Placed a delivery order and was told 30 – 40 minutes. Once the food got here(large pizza and 8 pc bbq wings) the food was Luke warm when it arrived but went attempted to eat it with no fuss. However, the wings are another story entirely! When broken apart the meat was BROWN not white like chicken should be. We called the restaurant to tell them the problem and they blamed it on the sauce. There was no sauce on the meat in the inner part touching the bone. We asked for a fresh set of wings or a refund. They girl on the phone didnt wven entertain the idea of fresh wings but said the only way for them to do a refund was for them to come get the wings from us. Here it is a hour later and no one has returned for the wings and when called they say they are extremely busy and have customers. Well I’m a customer also! After this type of customer service and old food being delivered I won’t be going back or recommending them to anyone else.

I’m truly disappointed in the customer«service» I received from this establishment. Bottomline: I NEVERGOTMYFOOD. I am in town for Jazzfest this weekend and after a long day enjoying music and sun, I returned to my hotel hungry! I hopped on Unilocal to find a local place that would deliver to my downtown hotel and saw good reviews. I placed my order online through the website and paid via credit card. I received a confirmation email that my card had been charged. I received a confirmation email from Big Pie Pizza confirming my order had been received and would arrive in 40 mins. This was at 10:30p. At 11:30, when my order had still not arrived I contacted Big Pie. The woman explained«we aren’t taking any more orders tonight.» I explained that I had placed my order an hour ago. She said«yes, we aren’t filling any more orders.» She confirmed that they will not be making or bringing the food which I had already been charged for. When I asked about a refund, she said«we will refund the orders which we haven’t filled yet». She declined to take my name to assist with the refund and stated«we will figure it out on the computer». I am really appalled. I would have appreciated a telephone call to inform me that my dinner order would not be coming so that I could have made another selection. It seems like common customer service. As of this morning, I am still awaiting confirmation that my credit card has been reimbursed. What’s even more mind boggling is that per the website, this store is open until 1:30a on Saturday night. My order was placed 3 hours before the store closed! Needless to say, i went to bed hungry and I would not recommend this place for visiting guests.

Loved this understated little bar/restaurant across from our hotel. We stayed at Le Pavillion and saw this joint from our window and decided to try it when we were staying in one night. We were so surprised it turned out to be incredible food with a great happy hour. It was one of our favorite places we had eaten! We got two of their specialty pizzas: Baked Potato Pizza and the Artichoke Pizza. I got a Caesar Salad on the side and we were so pleased with it all. The staff was super sweet and hooked us up :)

Pizza was ok, a bit on the doughy side. Nothing beats a NY pizza, just sayin’. They are also pricey,$ 3 dollars a topping, say what! ?. Might as well gone to Dominos. The manager/waitress was overwhelmed, although it was not that busy. Not only did she failed to refill our drinks, she happened to overcharged some patrons. She didn’t want to honor them, since it was Mardi Gras, the signs stating lowered price drinks do not apply on that day. I was flabbergasted. Take or erase the signs so your patrons don’t feel dumbfounded. So patrons I warn you to check your receipts before paying. The only good thing about this place was the proximity to our hotel. There are better alternatives.

Excellent pizza for NOLA. New York or Boston style(thin, foldable, slightly salty… very good cheese) pie. Has a bar and TVs to boot. Great place. Want a tip though? Name it «Pizza Bar»… and watch the dine-in crowd explode. Maybe Big Pie at The NOLA Pizza Bar? Great pizza!

The lack of intelligence that is running this place is enough for this place to earn 0⁄5 stars. My dear friend ordered a Diet Coke and it came back watered down. That’s totally fine, no judgment there because that happens. Right? Well I told the lady what happened and her response was, «I can’t do anything about that and if I refill it it will taste the same.» I then educated the woman and told her that there fountain machines are refillable and her response was«I understand what you’re saying, but there is nothing I can do.» After a long stare down she offered me a can rather than from the fountain. The guy in the kitchen looks straight out of the mob and has a gun holster around his waist. Again, this is also frightening because all I’m doing is ordering pizza and a Diet Coke. Why are we being all aggressive here? Speaking of aggression, A young man came in whose hand was bleeding and asked to use the restroom and the lady chased him down saying that the restroom was for paying customers only. DANG! This woman has a –15 level of chill. Please be ware when dining at this establishment. My friend Molly said we should go, I was sketched out because it only had a 3 star rating. Please don’t be like my friend Molly. P.S. Pizza was good but I won’t come back unless I have a bullet proof vest and a Xanax prescription.

Ordered takeout from here while working one weekend. I got a meat-lovers pizza and cheesy bread. I ordered online but It wasn’t ready when I walked in, so the bartender chatted me up and gave me a 2-for-1 margarita(which was delicious!!!). She gave me a couple paper plates and some utensils, cheese, and red pepper to go with the pizza and cheesy bread. My order was ready about 10 minutes after I walked in. The pizza was pretty average, as was the cheesy bread. It was in between thin crust and hand-tossed thickness, which was fine by me. I liked it, and the price was pretty good — $ 20 total(large pizza and bread were enough for three meals). If I want relatively quick pizza while in the area again, Big Pie will definitely be on my list.

Omg, the waitress was sooo sweet and the pizza was delicious! I love the thin crust and the fresh toppings especially tomatoes provide this pizza with a bright and savory fresh flavor. Oh and the drinks are AWESOME! CHEAPANDSTRONG!

Not bad, and a nice change from your typical New Orleans pizza dive. It kind of loses its appeal with its close proximity to Domenica, but it’s still decent pizza. The long and short of it: 1. Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Was good but unevenly spiced(3rd slice set my mouth ablaze). A large will feed 3 moderately hungry people. 2. Crust. Crispy, yet not too thin. 3. Price. A small will run you $ 7 which is about the same as Domenica. It’s a bit overpriced for average pizza. 4. Hours. Open until 1:30AM on Friday and Saturday. This place can be the saving grace of any drunk wanderers in from the quarter. Despite a lot of places being open, it can be hard to find late night food in the area. Average pizza that’s a little pricy but is available late. All in all that gives it about an average a rating as can be given. Drunk me may find myself here in the future, but only once other options have closed. Overall Grade: C

Had this menu in my folder since the place opened and finally gave it a shot today. We ordered three wraps — two caesar and one meatball. I really enjoyed the meatball but my coworkers weren’t a fan of the warm melted mozzarella on their Caesar wraps — and they think there was no Caesar dressing. Oops :/ I gotta say our delivery was VERY fast, and the woman who answered the phone was friendly and courteous. I’d get the meatball again, but I don’t think I’ll be able to talk my coworkers into ordering here again.
