Extended hours during concerts! So even though it says they close at 3, you can check for extended hours. We came today before a show at the civic theater. Doors opened at 630 for the show, pizza was still being served at 6:30pm. Apparently they stay open until right before shows start, or sometimes after. They were SOFRIENDLY and the pizza was great. Location is RIGHT by large parking lot(pay to park,) and across from Civic theater. So convenient. The chairs on the patio were comfy. Limited menu during extended hours, a few pizza options, beers & fountain drinks. We’ll be back!

Let me paint the picture for you. There’s one line for the entire place. Every time your want water, a drink, etc, back in the line you must go. Including for guests seated upstairs. No table service! Never going back.

Ordered buffalo wings, medium hot. They left out the buffalo sauce! Unfortunately I had gotten take out so I didn’t realize until I got home. You had one job! Also overpriced, but that’s typical in the CBD.

Salty, really salty pizzas! slow service and just a typical pizzeria where you can find just about anywhere. Won’t be coming back.

the would have given 5 stars but the delivery driver was extremely rude and called me a derogatory name. Otherwise the service was pretty good. The guy who took my order was very nice and made it a joy to place my order. The food arrived very quickly and was pretty good. All I ordered was the chicken ceasar salad but I enjoyed it and it was pretty filling. I called to complain about the driver and the manager was very nice and apologetic. I’m not sure if I will ever get delivery from them but I will go back to see what else they have to offer.

I am a bit surprised by the bad reviews here? I guess not everyone can have a good experience. My friends & I were here during this past memorial day wknd, we came across this place & decide to check it out. Walked in sat down, cute place not very big. waitress came right over to get our order, we got some drinks but skipped the appetizers. I went with the Muffaletta Calzone, this one seems to be a house specialty it was delicious… comes with pepperoni, canadian bacon, salami & an olive mix all together in this huge calzone & baked this really was very good. My friends had the BBQ Chicken Sandwich, nice sandwich comes with chips which are hot & The Chicken Caeser wrap also really good, baked as well & they add cheese, comes with the hot chips as well. This place was pretty good, nice service & cheap prices we all enjoyed our meals. If in the area I would not mind returning for lunch again.

Ate here all of once and that was enough. The place was far from busy, but our waitress was far from helpful. Why attend a three person table when you can chat up the all male table catty corner to us? The food was all right. I notified corporate and nothing happened. A place that doesn’t even bother to respond to your concerns, but seems quite fine in throwing coupons your way to drum up business will NOT get it from me. Avoid. There are better places to eat.

I’m rather surprised by such lousy reviews here. I’ve eaten lunch at Rotolo’s, picked up take out and ordered delivery. Each time it was consistently good food with good service at a good price. Was there anything mind blowing that I MUST go back for? No, but its a chain pizzeria, I think that is to be expected. However, it is two blocks from my office with a $ 6.99 salad and soup(their soups are pretty good) special, so I will be sure to return. They also have a full bar, so it wouldnt be bad to grab a bite and drinks after work as well! Heres a B.O.B.(b*tch on a budget) tip, sign up for their email list and they’ll email you a $ 5 off coupon!

Out looking for some pasta and a sub and we walked over to Rotollo’s. This place was A-OK, not great but definitely good. I had a meatball sub that was tasty but I still can’t figure out why everyone in NOLA cuts the meatballs into tiny pieces before serving them in a sub? My daughter had pasta which she really enjoyed. The sauce is a little sweet but not too bad. The best thing I had was the un-sweet iced tea… it was the best tea I think I have had since moving to New Orleans. We got out the door with two dinners, two drinks, and a side of breadsticks for about $ 30. The service staff did a great job.

Ehh mediocre. Just like the two stars I gave it indicates: «Meh. I’ve experienced better.» I had lunch at Rotolo’s today and there was nothing that stood out to me as particularly positive or negative. The atmosphere was fine. The service was fine. The food was fine. I had an 8″(personal size) pizza – pesto marguerite – with sweet basil, garlic, shrimp, and tomatoes. The pizza was the perfect size for a filling but not too filling lunch and was also reasonably priced at $ 7.99. I won’t be rushing back to Rotolo’s. I don’t think that you should rush there either, but it’s worth a try.

My coworkers and I often go here or get take out from here. They have a nice 2 story location in the CBD. The upstairs is good for larger group events. There’s even a small patio with umbrella covered tables that is enjoyable on nice days. Rotolo’s offers decent Italian fare for reasonable prices. Most of the servers are very friendly. It’s a good place for both large group lunches or just lunch for 1 or 2 people. I usually get one of the personal size pizzas or the meatball wrap. Check out their daily specials too. Last Summer, I really liked their half salad and half sandwich special for $ 5.00. They give you good sized portions that are often enough for a second meal. **Don’t forget to take your souvenir go cup with you when you leave. Each month or whenever there is a holiday or sporting event going on they have go cups that correlate with it. They are always eager to refill your cup for you to take it when you leave. It’s a nice touch.**

It was the night before the Mardi Gras Marathon. After driving around downtown New Orleans looking for an italian place and a parking spot for about an hour, I settled on Rotolo’s. I had eaten at the Baton Rouge location before and been satisfied. I walk in and sit down in the half-empty restaurant. Three members of the wait staff see me, but all remain in the corner chatting amongst themselves. After about 10 minutes, the bartender comes over and asks if she can help me. I try to place a carry-out order, but she stops me and tells me they’re all out of pasta. That’s right. An Italian place. Out of pasta. On a night where they could conceivably sell more pasta than they ever have before. They failed big time.
