Sandra Saved Christmas!!! My God daughter was really wanting this specific toy for Christmas. I told her I would get it and it was a nightmare to find!!! it was either sold out or not carried. I went everywhere… I was losing all hope. I just happened to be in Ontario and thought I would just stop by Toys R Us and see if by chance they had it there. they didn’t…but Sandra, the manager, went out of her way to make sure my God-daughter got her gift for Christmas. She special ordered it and told me she would call as soon as it came in. She did just that! I was very impressed and more importantly very grateful for her help. None of the other stores offered this type of service. Because of Sandra, I will now be shopping at Toys R Us for my Christmas gifts

Only because I have to. I called this place 4 times placed on hold«automated» and these people hang up you hear them picking up quick and hang up. WTF!

My wife and I went into this location to make a purchase. After the woman at customer service couldn’t find our account number for our purchase she became very frustrated and then called another person over. This was a man named Paul who was the store manager. He was there for like 1 min and just looked at me and said well she can’t find it so there is nothing we can do. This man did absolutely nothing to help and then just walked away… then the woman helping at customer service did the same… leaving me to look like an idiot. My wife had over $ 400.00 of items in our basket we were going to buy for my daughters birthday, but I told her to leave it there. There is no way I would purchase from Toys R Us again. This is why large big box retailers are losing business… customer service does not exist anymore. Shame on you Paul… as a store manager you should do all you can to help customers in front of you. Just shrugging your shoulders and walking away is never the answer.

If I could give One star, I would. Horrible! I witnessed the manager SANDRA completely humiliate and belittle a customer. She was SORUDE and impatient. She talked to this woman as if she was a child. The woman even addressed her tone, body language, and over all rudeness in a non-adversarial way, and she snapped with«this is just how I am, I talk to everyone like this» um… Okay why the heck do you work in customer service then, and how the heck did she get a managerial position?! She was gross, I left my full cart enraged. I was about to address the manager but was SOMAD and had my children with me. Instead I consoled the woman in the parking lot, who was very distraught. I’m not doing business at that location anymore, and will ask friends and family to follow suit.

Great toy store, Toys R Us in Ontario Mills. Seems a little bigger than most. Lots of toys, electronics, and several categories of kids stuff. I have had good luck finding things here not at other Toys R Us locations.
