I stopped here for breakfast one morning before seeing the new star wars movie. I wish I wouldn’t have done that. The service here was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and very quick. In fact its not the norm I’m used to when it comes to Wendy’s. The food was alright I ordered one of their artisan breakfast sandwiches. The sausage with cheese one I believe. The sandwich was good but the breakfast potatoes were very dry. It’s like they left them under a heat lamp WAY too long. The worst part of my experience here was the lack of cleanliness in this restaurant. The carpeted floors there had trash, dirt and other debris there. The tile part near the front counter was slippery from grease residue. It’s obvious that whoever«cleaned» the floors used dirty mop water. If the front part of the restaurant is that bad I would hate to see the rest of it. In short I refuse to patronize this business until they do something about the abysmal condition of this restaurant.

I’m sitting here at the drive through window as I write this with six cars behind me, where I’ve been handed [and given back] three different bags full of food I didn’t order in the last 10 minutes, asked three times whether or not I got my soft drink(yes), asked twice whether I wanted sour cream(yes, but you just gave me 20 packets of chili sauce instead) and twice since then to reconfirm my order all while the manager scurried about worrying about dimes and nickels. This is after I waited several minutes for someone to take my order in the first place. Honestly the strangest and most ridiculous fast food drive through experience I’ve ever had. Lord, y’all… Get it together. Dear Wendy’s Union: this location should not be your posterchild for that $ 15 an hour wage.

Not very welcoming. Took a few minutes for the cashier to acknowledge me. Cashier greeted with an irritated«hello». No smile. She was like that with the rest of the customers behind me. No sincere thank you at all. Will I be returning? Definitely not. Can I choose no stars?

Where do I start? First visit my order was taken by mumbling employee who clearly hadn’t washed her hands in a while. I almost didn’t want my card back! And of course my food was cold. So I did a feedback survey and the general mgr got in touch and offered to make things right with some free food. I go back and place my order inside. What do I find? One employee chopping up salt into cocaine-esque lines. Two employees were too busy laughing and pushing each other to take my order on time.

I don’t know if it’s possible for people to move any slower. I was the 2nd person in line and after 20min I still don’t have my food. The tables are dirty and nobody’s care. Go across the street to Taco Bell or McDonalds.

I usually love Wendy’s because of the food and friendliness that other fast food restaurants don’t offer but this location is ridiculous. The staff is rude and the dining area is disgusting. Thank God the good was good.

This location sandwich maker doesn’t wear gloves. I went on the morning to get biscuit but turned around because of this reason!

I don’t expect much from fast food. I expect courteous staff, lines moving at a quick pace, staff at registers who know how to operate them, and my food mass produced quickly and served. This Wendy’s tends to fall short. Here’s a tip: if it’s the lunch rush and there’s a huge line over a dozen people deep OPENBOTHREGISTERS. And if you’re going to insist that I get my own drink make sure your overly fancy drink machine isn’t broken. Put a computer in a soda fountain and don’t be surprised when it locks and freezes.

I was a little annoyed when Wendy’s changed their menu and started putting cheese as a standard feature on the burgers. I don’t like processed cheese, and I feel like a bit of a dork ordering«#1, Cheeseburger combo, but without the Cheese — and no mayo.» Besides, they’re more likely to mess it up. However, they make up for it with breakfast. Usually I hate fast food breakfast. Wendy’s is definitely the exception, and this location is super convenient for me coming off of the Huey P Long bridge in the morning. The breakfast burrito is delish, as is the panini. I haven’t tried anything else yet, but they even have a value menu of stuff like the an oatmeal bar that looks kind of intriguing. I’m giving this 3 stars because the awesome breakfast menu and the nasty fake cheese on their regular menu kind of balance each other out. Plus, the employees are hit or miss… I’ve had friendly ones, and not-so-friendly ones. Typical fast food service. At least they are quick!

Like most fast food places now, they are more concerned with taking care of the drive thru rather than customers who get off of their ass and actually come inside the facility. I’ve been in twice in the past month and both times I had to lean over the counter and scream«excuse me» to get someone to come take my order and then they want to catch an attitude with you. It’s individuals with that kind of attitude while they are on the job has them working that position and not something on a more professional level.

No complaints about this Wendy’s location. The drive-thru is usually quick and accurate even when it is crowded for lunch. The mega-Coke machine is quite awesome. It’s got over 100 different combinations to choose from. It’s all touch screen and quite neat.
