We had lunch catered today and we were blessed.(set up was shaped as a cross) food is always on point and the management team always go above and beyond to meet our needs. always a happy customer.

let my start by saying I love chick Fil a they are great! They always taste good and you always can expect top notch food! BUT THERE APP SUCKS! I tried to get my free sandwich from downloading the app, it doesn’t work!!! False advertising

I’m a big fan of chick fil a, but I spent about 45 minutes trying to use their shitty app to order my gf her sandwich. I ordered everything and entered my card info and then tried to enter my phone number like they asked, and the app glitches and I can’t go further than that. I tried multiple times on my phone and my Ipad. They really should test these things before wasting people’s time. It works like crap. It actually doesn’t work at all.

Good food clean store but train your staff on what your current deals are and also 1.66 for a little bitty cup is a little ridiculous.

My family and I come here ALL the time. Great service and even better food! We are always greeted with a friendly smile that makes us feel welcomed. If you download the app you get a choice of a free entrée too! They have a variety of sauces but my go to sauce is the Honey Roasted Barbecue. I put that in my sandwich and dip my waffle fries in it too, so so good! And their Frosted Lemonade is to die for, absolutely delicious!

I’m not a mega fan of this chain but I always seem to crave it on Sunday’s when they are closed. This location was clean but my chicken was a little over cooked. The fries were delicious though! Who could hate waffle fries? I wish they had a better solution for ketchup though. Opening 6,000 ketchup packets seems like a waste.

Delicious chicken. Prompt service. Always greeted pleasantly. Freshly made. Can’t go wrong with menu choices.

The free sandwich I got from the app was pretty pathetic, look like 2 cardboard boxes put together with 3 pickles (no vege) and piece of soggy chicken in the middle. This is my first time to chic filet, and it was not a good experience. It was a free sandwich so I did not go back to complain. But if this is what they can offer me. I will prob not ever go a buy a real meal.

This Location sucks! I love Chick-​fil-​a but the customer service is horrible. I went through the drive thru and ordered two meals. I drove away without checking the bag because that is one thing I love about chick-​fil-​a they never mess up your order. I noticed both French fries were missing so I walked in and told them I am missing the fries for the meals. Instead of the cashier apologizing he asked me for my receipt. I told the cashier I left it in the car. He then told me he couldn’t give me the French fries until he sees the receipt. So I went back to my car and got the receipt. The cashier didn’t even bother reading it because he only gave me one fry. I then told him I was missing both. If he would of looked in the bag and also on the receipt, that he made me go get, he would of noticed! Then I received the most insincere apology. Never going here again for the lack of care for customer service!

This was my first time to Chick-​fil-​A. The employees were very nice and the service was fast. I got the chicken tender meal. The food was fine but I wouldn’t say great. I had to open a million ketchup packets but in general it was a good experience.

So I’m not just leaving this establishment with a terrible taste in my mouth, this is the closest location to where I live and UGH just terrible first off the wait was super super long inside, there were more than enough people working but only one ringing up customers, what kind of nonsense is that? Then when getting my food my fiancé finds two hairs in her fries and she went to the manager and he was so unapologetic and asked if it could be her hair! (The hairs were inside the fries so it couldn’t even been that) he gave us another order of fries but was super rude about it and made another associate give it to us when he was already right in front of us, I’m not one to talk bad about anything but I know bad customer service when I see it, especially when I always go to this location but NOT ANYMORE.

Really … Out of all the fast food chains I can normally depend on the consistency from chickafila. I ordered a #1 with American cheese at the drive thru and when I got my sandwich the chicken was cooked to a dark brown crisp and my American cheese was so cold it made my bun cold too. So disappointing, this is not a reflection of the taste and service that I have experienced at other locations. I would return. Please do a quality check before sending out food, it wasn’t even busy that this service could have been «over looked» due to traffic.

This is my first time at this chick fil a location and I was very impressed with the service they provided. Every staff member was extremely kind and helpful, even the owner was there to take our order and he was very polite.
The food here was amazing as audial and although it was extremely busy, the staff still found a way to cater to any needs that me or any of the other customers had.

I love this chain, but this location isn’t the best. Maybe it was the long line. The sticky floor. The rowdy kids.
The consistent thing with this chain though, is the friendly service and yummy food. The staff work hard and are very courteous.
Yes, I’d go back and just hope the line is short and with not that many kids. Or go to In N Out next door.

Drove out to Coachella this weekend and dropped by this Chick-​fil-​A. Can never go wrong with their Spicy Chicken Deluxe. Server was really nice and smiley even when I changed my order a couple of times. My favorite sauce has to be their chic-​fil-​a sauce. Their sauce area was kept clean and all their tables were set with fresh flowers. Servers walking around and cleaning up as soon as customers left. I didn’t feel like I was in a fast food restaurant.

Good manners must be part of the training and culture. Employees always say «my pleasure» when you thank them for something.

It was a Saturday night and I waited for almost 30 minutes in the drive thru! for a wrap and a kids meal!
Are you kidding me? I would rather go home and eat oatmeal than endure that again… I don’t know if I should eat or go to bed…
Waiting in that drive thru was worse than sitting in rush hour traffic!
Unless you have time to burn and like sitting in lines, avoid this place, go home, and cook your own nuggets!

The food here is amazing. And the employees are super nice. However, the drive thru has to be the slowest I’ve ever been too. And they make you wait cause the food isn’t ready yet. I feel like as a fast food place, especially knowing you will be busy, you should have everything ready to make it a fast process. Like I said, friendly employees, and great tasting food, but make sure you have lots of time to spend waking for your food.

Manager also strolls the place making sure that everyone is taken care of. Has napkins in his apron! Gets you sauces and everything! I just can’t get enough I was overwhelmed at how great thier attention to detail was.

I don’t eat Chick-​fil-​A often, but wanna give a try that day. I wanna try their chicken nuggets, but main reason I come here is for their waffle Fries.
This location is very close to the freeway exit, and next door is In & Out Burger. Very close to the Ontario Mill, which I think both of this fast food offer better food than anything offer in the outlet.
Their chicken nuggets tasted very different than the McDonald version, a lot smaller but you an clearly see the white meat unlike McDonald version. The dipping they got is prettyful but you has to getting them from the counter. The same goes with the fountain drinks.
The waffle fries is the real selling for me here, their large version is still less than 2 bucks. The fries has good texture and is great with dipping sauce.
The was a long line but it move quite fast.
