE, IN-N-OUT! Woooo. While the line for the drive-thru, dining in, and to-go never seemed to end(as with most In-N-Out’s I’ve visited in my lifetime), this location really stepped it up from what I could tell from the outside looking in. My group and I were able to get in and out of the establishment in a reasonable amount of time and there was always pink lemonade in the dispenser. Hoorah! Staff here was really friendly and had great customer service skills as per my experience. Smiles and patience and as I’ve already mentioned, gotta love their hustle, speed, and accuracy! Good ol’ In-N-Out. Always dependable. Always affordable. Always delicious.

Do you like waiting over 20 minutes for your food and you only get a 30 minute lunch and have to scarf down the burger. This in n out always takes forever to get my food, I always give it another chance but they never improve. Love me some in n out but not the wait

who doesn’t love an extraordinary cheeseburger that’s fresh off the grill w/a side of freshly cut potatoes? I know, I do! I live & breathe In-N-Out cheeseburgers & the superb customer service that comes with it! The ladies smile & the men are just as sweet. They try to get your order out as quickly as possible & every single time, I’ve never had to complain about what they missed or forgot on my #2 protein style. :) that’s all.

Just like any other In-N-Out, great taste. Every time I fly into Ontario, usually this is my first stop(Only a short drive away from the airport). It’s located in a great place, many shopping venues surrounding it. I highly recommend this establishment. You will not be disappointed. They offer grilled cheese for vegetarians.

My first fast food for the year 2015! It was very crowded but i was pleased how efficient they were and still could deliver great customer service. Only down side was finding a seat. Food was of course great: yummy and fresh. Price didn’t change, still very reasonable priced. Oh, drive thru was packed. Everyone wanted IN N OUT for the new years. Lol

Excellent service. Friendly and fast. Food always on point. And they went above and beyond and offered me banana chili peppers with my meal. That’s never happened to me before. I love In-N-Out. Seriously one of my guilty pleasures lol. I’m surprised this location isn’t ever really that packed despite being on the vicinity of Ontario Mills Mall. I’m used to much longer lines back home in San Jose. Thanks!

You can’t go wrong with In-n-Out. Everything is fresh. The burgers are delicious and I love the crispy fries. I typically will order my burger animal style with chopped chilis added. Yum! =) The drive thru line can be long but don’t be discouraged. The line moves quickly.

Can’t go wrong with this place. Sure they have there menu that you can see. But have you ever tried ordering a grill cheese extra toasted or a 2×2,3×3,or even a 4×4. All u have to do is ask and they will hook u up. Ask for Chilis in your burger they will slice some for u. Next time you go in just ask what more can I order then what is listed on the menu above and see what your response will be. Now for this particular in-n-out and just like the rest; they r always packed, line is tremendously long. So do not think that just because you picked a certain time to go that the lines will be shorter. Just average your wait time to over 15min, but it’s worth every bit of the it. Who else makes a burger so juicy and soft but yet having the bun stay crunchy. Enjoy my review
