The $ 1 is a lie — many additional costs are layered on. This location has horrible customer service skills. They billed me incorrectly and have yet to correct their mistake. The manager does not return phone calls. Use a different company if you do not want a headache!

I would not recommend this storage to store your possessions. I recently moved from New Orleans and kept my things at this location but have been unable to reach the office since February. It is now May and I’ve still not received a call back, I even reached out to corporate and have not received a call back from this office. I’m not hard to please but if I can’t even get in contact with the office there is no way that I can trust this location with my possessions. Initially moving in they were great but it is a completely different situation at this point. I’m sure there are other Public Storages that have great customer service and respond to customers but this is not the one. I’ve never had to write a bad review but this has been a really bad experience for me.

Richshad and Cheryl were super helpful and had great customer service in an emergency at 5:50 pm, 10 minutes before they closed! Took the time to go through everything with me and were still patient, kind and courteous.
